Porn Star On Hunt For Rapper’s Assets, Demands CBS Hand Over His Contact For CSI: Cyber Shad Moss better watch his back! The porn star who won a $80,000 judgment against the rapper is coming after his assets – specifically the money he’s paid by CBS for his role on CSI: Cyber. Celine Tran, aka “Katsuni” has demanded the television network hand over his contact and pay-stubs in an attempt to collect her money, BOSSIP has learned. Back in 2013, the adult film star sued Moss for taking clips of her pole dancing and using them in the music video for “Drank in My Cup.” The porn actress claimed Moss never got her permission to use her footage or likeness in the music video. A court later ruled in Katsuni’s favo r through a default judgment after he never showed up for court – for $79,346.07 for damages and the porn star’s attorney fees. Then on January 14th, Moss headed to federal court to demand the default judgment thrown out, along with all collection efforts by Tran. The rapper explained that the porn star claimed to have served him with the legal documents at an address he didn’t live at back in 2012. He claimed he wasn’t even in the country at the time Tran said he was served and the address she listed is where his mom lives NOT him. Moss said the adult film star has been attempting to collect on her $80,000 judgment by coming after his company Faze 2 Entertainment in Georgia Court. However, he claimed that she obtained the judgment without properly serving him and thus the judgment should be void.

Reality Starlet Left Fuming After Axe From Love & Hip Hop Hollywood Love & Hip Hop Hollywood’s Amberr Laura said she was blindsided by producers who cut her from the show just as she was planning to introduce the world to her new boyfriend, Petey Pablo. Amberr told BOSSIP she’s been loved up with the “North Carolina” rapper for the last seven months, and couldn’t wait to share her new relationship with viewers. “I was kind of holding it for the show,” Amberr said . “He’s a great support system for me. He’s a great match. He’s there for me, and he understands how the entertainment business works. He keeps me grounded.” That was until she found out that she’d been cut from Love & Hip Hop . Amberr told BOSSIP that no one from the show actually contacted her to tell her she was let go, but instead beat around the bush while other cast members prepped to begin filming later this month. And the mom of one laid the blame on former cast mate Milan Christopher , who she said trash talked her to producers and the press. “This man, he knew me from being with my ex,” she said. “He ended up with him, it didn’t work out, and then he decides to slander my name. It disgusted me how far he went to slander a woman that did nothing to him.”

Lady Gaga To Sing National Anthem At The Super Bowl The super bowl has identified who will be crooning out The National Anthem at Sunday’s game — and it’s none other than Lady Gaga. The singer-turned-actress will belt out the Star Spangled Banner for the first time on live television. Via NewYorkPost : Lady Gaga is set to sing the national anthem at the Super Bowl on Sunday. The NFL told The Associated Press on Tuesday that Gaga will sing “The Star-Spangled Banner” at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, where the Carolina Panthers will take on the Denver Broncos. Academy Award winning actress Marlee Matlin will perform in American Sign Language during the national anthem. Super Bowl 50 will air on CBS, and halftime show performers include Coldplay and Beyonce. Gaga’s upcoming performance during the Super Bowl is another notch on her belt: She won a Golden Globe for her role in “American Horror Story: Hotel” last month and she’s nominated for best original song at the next month’s Academy Awards with “ Til It Happens to You ” from “The Hunting Ground.” Hmmm….what do you think of their choice?? Lady Gaga ended 2015 on quite a high note, winning rave reviews – along with a Golden Globe – for her role on American Horror Story: Hotel. And now the singer’s 2016 is off to an impressive start as well. She will sing the national anthem this Sunday in Santa Clara, prior to Super Bowl 50 between the Carolina Panthers and Denver Broncos. Academy Award-winning actress Marlee Matlin, meanwhile, will perform in American Sign Language during this rendition of the country’s theme song. With this honor, Lady Gaga joins an impressive rundown of artists who have opened the most-watched sporting event on the planet with a nod to their nation. Idina Menzel did the honors in 2015, while past stars who have belted out the track at the Super Bowl have included Christina Aguilera, Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Hudson and Carrie Underwood. We wish, of course, that Lady Gaga was instead performing at halftime of the game. Instead, viewers and attendees will be subjected to Coldplay, although the band is at least expected to include such guests as Beyonce in its halftime set.

Spring Valley High Classmates Dismiss Claims That Black Teen Was Disruptive Spring Valley High School officials and local deputies in South Carolina are investigating after a video taken at the high school shows a violent attack between a Black female student and the school’s resource officer. The Sheriff’s office claimed the Black student was being “disruptive” in class but many of her peers have come out the dismiss the claims. Student Aaron Johnson says otherwise: South Carolina cop Officer Ben Fields is already being sued in federal court for targeting African American student according to Raw Story : The suit, which is scheduled to go to trial in January, stated that Fields “recklessly targets African-American students with allegations of gang membership and criminal gang activity” and wrongfully accused a former Spring Valley High School student, Ashton James Reese, of being involved in a “huge gang fight” at a Walmart parking lot near the school in January 2013. Fields did not respond to the original incident, the suit stated, but took over the investigation from a fellow deputy. He is accused of falsely describing Reese as a gang member without even speaking to him about the incident, which reportedly involved three men not identified as Spring Valley students attacking another man. Fields described the incident as an attempt to unify three gangs. However, neither Fields nor the school’s assistant principal, April Shell, were able to provide written statements implicating Reese in connection with the incident during a pair of subsequent hearings. Fields allegedly insisted that he would only review his files if Reese were to face criminal charges. Something in the water doesn’t smell clean with this story!
