Well, better late than never, right? Last week, Jenelle Evans announced that she had left David Eason and removed her kids from the home she once shared with her ex. It's a development Teen Mom 2 fans had been hoping for for years, but perhaps no one was more relieved to hear the news than Nathan Griffith. Nathan's son Kaiser had been living with the Easons, and Nathan had good reason to be deeply concerned. No one is safe living with David, least of all a 5-year-old whom Eason has taken a particular dislike to. For now, Kaiser is safe — and it seems Nathan will do anything in his power to help the boy stay that way. Take a look: 1. Healthy, By Comparison Jenelle and Nathan’s relationship was brief, and often very ugly. But compared to her relationship with David, they were the ideal couple. 2. Concerned For Kai Throughout Jenelle and David’s 2-year marriage, Nathan openly expressed concerns for his son’s safety and accused David of child abuse. 3. Legitimate Suspicion Very few people doubted that Nathan’s suspicions were well-founded, except, seemingly, for Jenelle, who accused him of lying about discovering bruises on Kaiser the size and shape of an adult’s hand. 4. Window of Opportunity When David shot and killed Jenelle’s dog back in May, Nathan seized the opportunity to move his son to a safer environment. 5. Silver Lining The shooting led to a CPS investigation which caused the Easons to temporarily lose custody of their kids, all of whom were sent to live with relatives. 6. Come on now, Jacqueline Laurita. Don’t beat around the bush. Tell us how you really feel about Teresa Giudice. Appearing on something called The LookOver Ladies podcast this Tuesday night, Laurita absolutely laid into the polarizing Real Housewives of New Jersey star, referencing the rumor that Teresa cheated on her husband and citing the joint interview she recently did with Joe. “They both did each other wrong,” Laurita said simply, adding in pointed detail: “They both cheated on each other, they both did wrongdoing. “They don’t trust each other. That’s the problem with the marriage — besides the resentment, the time apart, there’s no trust. They don’t trust each other. They both know that each other have been unfaithful.” That seems nearly impossible to disagree with. Joe certainly thinks Teresa cheated and Teresa has flat-out said that she won’t remain in the marriage if/when Joe officially gets deported to Italy. Jacqueline — who ceased being a regular castmember on The Real Housewives of New Jersey in 2014 — went on to say she thinks Teresa resents Joe for a number of reasons … and that she’s never been able to take accountability for her own illegal actions. ( Teresa spent time in jail after pleading guilty to her role in a bankruptcy fraud scheme, and seems like a very awful individual overall.) “She’s a narcissist, sociopath,” Jacqueline said this week. Of Teresa’s financial scheming, the ex-reality star says: She didn’t know everything, but she is not innocent for sure. I know this. And I think that she’s angry at [Joe] because she felt like she spent that time away from her kids, her family, the public embarrassment. A nd also the fact that once she got out, her mom passed away shortly after, and she was very close to her mom, so she looked at it like a time of that year I could’ve spent with my mom before she died, but I had to spend it here. Yes. Because she committed a crime. Teresa has said many times that she won’t move with her daughters to unite the family in Italy, a decision that Laurita finds appalling. “If that was my husband and my husband had to do all that, I would go wherever he went,” Jacqueline said of Joe’s likely deportation to his native country . “When I was in New Jersey, when my husband got the job out here [in California]…it wasn’t an easy decision for me because I had family here obviously, but I still had to pick up my kids, uproot them from their [lives] to move them out here. “I don’t care if my husband had to go out of the country. Laurita went on to say Teresa is forcing her kids to live in a “toxic environment” because they are so often in the press and being teased at school. Laurita also called Teresa a “very calculated manipulator” and continued to trash the Bravo personality: She’s a narcissist, she really believes that she’s like this… She’s famous? She’s infamous! I would never wanna be famous for flipping tables, acting classless, being dumb and being a felon. I’m sorry! I just wouldn’t want that. Giudice was front and center on last night’s Real Housewives of New Jersey premiere ; she clearly isn’t leaving the spotlight any time soon. “It’s actually sad,” Laurita concludes of how Teresa has changed. “When I first met her, she was very lighthearted, ditsy, but always just so funny because she was so stupid. I think that she would just say dumb things, and I would laugh all the time. “I always had laughs with her. It was lighthearted and fun. I wasn’t a threat to her, so she didn’t show that ugly side of her to me because I’m one to praise my friends, I like them to feel good, that’s what I did for her. I helped her out, I made her feel good. “Teresa likes ‘yes’ friends and people who will always agree with her. She likes fans, not friends.” In the end? “She [has] no loyalty to her family, I’ll tell you that right now,” Jacqueline says.
This summer, Joy-Anna Duggar suffered a tragic miscarriage . She and Austin shared their grief with fans. Joy is not the only member of the Duggar family who is pregnant. In a new interview, she explains how she is coping with Kendra, Abbie, and Lauren’s pregnancies when the pain of her miscarriage is so recent. “I thought it was going to be a lot harder,” Joy-Anna recently confessed to Us Weekly . She is referring to “being around [Kendra Duggar (née Caldwell), Abbie Duggar (née Burnett) , Lauren Duggar (née Swanson), and Anna Duggar (née Keller) …” Joy had this concern, of course, “because there are three sisters that are due the same time I was.” “But I was praying that the Lord would help me be excited for them,” she notes. “And I can honestly say that … I’m super excited for them,” Joy-Anna proclaims. “But I try and ask them a lot how they’re doing, how they’re feeling,” she adds. Joy explains that she’s sure to keep up with how they are “because this is an exciting time.” “They have little blessings that they’re adding to their family,” she affirms. But not everything will be as easy, she notes. “Meeting the babies,” Joy-Anna acknowledges. “I feel like that may be hard.” “But it’s not like I’m upset that I’ve lost my baby,” she emphasizes. “I still am excited for them.” Joy explains: “But you think, ‘What would my baby look like? What would she be like?’” Back in early July, Joy-Anna and Austin broke the grim news to their fans and followers. “Today marks one week since we heard these words…” they began, writing on their joint Instagram account. They quoted the doctor: “‘So this is your baby’s heart (pointing to the ultrasound screen). I don’t hear a heartbeat or see any movement.'” “We had gone in for our 20-week ultrasound and gender reveal,” the couple revealed. “It was a baby girl.” “Although we don’t understand why, God has given us unexplainable peace and comfort during this very difficult time,” Joy and Austin affirmed. “Yes, it still hurts and we have cried countless tears,” they acknowledged. “But we know that we can trust the Lord.” “In the words of King David after the loss of his baby, “I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me” (2 Sam 12:23),” they recited. Joy and Austin wrote: “We don’t grieve as those who have no hope because we trust that we will see this little one again.” “We named her Annabell Elise,” Joy-Anna and Austin shared with their fans and followers. They explained: “Annabell means ‘God has favored me,’ and Elise means ‘God satisfies.'” “What a precious thing to know that when our daughter opened her eyes,” Joy and Austin expressed. “The first thing she saw was the face of Jesus.” “Please pray for continued healing,” they asked at the time. “Not only physically but for our hearts as well.” Clearly, Joy-Anna has come a long way since that tragic loss this summer. Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino would like to make something abudantly clear: He is no Alex Rodriguez. By this, the long-time Jersey Shore star does not mean he could never bed Jennifer Lopez because, hey, one never knows. Instead, what Sorrentino means is that he has never used performance-enhancing drugs. (Rodriguez, formerly considered in the discussion for greatest baseball player of all-time, was busted for steroid use on multiple occasions.) How did this topic even come up? Why did Sorrentino feel a need to address it? Partly because the guy is absolutely ripped. Just look at that image above. But also because the official Jersey Shore Instagram account recently posted a photo of Hugh Jackman — who ain’t no slouch in the muscle department himself — posing with Angelina Pivarnick and Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi. One individual went ahead and commented on the post that they suspected Sorrentino used steroids to get his body back in shape after he spent many months in prison for tax evasion . The MTV personality then took to the comments section to set the record straight. “I am flattered you think I am on performance enhancing substance but I am not,” Sorrentino wrote. He continued to remain calm and proceeded to explain his, well, situation: “I am on probation and get tested biweekly for illegal substances. What you see is hard work, determination, proper diet, exercise, muscle memory, intermittent fasting, prison and genetics. “You should try it sometime!! People love to throw shade on what shines. Stay in your own lane and run your own race cuz!! “Do you even lift !? #clapbackseason.” The reality TV star revealed his new muscular figure in September after spending eight months at the Federal Correctional Institution in Otisville, New York. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight later that same month, Mike detailed how he shed more than 35 pounds while behind bars, using that time to get in amazing shape. What else is there to do in the clink, right? “I went to sleep every night at 10 p.m. I woke up every morning at 7 a.m. and did fasted cardio for about an hour,” he said, adding: “My window of intermittent fasting was between 16 and 17 hours on the weekdays, and 18 and 19 hours on the weekends. I had to continually challenge myself, whether it was in the gym and/or diet.” Sorrentino and his wife recently celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary . They ate at The Butcher’s Block in Long Branch, New Jersey, on November 1 in honor of the occasion; where, we can only assume, Mike scarfed down a whole lot of protein. After ages of silence, Selena Gomez has returned to us . By which we mean that she's making posts and music again. Some of that music has appeared to be directly aimed at her infamous ex, Justin Bieber, who got married just months after their last breakup. Now, a brilliant mashup of two of their songs frame the disparate tracks as part of a single conversation. Selena Gomez's lyrics in “Lose You To Love Me” are not what you'd call subtle or veiled. People spent decades debating the subject of Carly Simon's “You're So Vain.” Everybody knows that Selena's singing about the Biebs. Similarly, Justin's 2015 hit, “Sorry,” seemed to be offering a (monetizable) public apology for being a dickbag to Selena. Now, those songs have been fused into one mashup. It's a truly galaxy-brained decision. This isn't just some sappy fusion of music by a pair of exes. “It's too late now to say sorry,” Justin acknowledges in his song. As YouTube commenters pointed out, Selena sings: “Yeah.” It's no wonder that this mashup has more than 100,000 positive ratings vs only about 1,000 downvotes by, we assume, Hailey Baldwin stans. Andy Wu is the Los Angeles-based filmmaker, editor, and music producer who crafted the mashup. “It’s been 3 years since I made JELENA Megamix (2008-2016),” he acknowledges below the video. Wu adds: “Now their chapter is officially closed and done.” “I guess it’s time for everyone to move on,” he concludes. That is very correct. The mashup itself makes for easy listening if you're a big fan of both artists. If you're a diehard Selena Gomez admirer but can't often tolerate the sound of men singing, you may just want to stick to “Lose You To Love Me.” But it's worth taking a shot at the mashup, which we have included in this post. A lot of celebrities sing about their exes, but it's rare to see two such songs work together so very well. It's no surprise that Selena is singing about the Biebs … again. In late 2017, she and Justin reunited after he bent over backwards to convince her that he had changed … and that God wanted them to get together. They dated again for months, only to break up in early 2018. Whew. Just a few months later, Justin was back to dating his other ex, Hailey Baldwin. Weeks later, the two became engaged. We can't speak to what was going through Justin's mind at the time. Maybe he was just super inspired by Ariana Grande's engagement to Pete Davidson (remember that?). Maybe it was related to the controversial church that he attends — the same church that treats him like a prince and helps out on his “church dates.” Or maybe the Biebs had just reached a point in his life where he wanted to be married, and Hailey seemed like a solid plan B. As unfair as all of that is to Hailey herself (and we really do love Hailey; she deserved better context for her engagement and marriage), she's not the only victim. How did Selena feel after months of Justin insisting that they were divinely ordained, only to see him taking Hailey on the exact same church dates? Well, we don't have to wonder what she was feeling. She's expressing it all through song. At least in this mashup, she gets something of a real apology from the worst mistake she ever kept making.

According to TMZ reports , the open-casket celebration of life for the late comedian included a huge gathering of friends, family and celebs, including David Letterman who commenced the celebration. Letterman and Witherspoon have serious history, having both honed their careers at The Comedy Store in Hollywood alongside Richard Pryor, Robin Williams and Jay Leno. Chris Tucker and Ice Cube, who both posted loving tributes on their social media earlier this week, were also on hand at the event. As you've no doubt heard by now, Jenelle Evans has filed for divorce from David Eason. Now, this is Jenelle we're talking about, so there's a good chance she's lying, and this is all just a last-ditch effort to save her career. But for the time being at least, the Easons are living in separate states (Jenelle in Tennessee; David in North Carolina). And if we the version of events offered by sources close to Jenelle, she'd be perfectly happy if it stayed that way. In fact, it seems she reportedly has no problem with allowing David to remain on the property they obnoxiously dubbed “The Land” — but only if he grants of custody of the couple's 2-year-old daughter, Ensley. Here's everything we know about this increasingly bizarre situation: 1. The Easons You probably won’t be seeing any pics like this one for a while. Jenelle and David have called it quits, and sources close to the couple say they did not part on good terms. 2. The Announcement Evans shared the news with fans last week in a surprisingly straightforward Instagram post. 3. Uncharacteristically Quiet “I’ve mostly kept off social media the last few days because I’ve been focused on making some big life decisions,” Evans began. 4. Has Any Of It Been Pretty? “I’ve lived my life on camera since I was 17 years old,” Evans continued. “And a lot of it hasn’t been pretty. But it’s been my life.” 5. Think of the Children “Like anyone else, I want what’s best for my kids, and I want to be happy,” Jenelle wrote. 6. Playing the Kid Card Yes, Jenelle is once again claiming that her kids are the heart of every decision she makes. That’s obviously not true most of the time, but it might be in this case. We have an update on the tragic death of Jessi Combs. The former MythBusters host and racecar driver was killed in a car accident late this past August , passing away at the very young age of 36. According to multiple reports, Combs was trying to set a land-speed record for a woman driving a three-wheeled vehicle when the crash took place in Oregon’s Alvord Desert. A statement from Jessi’s family confirmed as much at the time. Now, the Harney County Sheriff’s Office has announced that it has completed its investigation into the crash involving Combs, with cooperation from the North American Eagle Race Team. It was announced an official cause of death. “Based on the evidence collected and examined at the scene of the crash and the evidence recovered by the North American Race Team it appears that there was a mechanical failure of the front wheel, most likely caused from striking an object on the desert,” Lieutenant Brian Needham said in a press release. He added: “The front wheel failure led to the front wheel assembly collapsing. “The front wheel failure occurred at speeds approaching 550 miles per hour.” It’s this last part that really explains it all, of course. Combs was driving at speed literally never driven at before — given the vehicle in which she was traveling — and it’s nearly impossible to know how a car will react to this sort of circumstance. Jessi’s cause of death was determined to be blunt force trauma. This is not surprising, but that doesn’t make it any less sad. Combs hosted MythBusters from 2009-2010. She also appeared in the television series documentary Overhaulin. And, just last year, she stopped as a guest in Jay Leno’s Garage. Said her family upon confirming their loved one’s passing: It is with extreme grief, and in celebration of her life that her family and close friends share that race car driver, and TV personality Jessi Combs, passed away in a fatal crash, where she was pursuing a land speed record in the North American Eagle on August, 27th 2019 on a dry lake bed in Oregon. The details of the crash have not been released at this time. Concluded Jessi’s relatives this summer: Jessi was known for her bright smile, positivity, and tenacious pursuit of the fulfillment of her dreams. Her drive was infectious, and she served as a role model for young Girls, and Women around the world. People that loved her and followed her became family, all bonded together by adventure and passion. Her fans adored her, and she lived to inspire them. It’s been less than three months since Miley Cyrus separated from Liam Hemsworth . But Miley clearly subscribes to the theory that the best way to get over an old love is with a new love — or, failing that, a succession of meaningless flings. About 24 hours after the world learned of her separation, Miley was hooking up with Kaitlynn Carter , the 31-year-old socialite or whatever who was previously best known for her fake marriage to Brody Jenner. Many jumped to the conclusion that Miley and Kaitlynn had cheated on their husbands, but they say they were both fully single before they dove into the lady pond together. Anyway, it might’ve been nothing more than some casual rebound friction for Miley, but apparently, for Kaitlynn, the relationship was much more. “Although the relationship with my friend was often referenced in the media as merely a ‘summer fling’ or a ‘same-sex affair,’ it was so much more than that,” Carter wrote in a new essay for Elle . “While it was short-lived, I’ll remain eternally grateful to my most recent relationship for opening my eyes to this unexplored part of myself, and for inspiring a new level of self-discovery and wonder at all the possibilities of life,” she added. Moving stuff — but Kaitlynn may have come on a bit too strong for Miley, who responded to the essay by unfollowing Carter on Instagram. Perhaps to really emphasize the message that she has no room for exes at this point in her life, Miley also unfollowed Liam. Harsh. But hey, Miley’s not just breaking hearts these days — she’s also fixing lives! As you’ve probably heard, Cyrus is dating Cody Simpson at the moment. Cody is a few years younger than Miley, and it sounds like when they met, he was about where she was at that point in her life — new to mainstream fame, partying non-stop, and just generally enjoying being young and rich and high. But these days Cody is substance free, and the only thing he’s getting f–ked up on his new relationship. “4 months sober & still stoned,” Simpson wrote on Instagram this week. That may sound like a bit of a mixed message, but as far as we can tell, Simpson is saying he’s stoned on his love/like/whatever for Cyrus. The message comes just days after Miley offered a similar update: “I’m four months sober,” she wrote in an Instagram Live post. “It’s the best I’ve ever felt. I’m radiating.” Cody confirmed in a recent interview with Us Weekly that the singers are helping one another stay clean: “We both met back in the day when we were partying a lot,” he said . “We had a lot of fun then … but now we’ve found each other in a space where we’re not partying, working real hard and just like [to] keep things healthy.” Here’s hoping Cody’s sobriety isn’t so fragile that it could be broken by something like being dumped and then promptly ghosted.
