Various items that once belonged to Casey Anthony – the Florida woman found not guilty of killing her daughter – are now for sale on a website that describes itself as a destination for “murderabilia.” According to Eric Holler – the owner of SerialKillersInk(dot)net – the belongings up for auction were purchased at a garage sale run by Anthony’s parents. He is selling them for $800 per item. “Of course I’m trying to profit, I’m running a business here,” Holler told WESH-TV in Orlando, refusing to divulge how much he paid for the clothes and purses. “I’m not in the business of losing money.” Anthony was released from prison in 2011 and has kept a relatively low profile since. She was acquitted that summer of murdering her infant child, Caylee, but found guilty of giving false information to law enforcement about the disappearance of her daughter, who vanished weeks before her third birthday. Anthony eventually settled on the claim that Caylee drowned, accidentally, in her parents’ swimming pool and that her father convinced her to cover up the passing. “Casey Anthony is here!” screams Holler’s website. “Own items from the infamous Anthony garage sale.”

They let Casey Anthony and George Zimmerman go and now they have another person to add to the list of crazies. According to The NY Daily News A Florida woman posed as a teen to seduce a 14-year-old boy into a seedy sexual relationship before choking him when he tried to leave her home, police said. Naomi Dixon, 31, allegedly pretended she was just 17 after meeting the boy at a party near her home in Deltona. The pair reportedly had sex on the night they met and then a subsequent eight more times. Her victim allegedly told cops that he would spend most of his time hanging out at Dixon’s home. He tried to leave several times, he claimed, but she would get upset. Once she tried to choke him, while another time she made cuts to her arms and tried to carve his initials into her flesh. The boy told his parents about Dixon after getting tired of her trying to keep him at her home. Dixon was questioned by police on Thursday and, saying she thought he was 18, initially denied having sex. But she later confessed and was arrested, reports the Daytona Beach News-Journal. Currently held at Volusia County Branch Jail on $50,000 bail, Dixon is charged with two counts of lewd/lascivious battery involving a sex act on a person between 12 and 16 years of age SMH at her choking him when he tried to leave. George Zimmerman Fears For His Life After Being Found Not Guilty George Zimmerman feels he’s marked for death and needs to be packing heat and wearing body armor. According to CNN: His GPS monitor has been cut off and George Zimmerman, legally, can go anywhere he wants. But his family and his lawyers say he’s hardly free. Zimmerman fears for his life. He’s a reviled figure to millions, despite his acquittal Saturday night in Trayvon Martin’s killing. And he could still be held criminally liable for Martin’s death. Zimmerman’s attorney describes him as a marked man. “He has to be very cautious and protective of his safety because there is still a fringe element who have said … that they will not listen to a verdict of not guilty,” said Mark O’Mara. Zimmerman, 29, has kept his address under wraps for more than a year and worn a disguise whenever he left his four walls. He has often strapped on body armor, according to O’Mara. And he may feel the need to be armed. When asked by CNN whether Zimmerman will keep the gun used in the killing, his brother, Robert Zimmerman, said, “I don’t see any reason why he shouldn’t. “I think he has more reason now than ever to think that people are trying to kill him because they express they’re trying to kill him, all the time, every day, on my Twitter feed, on the Internet.” Zimmerman, married with no children, may leave Florida and choose to lead a life in the shadows — like Casey Anthony, the Florida woman acquitted of killing her 2-year-old daughter in 2008. With the state criminal case over, George Zimmerman could now face new criminal charges. The federal government could file a civil rights suit, accusing him of violating 17-year-old Martin’s civil rights. Those who defend Zimmerman say he will struggle for the rest of his life over what happened, despite his contention that it was in self-defense. “In his religious beliefs, death by any definition is a tragedy,” Robert Zimmerman told CNN’s Piers Morgan. “So he has moral things that he’s going to have to deal with, and emotional and psychological hurdles he’s going to have to overcome.” Those who believe he should be in jail for murder are quick to point out that Martin lost his life, and say there should be no tears shed for any struggles Zimmerman may face. The late model, as seen in last night’s Lifetime original film Anna Nicole, left an indelible mark on a then still-developing reality TV and celebrity culture. Agnes Bruckner took on the tragic, titular role of the woman whose life saw so many ups, downs and bizarre turns that were stranger than fiction. “I was very nervous and anxious, because she was so iconic and so famous and larger-than-life. I asked myself ‘Am I going to pull this off?’” Brucker said. “‘What kind of movie are we making?’ I asked all those questions. We really wanted to tell a different story, and that gave me the confidence to play her.” That different story is one of a woman whose life played out in real time in front of viewers for years – something now commonplace for Kim Kardashian et al. It is also a tale of tragedy for a mother who welcomed a daughter, Dannielynn , just before she lost a son, and met her own demise in early 2007. Whatever your opinion of Anna Nicole Smith, any parent can understand the struggle to go on after losing a child, a rare constant in a whirlwind of a life. In the end, the film is pretty standard for Lifetime celebrity fodder, if not slightly better in the emotions, events and themes it chose to focus on. The five most memorable moments from Anna Nicole: 1. Bruckner’s transformation. Yes, it’s what actresses do, but this is one heck of a woman to transform into, given her wildly fluctuating weight and appearance. Smith flashed her boobs to crowds, pole-danced on football field (in front of her son), got hammered while pregnant, and went balls to the wall, 24/7/365. That’s not an easy person to embody, but Bruckner did so admirably. 2. An extension of #1 perhaps, but seeing Bruckner acting out the clown scene was so bizarre, it defies description. Incredibly, it happened in real life, too. Donning eerie clown makeup and slurring her speech, a pregnant Anna Nicole Smith claimed her baby was “just gas” as Howard K. Stern filmed it. It was a have-to-see-it-to-believe-it moment, a haunting reminder of how far she had fallen by that point and a harbinger of tragic events to come. 3. Anna Nicole’s son Daniel was the unexpected star of the film. Through the years, we saw his unconditional love and vulnerability, how Anna’s hard living impacted him, and how he succumbed to similar troubles himself. 4. Rather than flashbacks, there were flash-forwards to Smith in that iconic red dress, as if Anna Nicole were destined to be pulled out of Vickie Lynn. 5. The whole J. Howard Marshall romance was kind of odd, at least it was played up that way here, as if he just wanted to have some fun and dote on Smith. Forced out of hiding, Casey Anthony made her first public appearance in over a year in a half Monday when she arrived in federal bankruptcy court. A rattled Anthony tried to hide her face today as she waded through a mob of photographers and reporters when she arrived at the Tampa courthouse: Casey Anthony Back in Court The appearance – her first in public since she was acquitted of killing her young daughter Caylee in 2011 – is related to her recent bankruptcy filing. Casey Anthony clung to a man who exited the car with her as celebrity news outlets clamored for photos and someone shouted, “Did you get away with murder?” She clutched a black hat and sunglasses near her face; her brown hair was loose, below her shoulders; she wore a black sweater, black pants and a printed blouse. Casey Anthony , 26, has been in hiding for 20 months and unemployed for the past four years. Deeply in debt, she filed for bankruptcy in January. She owes almost $800,000 to various creditors. The few glimpses of Anthony since her 2011 release from jail have been a few leaked video diaries and some photos of her hanging out at a stake house . Anthony was acquitted of murder, but convicted on four counts of providing false information to law enforcement, stemming from her initial statements to detectives. She is on probation and required to stay in Florida. The bankruptcy filing includes 15 pages of people who have made claims, including legal consultants, media consultants, authorities, the IRS and Anthony’s parents. The total value of her assets is just over $1,000. Anthony’s lawyer Charles Greene said it will take a long time for her to find work, and life will “never be normal” for Casey, who still breaks down in tears at times. “You don’t go from the most hated woman in the world, according to some media outlets, to being a normal person or being able to live a normal life,” Greene said. “I’m not saying she’s not a normal person, but people do not perceive her as a normal person,” he added, noting that she still receives death threats.

Casey Anthony Files For Bankruptcy Via RadarOnline reports: The filing in the Middle District of Florida Bankruptcy Court came on the same day two of her convictions for lying to law enforcement officials during their investigation into the death of her daughter, Caylee, were thrown out. In 2011, Anthony was found not guilty of murdering her two year-old daughter in a trial that riveted the country. Responding to the bankruptcy filing, the attorney representing Zenaida Gonzalez in her defamation case against Anthony called it nothing more than a delay tactic. But, said Matt Morgan, “we are not deterred and will stay the course.” Anthony’s Chapter 7 Bankruptcy filing listed $1,084 in personal property and $792,119.23 in liabilities. And she provided a fascinating list of nearly 100 people and companies who have claims or possible claims against her. They include her former attorney Jose Baez for $500,000, the IRS in the amount of $68,540 and the Orange County (FL) Sheriff’s Office for $145,660.21. Her own parents are listed without a specific amount. “This is the next step towards closure for me,” Anthony told CBS affiliate KPHO. Of the now-stalled Gonzalez trial, she said, “These are the things holding me back. This is the key for me to move forward.” Charles Greene, the civil attorney defending Anthony in the Gonzalez lawsuit, told the station “Casey hoped the case would be over in January. This has been an ongoing battle for close to five years. Emotionally and physically, she can’t go on for another year. She needs a clean slate from a financial perspective.” The goal of the bankruptcy is to give Casey a fresh start financially, said Greene, who added she has no financial windfall projects pending. “There are no contracts, no movie or book deals,” he said. Two of Casey Anthony’s four convictions for lying to authorities during the investigation into her daughter Caylee‘s disappearance have been dismissed, according to reports. Casey’s legal team appeared on her behalf in the 5th District Court of Appeals in Florida to appeal all four convictions and ask that they be thrown out. A panel of judges found that two of the four convictions should be tossed because they constituted double jeopardy – dual convictions of the same crime. The state argued that double jeopardy wasn’t a valid reason to reject any convictions because each false statement to law-enforcement was a separate offense. Ultimately both arguments were rejected, but the appeal court found that Casey Anthony , 26, could only be rightly convicted on two of the counts on merit. Now that the appeals have been settled, Zenaida Gonzalez‘s civil lawsuit against Casey for claiming she was a nanny that kidnapped Caylee can proceed. Casey claimed that “Zanny the Nanny” made off with her toddler; Gonzalez, a woman by that name, is now suing her for defamation as a result of the lie. Anthony was recently spotted at a steak house , one of the few times she has been seen outside of hiding in the 18 months since her murder acquittal.
