Celebrity Seeds: Lil Louis Bardo Is The Most Precious Buzz Lightyear EVER

One of our favorite celebrity seeds Louis Bardo looked especially precious trick or treating this Halloween. Sandra Bullock’s lil Cajun cookie donned a Buzz Lightyear costume, while she got into the spirit of the holiday and put on a Jessie get up to go with the “Toy Story” theme. Super cute. Report: Khloe Kardashian Will Raise Her Baby Alone!!!

Life may seem like fun and games for Khloe Kardashian these days. It may appear as if she’s happy and carefree, Tweeting nipple slips of her mother like all is well and good at home. But it’s not. Not by a long shot. Not if recent tabloid stories are to be believed. Star Magazine makes it clear: Khloe and Lamar Odom are about to divorce. And the latest issue of Life & Style brings the troubled relationship into focus, detailing how Kardashian’s problems with conception are creating a major riff between wife and husband. “Khloé is still undergoing fertility treatments,” a friend tells the tabloid. “And she has decided that if she is not pregnant by Christmas, she will start adoption proceedings.” So wherein lies the problem? Odom has allegedly soured on having more children, an insider claims: “Lamar’s over it. He has kids already from a previous relationship, so he’s not dying to have more.” As a result, “there have been big fights and arguments lately,” adds this source. Will it actually lead to a split? We doubt it. What about more misleading cover stories and headlines? For sure.

Fantasy Slut League: California High School Kids’ Fall Pastime Exposed, Shut Down

Male students at a California high school recently began a “Fantasy Slut League” in which they “drafted” female students and earned points for … well, you can figure that out. The sex game was exposed and brought to the attention of officials at the highly-regarded Piedmont High School, who launched an investigation earlier this month. In a letter to parents, Principal Rich Kitchens described a ritual “in which our female students (unbeknownst to most of them) are drafted as part of the league.” Male students then “earn points for documented engagement in sexual activities with them.” Many teenagers, both male and female, knew about the league – which is not in its first season – and participated willingly or because of peer pressures, he wrote. Kitchens went on to write: “Students expressed concern that the fallout could result in discipline and affect their college applications, suggesting there is something wrong with a ‘Fantasy Slut League.'” Ya think? The high school is now planning assemblies and hopes the letter will create a discussion, assistant superintendent Randall Booker was quoted as saying. No word on who’s the #1 seed heading into the playoffs later this fall.

My name is Marina and I’m from Los Angeles, California….

Read the original here:

My name is Marina and I’m from Los Angeles, California. I’m going to be straight up and honest, I never would have thought I would be able to say “I’ve met Justin Bieber.” It still sounds funny and strange when I say it. I guess I had a tiny bit of hope for myself, but he’s getting so big and famous, so much popularity, that I honestly just wanted to give up. My fail attempts to meet him was really making me hopeless. My summer goal was to actually meet him and have the chance to thank him for everything he’s done for us. That chance came August 14, 2012. He was rehearsing at a dance studio in LA, and my friends knew where it was. Of course I couldn’t pass the opportunity up. I didn’t have a ride out to the venue and I was getting really frustrated, I seriously thought about walking. I guess my dad saw how upset I was, and offered to take me and my best friend, who is probably the biggest belieber I will ever meet. She practically pissed her pants when I told her “We’re going to meet Justin.” Anyways, we showed up early, and I see a few people I know from Twitter, and we just waited outside. Around 6 o’clock the van came out and we saw Moshe driving it, he glanced at us, and drove away. I would’ve broken down in tears if no one was around. I literally felt my stomach drop and I felt so hopeless. No one said anything. We just looked at each other and we thought “Well, I guess thats it.” A girls saw Moshe pull into a restaurant down the street, and saw that he was coming back towards us a few minutes later . I can’t begin to explain how happy I was. When he pulled up, we asked him if Justin could stop for us, if that was okay with Justin. Moshe agreed and said Justin will be out after he ate . When he said that, all I could think of was “This is it. It’s happening. After 4 years, of seeing him at free concerts, the funny interviews, I’m actually going to be face to face with the person I’ve went on this journey with.” Minutes went by, and the van was driving up. I wanted to throw up from excitement. We got in a line and then it happened. He opened the van door and I saw his face in person. He was so flawless. I walked up to him, and I just hugged him. It was the best feeling in the world (and he smelled really really good). I still remember his exact words. “Hello, how are you??” “Hi, I’m great, how are you?” “It’s nice to meet you!” “It’s nice to me you” We took are picture, I said thank you. I remember the girls in line hugging me and congratulating me. It was like they felt like family. We were extremely calm and no one was freaking out or crying, but when the van was down the street, man we lost it . It’s a great feeling to have met your idol. Never give up on what you want and always follow your dreams. Who knows, maybe you’ll be writing a My Bieber Experience too… Here is the original post: My name is Marina and I’m from Los Angeles, California….

My name’s Jessica and I’ve been a Belieber for 3…

See original here:

My name’s Jessica and I’ve been a Belieber for 3 years. I live in California and when the Believe Tour tickets went on sale a few months ago, my friend and I tried really hard to get tickets. We couldn’t get any for the LA shows, but we got some for October 5th in Fresno. It was a 5 hour drive, but I couldn’t believe that I was actually going to see my idol live. We were on the 18th row on the floor, I was extremely happy. The concert was on Friday, and the Monday before the concert the friend that I was going with decided to enter a meet and greet contest on Bieberfever.com. All she had to do was gather up our Bieber merchandise and send it in, and they choose a handful of winners to meet Justin at the concert you’re going to. The day before the concert, my friend, Kristen, got an email about the contest saying we’ve won. She told me after I was done with school and I was SO shocked. I screamed and cried and couldn’t believe I was going to meet the person who makes me smile every single day. I was already happy enough with the tickets we had, and now we’re actually going to meet Justin? Wow. The day of the concert, when we got to the Save Mart Center (where the concert was going to be), we went to the box office to pick up our meet and greet wristbands. When we got in line to meet Justin, it took a really long time. But it was worth it. In line, we saw Kenny, Scooter, Allison and Alfredo. Scooter took a long time to go through most of the line and talk with people and take pictures. A few people in front of us, there was a little boy who was going to the concert with his sister and wanted his parents to go too. He came up to Scooter when he was talking to someone else and the mom tried to pull the little boy back, but Scooter picked him up. It was the cutest thing ever. The boy told him about wanting his parents to go to the concert and Scooter took the tickets and left. He gave those tickets to 2 girls outside and came back with 4 new tickets, in the 4th row. It was the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen anybody do. After that, my friend and I got a picture with Scooter, and a little while after, a picture with Allison. It was already the best day ever and the concert didn’t even start. Later on, we were finally about to meet Justin. They put us in groups of 6 however, and I was the last person in line in our group, so I wasn’t able to stand next to Justin. But it was ok because all that mattered was meeting him. When we got in the room, everyone else got their hugs and my friend and I didn’t. Justin leaned over, looked me in the eyes, smiled, and said “Hi” before we took the picture. After the picture, Kristen and I got to hug him. I regret not being able to say anything to him, but being able to actually meet him in person was the most perfect thing ever. The concert was amazing and I had the greatest time of my life. I still can’t believe I finally met my inspiration and saw him live in concert. Sarah Palin Rips DWTS Critics, White Powder, Bristol "Haters"

Sarah Palin is in mama grizzly mode. With Bristol Palin getting white powder sent to her on the Dancing With the Stars set, the former Republican V.P. nominee is in L.A. sticking up for her cub. After a series of alleged death threats against Bristol, Sarah traveled to California to be with her and went off on her daughter’s “haters” on Facebook, writing: “I’m sorry to see that she’s again getting those annoying death threats and more ‘mysterious white powder’ sent to her while on DWTS this All-Star season.” “These threats sure waste a lot of time, production and public resources; but do the haters really think this will stop Bristol and Mark and the producers from keepin’ on keepin’ on?” “Silly critics – after all these years of goofy antics like this we find these efforts are actually quite motivating! Bristol’s not letting this get her down.” “Hey, the haters will hate anyway; the critics will criticize, so you might as well dance!” Sarah and Willow Palin also made time for themselves, stepping out in Studio City, Calif., to do some shopping at KMart and read a little celebrity gossip . The political figure also raised eyebrows with her much slimmer figure. Between that and her casual attide, she was barely recognizable as she and Willow ate at KFC. Will this be Bristol Palin’s last week on DWTS? Don’t bet on it. [Photo: Fame/Flynet]

October 2nd 2012, I met Justin at the Staples Center in Los…

See original here:

October 2 nd 2012, I met Justin at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Here comes the story of how it happened. First off I live in Denmark in Europe, so I don’t even live in LA. If we go a year back to around October 2011, it was in this month we booked our tickets to our long planned trip to USA. We were going to California for two weeks, and then to New York for a week. This trip was going to go down in October 2012. When the Believe Tour was released, I hurried to check if maybe he was having a concert while I was in the US. To my surprise he was playing many concerts in October, which was really exiting. I figured what dates we were going to LA, because he was having two concerts in LA in the beginning of October. I found out that we were going to LA from the 1 st to the 4 th of October. I literally freaked out and jumped all around the house because I was so exited that we were there while he was playing concerts. I was so afraid that we wouldn’t get tickets, so I got a membership on Bieberfever so I could buy pre-sale. I got the tickets, and I was so freaking happy that I got this opportunity to go to his concert in Staples Center. Okay, so let’s go to the 2 nd of October, where the concert was taking place. It was me and my mom there were going, and we arrived 6 hours before the start of the concert. We were supposed to get something to eat and drink at a café at the Staples Center, but I was too exited, that I just wanted to stay right at the Staples Center (which is pretty lucky, considering what was going to happen). I looked around, and I saw many people that had won the Meet and Greet. I really wanted to meet him, and I was determined that I was going to get M&G somehow. I asked a lot of people, and they just said “Sorry, we’re only giving them away to winners”. I got really sad, but I’m the most stubborn person you will ever meet. I decided to stay around one of the people that were giving away the meet and greet to winners. I honestly have no idea why it was her that I was staying around with, instead of the others. It was just my instinct that told me to. After around half an hour, the lady asked me where I was from, and I answered. We then just started talking, and after some time she asked me how bad I wanted to meet Justin. Of course I said that I wanted to meet him so bad, and it was a dream to me. She then said that she might be able to help me. I freaked out, even though I didn’t get the meet and greet yet. The lady had to make sure that all the winners got their meet and greet tickets, before she could give one to me. About 15 minutes later, she took one pink wristband out of her bag. It was these wristbands all the people that were going to meet him had on. She then gave it to me, and I of course, being the Belieber I am, freaked out, and gave her a hug and thanked her so many times. I then hurried over to the security guard and showed him my wristband, and he let me inside. I then waited in line in there with all the other people that were going to meet him too. While I was waiting I met Scooter, Allison, Alfredo and Pattie. Just the fact that I got to meet these people was breath taking. After waiting for around 30 minutes, it was finally my turn. I was going to meet Justin with another girl and a little boy. I’ve never been that exited and nervous at the same time. Kenny was the one that followed us into the room where Justin was. I was the first one of my group to go in the room, and when I did, I couldn’t believe that it was really Justin standing there. My mouth dropped, and I can’t even describe the feeling I had. Justin looked at me and smiled, I walked over to him, and he took his arm around me, and looked at me, and then he said “Hey Sweetie.” I was literally screaming inside of myself. The other people walked in, but honestly I didn’t even see it, I was just looking at Justin. They took the picture, and I smiled at Justin and he looked at me and said thank you. I then gave him a hug, and said “Thank you so much”, he smiled and then I went outside of the room. Once outside, me and the girl that I met Justin with were just looking at each other in shock. I was shacking so much, it can’t even be described. I was standing out there, and then I looked around. Later we went to his concert, where both Cody Simpson and Carly Rae Jepsen preformed. Jaden Smith rapped in Never Say Never. It was the best day of my life. I know that I will never ever forget it. The feelings I felt can’t even be described, and just the fact that I met my inspiration means so much to me. I want to thank the lady that got me to meet him so many times, and I especially want to thank Justin for being the most amazing person ever. I feel like the luckiest girl on this planet. NEVER SAY NEVER, and keep fighting for what you want, never EVER give up! -@JosephineJB  Excerpt from: October 2nd 2012, I met Justin at the Staples Center in Los…

Tim Burton On Frankenweenie: Kids, Death’s Not So Bad

The unshakeable bond between a shy nerd from the ‘burbs and his faithful dog is the heart of Frankenweenie , the black and white stop motion picture (in theaters today) Tim Burton refers to as a “memory piece.” Drawn from his own childhood memories of growing up in Burbank, California, it’s an ode to the kooky neighborhood kids and adults Burton knew, the monster movies that shaped him, and, as Burton told Movieline with a smile, his way of teaching kids about one of the toughest facts of life: Death. “It was originally such a memory piece for me, in the sense that it was personal,” Burton told Movieline at Fantastic Fest, where Frankenweenie debuted as the opening night film. “I think it started with that MOMA show, I saw a lot of the old drawings that I’d done, and there was something about the drawings that I wanted to try to recapture.” Frankenweenie brings Burton back to his roots, a feature-length extension of the live-action short film that jump-started his career and earned him cult status – and famously got him fired from Disney. Taking the story of Frankenweenie and fleshing out his nostalgic vision of his old stomping grounds, Burton added characters (including the heavily accented Japanese-American kid Toshiaki, “my favorite”) and texture, and a healthy dose of movie geek references, from Frankenstein to Godzilla and beyond. “[I added] other kids that I remember in school, and teachers, and the geography of Burbank — the real setting,” he explained. “I tried to make everything more personal — even if it was a couple of kids mixed together. For me it made it feel more natural. I didn’t feel like this was just a short, that I was just going to pad it out with something. There were other monsters and other things I’d been thinking about over the years. I tried to treat it as expanding on those feelings and those memories of that time.” In keeping with Burton’s oeuvre, Frankenweenie is playfully macabre. But moreso than his other films, especially those aimed at children, it deals openly with the difficult subject of kids and death. “For me it was a way to explore the concept of death in a slightly abstract but safe way,” Burton offered. He pointed to his own childhood experience that inspired the tale. “My dog, whom I loved, they said he wasn’t going to live — he had this thing called distemper so he wasn’t supposed to live very long, but ended up living quite a long time. So there’s always this weird specter of death hanging over which I didn’t quite understand.” “At the same time I love Frankenstein and I learned about it through those movies, which deal with abstract things and things that are quite hard to explain to children in a slightly safer way,” he continued. “I grew up in a culture where death was very negative, but you see certain Hispanic cultures that have Day of the Dead and they treat it in a more positive way. For me it was an attempt to show death in a different way that’s not negative.” Yes, but is Burton prepared to see the potential increase of copy-cat “science experiments” in young Frankenweenie viewers with dearly departed pets of their own? “Better that than most of the kids that I knew who were torturing animals!” he laughed. “If it takes kids away from that, it’s probably for the best.” Read more on Frankenweenie and read Movieline’s review .
