A women named Erica Gonzales told The Fresno Bee she and her mom took $32,000, that was her dad’s life savings, to the bank to put in a safe deposit box and the bank told her that they didn’t have space for the cash. After running errands, they ended up at Applebee’s for dinner, leaving the cash by accident in the seat. The Gonzales’ didnt realize the cash was gone until they went home! The server found the money and turn it into the police. Applebee’s said the good Samaritan refused to be identified but “he just wanted to do the right thing” . Good for them! Now we can see how these muhfuggas REALLY get down Ferguson Police Now Wear Body Cameras Via FOXNews Police officers in Ferguson, Mo., which became a flashpoint for protests following the fatal shooting of a black teenager by a white police officer just over three weeks ago, have begun using body cameras. Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that approximately 50 cameras were donated by two companies, Safety Visions and Digital Ally, last week. Officers had the devices on during a protest march Saturday and captured what Jackson said were high-quality images of demonstrators taunting police. Jackson said that the cameras were being assigned to the city’s police squads and each officer would get one to use. Representatives from the two companies had visited the police department earlier Saturday to train officers on how to use the cameras. “They are really enjoying them,” Jackson said. “They are trying to get used to using them.” Support for officers wearing outward-facing cameras has increased since the August 9 shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown by Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson. Last week, Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., suggested that police departments should require officers to wear body cameras in order to receive federal funding. McCaskill, like other supporters of the cameras, said that footage could help determine whether an officer was being wrongfully accused of misconduct by a civilian. “Everywhere I go people now have cameras,” McCaskill said. “And police officers are now at a disadvantage, because someone can tape the last part of an encounter and not tape the first part of the encounter. And it gives the impression that the police officer has overreacted when they haven’t.” SMFH. Via HeraldNet A former nude dancer who jumped into the controversial bikini coffee stand business deposited more than $2 million in her bank in just three years. She bought property and coffee huts with other cash, sometimes bringing along a money counter to dole out the bills. Her baristas reported making hundreds of thousands of dollars out of her stands, working mainly for tips. The women told cops the price for a cup of coffee started at $6 and customers typically paid with a $20 bill. The baristas kept the rest to shake their breasts or expose their genitals. They charged more for sex acts with the droves of men who stopped at the stands, mainly located along Highway 99 in Snohomish County. Prosecutors on Thursday charged Carmela Panico, 52, of Snohomish, with promoting prostitution and money laundering. They allege that Panico was the madam of drive-through brothels, raking in millions of dollars and laundering the illegal profits through property acquisitions. “Panico’s businesses were driven by prostitution and lewd behavior,” Snohomish County deputy prosecutor Bob Hendrix wrote in charging documents. Her profit margin at times was twice that of well-run, established coffee stands, Hendrix said. Panico allegedly under-reported her earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, dealing in large quantities of cash. Investigators seized nearly $250,000 from her Snohomish home during a raid last year. Was the verdict fair? Black Teen Who Shot Baby In Stroller Found Guilty An African-American teenager has been convicted of murder in the killing of a 13-month-old toddler in Georgia. Via The Grio reports: De’Marquise Elkins was found guilty of shooting Antonio Santiago in the face at point-blank range in a botched robbery on March 21 in Brunswick. It took the jury took about two hours to convict the 18-year-old. He was convicted on all 11 counts, including two counts of felony murder and one count of malice murder. Because he was 17 at the time of the shooting he will not face the death penalty under the state law. Elkins now faces a life behind bars. Prosecutors say Elkins and an accomplice, 15-year-old Dominique Lang, stopped Sherry West and the older teen pointed a gun at her and demanded money before shots were fired. Lang testified against Elkins during the trial and said the older teen fired the weapon. The 15-year-old is to be tried later. Elkins’ attorney, Glynn County Public Defender Kevin Gough, said during the trial that it can’t be ruled out that “one or both parents” may have been involved in their son’s death. West has a history of mental illness and there were no eyewitnesses to the killing except West’s version of events. During the two-week trial the West’s adult daughter, Ashley Glassey, testified against her mother. She was uneasy West phoned her the day her brother was killed for advice on cashing in on his insurance policy. She also testified her mother’s account of what happened on the day kept on changing. The killing of Santiago on March 21 drew national attention and exposed simmering tension in the coastal city of Brunswick, with opinion sharply divided along racial lines. The court case was moved to Marietta because of the extensive publicity surrounding the case. At the start of the trial lawyer Gough objected to the racial makeup of potential jurors. After the verdict, Gough issued a statement that he plans to appeal. He told reporters the all-white jury could be one basis for requesting a new trial. “That was not a jury of his peers,” he said. According to Mail Online A Tennessee woman is recovering in hospital after trying to hide $5,000 in cash inside her rectum and then trying to remove the money with a toilet brush and tongs. Bulls Gap resident, Christie Black, 43, allegedly stole the money from her boyfriend Bobby Gulley last week after she became fearful that he was going to split up with her. Transported to Hawkings County Memorial Hospital, Black was suffering from severe bleeding after her attempts to remove the cash failed and police have charged her with theft of over $1,000. At around 1 a.m. on Tuesday, a deputy from the Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to Gulley’s home after they received a complaint that his girlfriend was stealing from him. Gulley informed Sgt. Michael Allen that he had ‘set a trap’ for Black by putting two envelopes containing $4,000 and $1,000 in $100 in an old medicine bag which he put on top of his foosball table. SMH Waking in the night to find the bag missing, he saw that his girlfriend was awake and confronted her about the money. At this point, a frightened Black proceeded to vomit up a plastic bag containing partially dissolved pills. ‘He then asked her where the money was, and she admitted to him she’d wrapped it up and stuck it in her rectum,’ Allen stated in his report according to the Times News. ‘Black admitted (to Allen) to taking the money and medication because Mr. Gulley was going to kick her out and she needed money for a place to live.’ Sgt. Allen said that Black then tried to remove the cash with a toilet brush and tongs but failed. ‘She was bleeding severely and was transported to the Hawkins County Memorial Hospital emergency room,’ Allen said. ‘The wad of money was removed and collected as evidence.’ As of Thursday afternoon, she remained listed in fair condition at Holston Valley Medical Center.
