I was so glad and excited to see Justin because he’s…

I was so glad and excited to see Justin because he’s really special and unique. He means a lot to me. It was the the 8th of April in Switzerland , my best friend and I were so happy after his amazing show. We were walking out of the concert hall with a lot of hope to really meet him. We saw lots of people at the back entrance where the tour buses leave. But we decided to wait completely on the other side where the tour buses were waiting for Justin and his crew. There was kind off a big wall between the buses and us. But there was a space between the wall and the ground. We laid on the ground and waited.  Everyone was saying Justin already left and we almost gave up but suddenly we saw Scooter and the dancers. We knew if they were still here, there is a big chance Justin is still here as well. After waiting an hour and a half, we saw Justin and his best friend Ryan Butler leave the concert hall. Everyone on the other side started to scream. We saw him going upstairs and then walking directly to his beliebers at the back entrance. (Here are two videos: first   & second ) We didn’t lose the hope of him coming to our side even though he couldn’t really see us, since we were laying on the ground. Suddenly he left the other side and started to run to our side. He gave us his hand and left right after. We called him back and he came. He said, ”Don’t scream please!” and then kneeled down with his shiny eyes and beautiful smile. He gave us his hands again and asked my best friend’s name and age. He took a picture of us. We thanked him, he thanked us and left. He looked really happy the whole time. My friend who was on the other side said you could really see how surprised he was to see so many people in such a small country going nuts for HIM. He was so happy the whole time. We knew he was really tired because he had the longest bus ride from Spain to Switzerland (he even wrote it on Twitter) but it didn’t stop him from taking the time to come out and greet his fans with a smile on his face! You could really see he does loves his fans and he’s very grateful. I couldn’t stop the tears. It was the best day in my life and I love Justin more than anything else. To all the Beliebers never ever give up, your day will come. Never say never. -@sameR0AD Go here to read the rest: I was so glad and excited to see Justin because he’s…

Canucks Fan Takes Grenade to the Junk

Let this be a lesson, rioters. It’s not worth it. One minute you’re steamed over your team losing Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals. The next? Boom. In the case of this Vancouver Canucks fan, what started as good fun and stress relief blew up in a flash. A flash grenade to the crotch, that is. We normally wouldn’t tag a video such as this in our “LOL” section, but when you’re rioting by choice after a hockey game, you ask for it … Vancouver Fan Takes Grenade to the Crotch

Gerard Butler and Ashley Greene: Hot and Heavy in NYC!

Unexpected, mismatched couple alert! Witnesses spotted Gerard Butler and Ashley Greene getting both hot and heavy on June 7 at the Boom Boom Room in New York City. “He had a hand on her shoulder and leaned in to her,” a source told Us Weekly . “He really turned on the charm.” Greene was most recently linked to Joe Jonas, while Butler fought off Lindsay Lohan over the weekend. But he went the other way with this Twilight beauty. He reportedly sang along with Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believing” and then, insiders swear, the Scottish actor put a hand on her butt. Oh, yes. This sounds serious. [Photos: WENN.com]

Young Jeezy, Polow Da Don, Jazze Pha Accused Of Owing Thousands In Unpaid Studio Fees

See the original post:

While their songs continue to grow more and more popular, a number of artists in Atlanta are accused of owing thousands of dollars in unpaid fees for some of their biggest hits. According to CBS Atlanta , recording engineer Tony Terrebonne has confirmed that producer Polow Da Don owes more than $20,000 in unpaid studio services and attorneys fees. Terrebonne said $8,000 of that is for his work on the Chris Brown hit “Forever” and he’s owed an additional $480 for Usher’s “Love In The Club.” According to Terrebone this isn’t his first issue with the Zone 4 head, who previously owed him $50,000 causing him to move in with his parents and sell his car to make up for the loss. In addition to Da Don, Young Jeezy and Producer Jazze Pha are also reportedly guilty of not making payments. Since CBS published their story, Butler received $20,000 from Young Jeezy’s YJ Entertainment and  Zumpano received about $2,000 from TSG Financial Management who represents Jazze Pha. It happened last night! After all the “Maks better get a Kryptonite spine transplant and wear a weight lift cummerbund ” jokes, it really happened. After Kirstie Alley told a sad story about how she got her big break at the same time her mother was killed by a drunk driver, she sashayed out onto the dance floor to twist her ham hocks to a ukelele version of ” Somewhere Over the Rainbow.” A few seconds… Broadcasting platform : YouTube Source : Dlisted Discovery Date : 05/04/2011 14:55 Number of articles : 4

Sleigh Bells On MTV’s Musical March Madness: ‘Expect The Unexpected’

Tournament tips off Monday, and the Brooklyn duo like their chances. By James Montgomery, with reporting by Rya Backer Sleigh Bells’ Alexis Krauss Photo: Michael Burnell/Redferns Much like the actual March Madness tournament, MTV’s second annual Musical March Madness brackets are filled with upstart bands looking to shock the world. Everywhere you looked this year, there were unknown acts making big moves — everyone from Mumford & Sons and Florence and the Machine to the Black Keys and Cage the Elephant — but perhaps no band went from obscurity to the big time quite like Sleigh Bells. The Brooklyn duo broke out with their squalling, squelching debut Treats. So it should probably come as no surprise that, as we gear up for the tipoff of the 2011 MMM on Monday, the Bells are making preparations for a deep run in the tournament. And, in keeping with the spirit of dark-horse contenders like the Butler Bulldogs (who came within a desperation 3-point heave of upsetting Duke in the 2010 NCAA finals), they’re entering firmly as underdogs — which suits them just fine. “We are definitely an underdog,” singer Alexis Krauss laughed. “I don’t know … it’s a bit overwhelming. But I’m appealing to you as the underdog to try and go out at least fighting a good fight.” And, really, that battling spirit is perhaps Sleigh Bells’ best shot at making their way to the MMM championship. They already know they’ll face tough challenges from established acts like Linkin Park and Panic! at the Disco and up-and-comers like Adele , and if they survive that, they might just run into defending champs Coheed and Cambria in the finals. But as Krauss put it, underdog or not, her band possesses a trait that none of the other MMM bands have: Namely, a lot of weapons. And genuine psychosis. “Have you seen our videos? In my first video, I was walking around wielding a baseball bat. In my second video, I was pushing [guitarist/producer] Derek [Miller]out of a car, and he was covered in blood. So clearly we have some tricks up our sleeves,” she explained. “Derek, he knows his basketball, he knows his stuff. We already have jerseys made; we’re ready to go. So, I don’t know, expect the unexpected. And we may not just use basketballs, we may use baseball bats and switchblades. Who knows? We’re psychos.” MTV’s 2011 Musical March Madness Tournament begins Monday, March 14, when we reveal the full field of 64 bands that will battle for the championship. Winners are determined by fan votes, so if your favorite act made the cut, it’ll be up to you to guide them to glory. You can rally the troops on Twitter using the hashtag #MMM — but get ready, it’s gonna be a war. Related Videos MTV’s Musical March Madness Is Back For 2011

Arcade Fire And Spike Jonze Debut ‘Scenes From The Suburbs’ In Berlin

30-minute film premiered at Berlin Film Festival this week. By Eric Ditzian The Arcade Fire’s Win Butler Photo: Mark Metcalfe/ Getty Images Arcade Fire has showed off snippets of their Spike Jonze-directed short film, “Scenes from the Suburbs,” on oversize screens during their summer tour shows and in a five-minute music video in November. Finally, this week, the band got to display the full 30-minute film at the Berlin Film Festival, which frontman Win Butler hopes will become part of the group’s “visual legacy,” according to The Hollywood Reporter . “So that 30 years from now, when a computer virus crashed all the computers, and people have to look at DVDs to see what life was like in the early 2000s, there is some record of what we were thinking visually,” he explained at the festival. “And we didn’t want that to get completely lost just because of the times that we live in.” The short continues the band’s exploration of their experiences growing up within the often staid confines of the suburbs, which, as their tour collaborator Terry Gilliam has told us, is a “place that if you’re creative, you just need to get away from.” The film, however, spins suburban life into an impressionistic portrait of a group of teens living in an alternate reality where different towns go to war against one another. “You start from a feeling and it’s not necessarily the plot points of a song,” Butler said. “To me the film is very much about trying to talk about the relationships and the feelings of that age.” “We were trying to show the emotion and the emotional links without necessarily getting deep into the plot,” he added, citing influences ranging from Gilliam’s films to B movies. “It’s inspired by watching the first half of films and not having to figure out how to resolve them.” The Berlin premiere capped off a pretty stellar week for Arcade Fire. On Sunday, the band pulled off a shocking Album of the Year upset at the Grammys , then quickly jetted to London for the Brit Awards, winning Best International Album and Best International Group . And yet, for all this musical success, Butler suggested that perhaps a visual medium is where the group’s true artistic talents lie. “I think we would have been a band of moviemakers if making movies wasn’t 140 times more expensive than making records,” he said.
