After taking down Kodak Black’s artwork from the Trap Music Museum it now seems like Tip might have something else in store for the alleged rapist in the form of a diss track that he previewed on social media. Without actually naming names, the King of The South drops rhymes that hint at his situation with Kodak with lines like, “Ni**a took it too far, better slow down/Your belief becomes your thoughts, then your thoughts become your word/then your word becomes your actions and your actions become absurd.” Well, he ain’t wrong. Whether or not Black will respond on social media or his own diss track remains to be seen but best believe T.I. ready for all the smoke with Kodak. Last week, talk show villain Wendy Williams filed to divorce her terrible husband , Kevin Hunter. Reports of his alleged cheating had been pouring in for ages, and it looks like her sobriety journey helped her make other changes in her life. Now we’re learning that the divorce only went down after Wendy confronted him about fathering a child with his mistress. People reports that Wendy’s divorce is going down because she could no longer ignore Kevin’s antics. “The split is definitely due to Kevin’s ongoing infidelity,” an insider confirms. “And,” the source adds, due to the fact “that his mistress recently welcomed their child.” “Wendy had hired a private investigator,” the insider reveals. She got the facts first, the source explains, “and confronted him.” “He confessed to everything,” the insider notes, adding that this went down “three weeks ago.” The source explains: “All of the recent drama put a huge strain on Wendy.” Of course! Rumors are bad at any time, but especially when they’re true — and even more so when you’re in addiction recovery. All of this was a trigger for her, the insider explains, “and caused her to struggle with her sobriety.” She wrestled with her addiction, the source says, “as she did everything she could to try and save their marriage.” Even though it’s definitely the right move, apparently Wendy has really struggled with this choice. “The decision to split was terribly hard for her,” the insider expresses. “But,” the source notes. “She’s regaining her health.” Her health and general wellbeing matters more than any marriage. “She decided she needed to finally put herself first,” the insider reports. Abbie Burnett worked as a registered nurse when she met John David Duggar, the second-eldest son of Jim Bob and Michelle. She had dedicated her professional life to helping those in need, pretty much as admirable an occupation as one can possess. One would think John David and his loved ones would admire Abbie. One would think that they’d applaud her career and encourage her to pursue it in whatever way she wanted. One would think they’d even push her to advance far in the industry in order to help as many people as possible. But anyone who thinks this clearly is not familiar with the Duggars. Earlier this year, we reported that the family was actually unhappy that Burnett continued to work . Licensed in Oklahoma, Abbie was in the process of transferring that nursing license to Arkansas so that she could continue to work in her new home state. Fast forward about two months, however, and Burnett no longer has a job. Despite having gone to school for many years to serve patients as a nurse, she has decided to quit, which has led many Counting On viewers to wonder… … was this really her decision? During a recent episode of Counting On , Abbie seemed hesitant about stop working – and she didn’t rule out going back to the nursing profession someday. “I just love taking care of people. But I left my job a couple of months ago so that I could plan for the wedding,” she explained, elaborating as follows: “I do hope to go back to nursing one day, especially so I can keep up my license and my skills.” Admirable, right? Email Submit According to court documents obtained by The Blast , Otunga, 39, is requesting financial support to pay for his home amid claims that he is owed the cash because he is the primary caregiver of the couple’s nine-year-old son, David Jr. “Nothing entitles David to live in a home identical to Jennifer’s,” Hudson, 37, argued in the documents while also adding that “having a child with a celebrity should not be the basis to treat David like someone who has given birth to a child and who has no means of supporting the child.” She also feels that Otunga, a former WWE wrestler, is hypocritical by pursuing a career in entertainment, which was one of the factors he gave in arguing how Hudson’s work obligations made her less available to parent their son. Hudson argues that since they were never married, her financial obligations should not extend to paying for Otunga’s housing. The singer and Oscar-winner says that his recent role in Madea’s Family Funeral presents evidence of him trying to pursue “a career path identical to Jennifer’s.” She wants the presiding judge to force Otunga to seek gainful employment and keep a job diary. The two have had intense exchanges over the custody of their son since they announced splitting in November 2017. During that time the singer granted an emergency order of protection after she claimed David pushed her while she was holding their son. Otunga however, has categorically denied the accusation. The two also went back and forth over Hudson’s other claim that Otunga was trying kidnap their son and defame her legacy. Otunga has denied this allegations as well. Hudson and Otunga will meet again in court in May after a previous date was rescheduled form March. Hopefully they can come to a resolution and find a common ground because, whew! I am sure there are a lot of MEMES out there making fun of Coachella, because anyone who wants to put themselves through Coachella, has a fucking mental problem. They are the masses, the people who could easily be swindled by the FYRE FESTIVAL people, who feel a need to be part of something, a need to be associated with something. For four long years, Vicki Gunvalson dated the now disgraced Brooks Ayers. Most Real Housewives fans remember him best for having faked cancer , chemo, and chemo symptoms. But apparently he also “borrowed” a tremendous amount of money from Vicki. And she’s now suing him to force him to pay it back. E! News obtained court documents that reveal that Vicki Gunvalson is taking her ex, Brooks Ayers, to court. “Commencing in or about 2011,” documents read. “Plaintiff Gunvalson and Defendant Ayers entered into a series of loans.” These were loans “wherein Ayers borrowed various amounts of money from Gunvalson.” She allegedly loaned him a whopping $184,899 in 2011. Later, she says that she loaned him $81,652 for legal fees that he paid over a number of years. “And,” documents affirm. “Gunvalson agreed to loan such amounts to Ayers.” Apparently, they were both in total agreement … back when the loans were first made. “Ayers acknowledged the balance due on the loans,” the documents read. “In the amount of $184,899 to Gunvalson.” The court papers continue: “Ayers agreed to provide an accounting of all sums paid to him in various income streams.” In other words, she wanted him to prove to her that he was making enough money to pay her back. And, of course, to show her that he was paying her back as soon as he could — and not squirreling away cash for himself. We know that you will be simply shocked to read that Ayers allegedly failed to repay Vicki. The documents also accuse him of having failed to provide her with any accounting of his various revenue streams. (To be fair, that’s probably tricky to produce when you’re an alleged con artist) As far back as 2013, the two of them were joined in litigation in Clark County, Nevada. The involved litigation meant legal fees and expenses, which ran through 2015. You’ll never guess who got left with the check. “Ayers was unable to pay his portion of the attorneys’ fees and costs incurred on his behalf in the litigation,” the documents assert. “The Parties entered into a verbal agreement,” the papers reveal. This was a pact wherein Ayers borrowed $81,652,97 from Gunvalson.” This was all “to pay for the legal services, attorneys’ fees, and costs incurred in the Las Vegas litigation.” It sounds like she has yet to see dime one from that loan. The documents accuse that Brooks “failed and continued to fail to remedy or make good on the said account to Gunvalson.” Vicki suggests that he “had no intention of ever repaying either of the loans.” “Defendant committed the acts alleged knowingly, willingly, intentionally, maliciously,” the documents read. “And,” the papes add. “With the conscious disregard of the rights of Plaintiff.” “Defendant was in the superior position in relationship to his records,” Vicki accused. The documents continue: “Plaintiff reasonably expected trust and confidence in the integrity and fidelity of Defendant’s accounting and records.” Vicki accuses Brooks of “concealing and continuing to conceal accounting of his records.” “Defendant’s continued concealment of any accounting,” documents read. “Is an attempt to intentionally defraud and oppress Plaintiff.” Vicki has asked that the sum that she’s seeking, which is (obviously) in excess of $15,000, be determined at trial. She’s looking for compensation for attorneys’ fees, legal costs incurred both in the past and during this process, plus interest — and more. Honestly? Best of luck to her. Lori Loughlin is ready to fight, people. The polarizing actress is apparently willing to risk her freedom and whatever is left of her reputation by denying she did anything illegal when helping her kids apply for college. That’s right: Loughlin just pleaded not guilty in the admissions bribery scandal that has captivated a nation. Lori and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, entered not guilty pleas to all charges in court this morning: conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and honest services mail and wire fraud, along with conspiracy to commit money laundering. They entered said pleas via documents submitted by their lawyers. The charges, as you must know by now, stem from the allegation that Loughlin and Giannulli engineered their two daughters’ way into college through very unethical and illegal means. They were indicted in mid-March for supposedly paying a middle man $500,000 . This middle man then bribed an official at the University of Southern California to pretend that Loughlin’s kids were athletic recruits, thereby lowering their admission standards and allowing them to be accepted into the semi-prestigious school. Over the past several days, numerous outlets have reported that Loughlin didn’t take the federal charges seriously at first. Hence why she chose NOT to sign a plea deal similar to the one signed by Felicity Huffman. Huffman, the other famous name associated with this scandal, did plead guilty last week, did issue an apology and did take responsibility for her actions. As a result, she likely will not end up in prison for more than a few months… if she gets sentenced to jail at all. But Loughlin has thus far bristled at any notion of any sort of deal. Previously, the U.S. Attorney out of Boston gave all of the parents charged in this scheme an ultimatum: Either accept a plea or the case would go to the Grand Jury and additional charges would be filed — and this is exactly what happened to Loughlin and her husband. They now could be sentenced to 40 years behind bars . Does this seem likely? No. But if there really are recordings of Loughlin arranging to make her bribe, and if she is eventually found guilty, it seems very easy to believe that she’ll face real prison time in the end. How great would that be?!? “At this point, [Loughlin] is getting complete clarity and she’s scared and in terrible shape,” a source recently told Entertainment Tonight, adding: “She has been in complete denial and thought maybe she could skate by. She refused to accept any jail time and thought the DA was bluffing. She was adamant she wouldn’t do any jail time.” Conversely, after Huffman agreed to plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud, she said the following: “I am in full acceptance of my guilt, and with deep regret and shame over what I have done, I accept full responsibility for my actions and will accept the consequences that stem from those actions.” Loughlin is playing a very different legal game here. And a very dangeorus one as well.

The iconic New York City venue shuttered in 2017 following a sale to AEG Presents and Brooklyn Sports and Entertainment. Now, after a comprehensive renovation, Jay-Z will inaugurate the venue with a “B-Sides” set, featuring older songs and deep cuts. I’ll be Hov’s first time performing at Webster Hall. Tickets go on sale Friday, April 19th, at 11 Am with an AmEx presale starting Thursday, April 18th, at 10 AM. The show is set for April 26th This is great news as Jay’s only other upcoming show at the moment was Woodstock 50.
