The sixth week of Dancing With the Stars’ 13th season saw some famous faces in the crowd, some fancy footwork and a harsh exchange between Maks and Len. J.R. Martinez and Ricki Lake again stole the show, with sky-high scores that, while deserved, almost seem engineered to give them a buffer against fan voting. Not that Ricki or J.R. didn’t earn their 29s or don’t have major fan support as it is. But it’s like the judges are taking no chances rewarding the high-flying pair. Â Ricki Lake has shown she can move it like no other, and J.R. Martinez’s quickstep to the intro music from Chicago was probably the best routine of the night. That doesn’t mean others didn’t get slighted. Hope Solo’s rumba to “Seasons of Love” from Rent was panned by the judges, particularly Len, who called it her “worst dance” and drew an angry rebuke. After Len noted that the audience applauds the routines, but he’s been in the business for 50 years, Maks suggested that maybe it was “time to get out.” “With all due respect, this is my show, I help make it what it is, I love every aspect of it,” Chmerkovskiy said backstage, not backing down for one second. “I love every professional that’s ever been here and I love every celebrity who puts effort into it every week. Having said that, I’m a little tired that we’re being judged, some on effort and some being picked on [for] heel leads.” Well, that’s some food for thought isn’t it? Earning the third highest score of the night, surprisingly, was Nancy Grace, whose foxtrot to Spamalot’s “Always Look on the Bright Side of Life” was a hit. A couple of fan favorites, Rob Kardashian and David Arquette, couldn’t quite match Nance despite the star power they had in the audience cheering them. David got to exercise his inner geeky prom king with a quickstep to “We Go Together” from Grease, to the delight of daughter Coco, but not the judges. He did score a respectable 23, besting Rob by a point. Kim Kardashian , Kris Humphries, Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian would’ve scored him higher. “Give him a 9!” Khloe encouraged from the sidelines after Rob’s Broadway week cha-cha to “Walk Like a Man.” “Dream on, sweetheart,” retorted Len. According to Goodman, at his cantankerous best last night, Rob’s dance managed to have good timing but no rhythm. Sounds contradictory, but oh well. In the bottom tier, Chaz Bono gave what we thought was a decent effort, but the judges did not agree. At 19 points, he’s on the chopping block again. “Not much to say, is there?” Chaz said. “I understand, I’ve been there,” replied Brooke Burke Charvet, who won the whole thing and totally never has. Anyway, here’s a look at Monday’s Dancing With the Stars scores: J.R. Martinez & Karina Smirnoff: 29 Ricki Lake & Derek Hough: 29 Nancy Grace & Tristan MacManus: 24 David Arquette & Kym Johnson: 23 Rob Kardashian & Cheryl Burke: 22 Hope Solo & Maks Chmerkovskiy: 20 Chaz Bono & Lacey Schwimmer: 19 Who do you think has danced his or her last routine? Do you agree with scores, from top to bottom? Who’s going home on Tuesday’s results show? Comment below, and vote for who you think will win!

Rick Ross’ seizures haven’t only raised concern in his fans, but also his ex-girlfriend Elise Neal. After suffering two attacks on two separate planes hours apart from one another on Friday, Neal is speaking up. She told RumorFix : “I hate to say this, but I saw this coming. I think they’re [his record label] pushing him too hard. I know he’s very career driven, but I don’t think they take enough time to care about what they’re doing to his body. They don’t think about him or his health, pushing him to do all these videos, pushing tours and shows. He is not 20 years old anymore — no one seems to care about him really or overall his health.” COUPLE ALERT: Rick Ross & Elise Neal’s Date Night [VIDEO] Rick Ross Covers Vibe Magazine’s ‘Sexy Issue’: Why? Dual seizures in one day alarmed the fans, friends and family of Rick Ross , but when he appeared at his new Wing Stop after the health scare, it seemed he didn’t appreciate the severity of what happened to him. His good friend DJ Khaled spoke with Russell Simmons about how Ricky Rozay is doing, and despite what it may seem, Ross is slowing down. According to ViewHipHop.com , Khaled said, “He is at the crib and is going to rest and just chill until he gets his energy back. He is going to take everything one day by day.” Khaled added, ”I told him [Rick Ross] he has got to just chill and reIax. I told him he is a big enough star that he can just stay home. His life is more important.” Even though people like Khaled are telling Ross to slow down, it’s not necessary. “When he went in the hospital that was a reality check,”Khaled explains. “I’m trying to tell him, but he’s telling me, ‘Khaled you ain’t got to tell me no more, I understand clearly I got to take my life seriously.’” Read the rest of this interview here . You may know Draya from her previous relationship with Chris Brown, seeing her on the covers of countless men’s magazines, music videos, or even from the controversy surrounding her arrest over “child endangerment” accusations. But now, we simply now Draya from her role on the newest season of “Basketball Wives, LA”. She’s the center of attention and the cause of all the drama on the show. From her groupie reputation, outspoken personality and desire to fit in the the other “wives”, it seems that this chick just can’t catch a break . I recently sat down with the model turned reality star to hear her side of the story and see just what really went down with her and the other girls on “Basketball Wives LA”. Take a look at what Draya had to say about her groupie reputation, being linked to famous men, new business ventures, dealing with the backstabbing and drama on the show and even her dating life. There’s definitely more to this girl than boobs, booty and a stripper pole! HelloBeautiful: A lot of people question why you’re on the cast of “Basketball Wives” considering that your not married or engaged to a baller. How did you really get hooked up with the cast? Draya: I met Gloria through an acting class. She was in LA trying to pursue her acting career and I was already involved in the acting world. We became friends and she introduced me to the group. HB: Since you’ve been on the show its been nothing but drama.. and its all been geared towards you.. why do you think that everybody loves to hate on you? Draya : I’ve tried to figure out a reason as to why they would sit around and talk about me all day. But I’m not 45 so I can’t put myself in that mentality. So I don’t know why they do it. I just don’t know. But I’m absolutely favored on the show. People have tried to understand me and understand where I’m coming from. That’s pretty much my whole point as to what I wanted to do. HB: So what happened between you and Laura in that boxing ring? Did you have any idea why she was taking all her anger and aggression out on you? Draya: I had no idea she had beef with me. I guess they planned for me and her to fight each other because when it was time to get in the ring with her, nobody wanted to go in. I’m the only one that shouldn’t have gotten into the ring because I’m the only that makes money off my face. I’m the one that has the most to lose. But I didn’t want to look like a punk so I got in. It was supposed to just be the techniques that we learned and he only showed us two punches and two kicks. She starts swinging like a bat out of hell so I’m thinking that this is a street fight now. She never said anything about it. What they didn’t show was that we went two rounds, like we fought for a while. It wasn’t just a beat down like it looks. HB: This week’s episode was crazy! The girls pulled up the police report from the situation with your son and attacked you! How did that feel? What was going through your mind during that confrontation? Draya: I just look at them like who has the time to do all that. I show these ladies nothing but a nice side of me. It’s not like I showed them any sneaky characteristics about myself for them to not trust me. Why would you look up something on someone who has been about all about positivity? Why would you want to find the bad? They went out of their way to try and find something. I knew that this was something that was going to come out and that it was going to be a topic. HB: Why did you want to be included in their “circle” so bad? Draya: I didn’t want to be included in their circle, I was just being friendly. They invited me to everything that I have showed up to. I wouldn’t try extra hard to be their friend. I got invited to places and I felt going would be nice. I didn’t know what they were saying behind the scenes or when they were together without me. I didn’t know any of that was taking place. As you see they hug and they’re nice and then everything takes a left turn. If you saw any of the bonus clips, where we’re talking about how I used to strip, we’re having a regular, friendly, laughable conversation and then all of a sudden it takes a left turn. It’s just really annoying. HB: Do things between you and the other girls eventually get better on the show? Draya: Things get better as far as what I’m trying to do. Our relationships go up and down and all around. Everybody goes through it with everybody. Just pay close attention. Do you still talk to any of the girls from the show? Draya: I still talk to Malaysia. I don’t really talk to the other girls unless it involves business. HB: Do you have any regrets from being on the show? Draya: No, I don’t have any regrets from being on the show because it’s helped my business. HB: Are you dating someone right now, and do you have a celeb crush? Draya: Yes, I am dating someone right now. I don’t have a celeb crush. I really don’t do that. HB: What do you have to say to people who call u a jump off? Do you feel like they have a valid point or are they just simply “haters”? Draya: I was dating people in the industry who are well known. I’m a normal girl that likes to date guys. If I was dating regular guys nobody would say anything its just because these guys are well known. I’m not just this sex crazed girl that people make me out to be. I’m really in LA working my butt off. I actually have a new business that’s coming soon and you can see more of that on the show. 5 Questions we always ask… What’s in your bag? Mascara, a million lollipops from the bank, lip gloss, jewelry ( in case I have to change it from day to night) If you were forced to get a tattoo, what would it be of? I have 11 tattoos already! But the most meaningful tattoos I have are my mom and my son’s name. Everything else is just artwork. What’s your vice and where do you go to get it? I have to be waxed all over! I go to this salon in LA. What’s one urge you get but never act on? I want to sing in public but I’m always too shy to do it in front of my friends! I can do it in front of strangers but not my friends because they’ll judge me! When was the last time you cried? The episode that just aired this week was the last time I cried, and that was two months ago. Keep up with me on Twitter! @xoxoSHAR The Truth About Draya Is Revealed On “Basketball Wives LA” [RECAP] Why Does Everybody Hate Draya? “Basketball Wives LA” [RECAP]

Late Apple co-founder almost singlehandedly brought music industry into the future. By Gil Kaufman Steve Jobs Photo: Justin Sullivan/ Getty Images Few people can legitimately claim to have changed the course of history. Apple’s Steve Jobs is one of those people. The pied piper of the digital revolution and co-founder of Apple Inc., started in his parents’ garage in the mid-1970s, died Wednesday at the age of 56 after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. If Jobs had only co-founded Apple — the technology company with the highest valuation on earth at the moment and the one that taught the world to use a mouse, touch a screen to make a phone call and store a lifetime of music on a pocket-size device — that would be enough. But Jobs did much more than that. He changed the course of history with a series of science-fiction-like leaps that left his competitors in the dust, scratching their heads at how they went from having him in their rearview mirror to sprinting just to stay 10 steps behind him. Tell us how Steve Jobs changed your life. There had been any number of MP3 players on the market in the years before Jobs unveiled the iPod in 2001. But none had the signature elegance and ease of use that Jobs brought to his version of the portable digital-music device. From the iconic rotating wheel, simple scrolling menus and clean design of the first iPod, to later iterations such as the miniature Shuffle and the finger-swiping iPod Touch, Jobs pushed his design team to ever-greater heights of innovation. Like Kleenex, iPod became the shorthand for an MP3 player, a badge of honor that people wore proudly, signified by the 2001-style white earbuds that became ubiquitous on college campuses and subway trains and in gyms. As the devices got more complex on the inside, like a technological Willy Wonka, Jobs made sure that they got simpler and more elegant on the outside, always counting on intuition to win out over bells and whistles. And while iPods soon became the category killer when it came to MP3 players, it was Jobs’ next brainstorm that took a slumping music industry beset by illegal downloading woes and plummeting album sales and gave it the first ray of hope in years. The launch of the iTunes Store in 2003 took the traditional music-industry model and turned it completely on its head. Remember Steve Jobs’ many innovations by flipping through this photo gallery. For generations, a handful of major record labels had a lock on the distribution of music. They paid to have albums pressed, sent them to stores and dictated the prices. But after making a deal with Jobs to have their music appear on this new virtual platform, the labels quickly learned that they were now partners in their own game with a man whose vision for their business didn’t always mesh with their own. Until just a few years ago, Jobs held firm that downloads on his store should be priced at 99 cents each, beating back efforts by the labels to offer more pricing tiers. There was something about that round-looking number that seemed to appeal to him — and to the millions who gladly plunked down a dollar to get their daily fix. In the interim, the iTunes Store become the #1 destination for legal music downloading, holding between 70 and 80 percent of the market and consistently beating back efforts by retail giants and computer rivals to grab some of the digital gold. Piracy was (and still is) rampant, but enough people had been convinced by the ease of use and smart interface of the store to turn to the light side of the force and pay for that Black Eyed Peas hit or that Beatles classic. President Obama, Nicki Minaj, Bill Gates and more remember Steve Jobs. As of February 2010, the iTunes Store had sold 10 billion songs while revolutionizing the way every new generation buys, interacts with and experiences music. Yes, some claim the store has created a world of musical grazers, fans who pick and choose the hot hits one or two at a time over buying entire albums. But it has also trained a constantly wired generation to legally download music on their iPads, iPhones and a myriad of other devices, providing a rare bright spot for a music industry that has seen record sales, and profits, cut in half since a 1999 peak of $14.6 billion. With the recent introduction of the iCloud, Jobs did it again, waving his wand and giving his adoring minions the ability to access their music anywhere in the world. Think back to when MP3 players held 100 songs just over a decade ago. Now imagine having thousands, tens of thousands, potentially millions of songs at your fingertips from your backyard to the rainy jungles of Brazil and the mountaintops of Nepal. We may not have those jetpacks we were promised, but Steve Jobs did his best to ensure that, at least when it came to music (and movies and apps and games), the future was now.
