Looks like somebody didn’t have a happy meal. A man from Pacoima, California is suing McDonald’s for 1.5 million dollars. Why, you might ask? The fast food giant only gave him ONE napkin. Shocking, right? Webster Lucas, who ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe at the restaurant, alleges that when he asked for more napkins he was denied. Lucas, who is African-American, claims that racism was a factor. His lawsuit says the restaurant’s Mexican-American manager mumbled something to him sounding like “you people” after he remarked “I should have went to eat at the Jack-in-the-Box because I didn’t come here to argue over napkins. I came here to eat.” Lucas emailed McDonald’s general manager saying he was unable to work because of the “undue mental anguish” and “emotional distress” he was dealing with.

Yuck… We’ll stick to solo selfies from now on. The growth in popularity of group selfies is being blamed for the spread of lice amongst teenagers. According to NY Daily News reports : Are teenagers spreading head lice when they put their heads together to capture the perfect selfie? This idea grabbed headlines when Marcy McQuillan, who runs two Nitless Noggins lice treatment centers in California, told SFist about a spike in head lice among high schoolers. “Every teen I’ve treated, I ask about selfies, and they admit that they are taking them every day,” she said. So, is there really a booming lice epidemic, and are selfies the root of the problem? Experts who spoke to the Daily News were skeptical, but said it was possible that shooting a side-by-side selfie could spread head lice. “In all likelihood it is not the cause of an epidemic, but it is not impossible that it can happen,” Lice Treatment Center’s co-founder Liz Solovay said. Solovay explained that a person could get head lice if he or she put his or her head next to someone whose hair has tons of live lice. However, the chances of this happening “are not high,” she said. Nancy Gordon, CEO of head lice removal company Lice Knowing You, says she has also seen an increase in the number of cases among teenagers, but doesn’t think selfies are necessarily to blame. Instead, the infestations could be caused by the constant “togetherness” of teenage girls. “They work in close proximity,” she said. “They are constantly sharing clothes and hair products.” She also pointed out that teens often greet each other with hugs. And if one person in a group of friends has head lice, he or she won’t tell the others, she said. Others believe McQuillan may have had ulterior motives for spreading the information. “This is a marketing ploy, pure and simple,” Dr. Richard J. Pollack of the Harvard School of Public Health told NBC News. “Wherever these louse salons open a new branch, there always seems to be an epidemic. It’s good for business.” The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says there’s no reliable data about how many people in the U.S. get head lice, but the parasites are estimated to affect 6 million to 12 million children ages 3 to 11 annually. Malcolm Ausbon, a California man, says short-fused singer Chris Brown and three members of his posse jumped him at a 24 Hour Fitness last year. All, he says, because of a disputed foul during a pickup basketball game. Ausbon is suing Brown, his goons and 24 Hour Fitness for unspecified damages claiming assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence. The lawsuit states that when Brown, 24, refused to acknowledge the foul called on him by Ausbon around 11 p.m., Ausbon “expressed his dissatisfaction.” Chris allegedly replied that he was a member of the Bloods street gang. As Ausbon began to back away, members of the singer’s entourage stepped in and said, “If you f–k with Chris, you f–k with us,” the lawsuit states. According to Ausbon, Brown and three members of his posse jumped him at the gym and began to “strike, punch, kick, pull and stomp” his head and body. Ausbon ended up in the ER with a fractured rib and other injuries including cuts and bruises over his face and body, his lawyer Stephen Wegman said: “He was jumped, beaten and dazed, and at some point my client made a police report about the incident and is waiting for police follow-up. Police never followed up.” “Imagine going to play a game of basketball, and you get jumped by four guys because you call a foul,” he said. “This isn’t for fame or fortune. He’s got medical bills and issues.” Ausbon has suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder, distorted vision, dizziness, nervousness, embarrassment, fear and anxiety, the lawyer specified. “All a result of some famous guy thinking he’s above the law.” Wegman said he filed the civil lawsuit after a failed attempt to negotiate a private settlement with Brown’s legal team, who “didn’t want to communicate anymore.” “If Chris Brown isn’t willing to compensate (Ausbon) for what he did to him, I’m not going to back down. It will be for a jury to decide.” Brown is also fighting an unrelated criminal charge that he punched a man in Washington, D.C., last October, and is in anger management rehab as a result. He is still on probation after he pleaded guilty to beating pop singer Rihanna in 2009, agreeing to a no-jail, felony probation plea deal that’s now in jeopardy. He is due back in court February 28. For Chris Brown , or more accurately the people who cross Chris Brown, it appears the hits just keep on coming.

People truly ain’t isht ! According to NY Daily News reports : A white California man who told cops he’d been shot by a black man has confessed he made the entire story up and had actually fired the gun at himself. Officers found Brent Thomas Posada suffering from gunshot wounds at his Redding home at 8:18 p.m. on Feb. 1. The 34-year-old claimed a black man had approached him and pointed a gun at his head. Posada alleged that, when he pushed the suspect’s arm to the side, the gun went off. A bullet struck him in the stomach, he added. But when police searched the area, they found no evidence to back up his claims, reports Redding.com. Investigators analyzed Posada’s clothes and found evidence that seemed to contradict his original statement. Posada was recalled for questioning and, on Monday, reportedly admitted to intentionally shooting himself with a high-powered air rifle. It’s not clear why he deliberately wanted to injure himself. Posada was not arrested for filing a false police report. But Shasta County District Attorney’s Office will now review his case, reports KRCRTV. Kudos to the police for not trusting this fool. It seems like too many other times in history cops buy anything a white person say as long as a black person is supposedly to blame. SMH.

Chris Kattan now has something in common with Justin Bieber . Aside from each being unfunny on Saturday Night Live. The actor was arrested this morning on suspicion of DUI after his car hit another vehicle around 1 a.m. on the 101 in San Fernando Valley. According to TMZ insiders, another driver called the California Highway Patrol to report a motorist was “weaving all over the roadway at slow speeds” before Kattan reportedly swerved into a closed-off area and stuck a Department of Transportation vehicle from behind. Fortunately, there was no one inside and Kattan did not suffer any injuries. Police confirm that Kattan appeared very out of it at the scene and was booked on charges of driving while impaired, with an emphasis on prescription pills, not alcohol.
