By Jocelyn Vena Madonna Photo: PictureGroup/ Evan Agostini Last year, “Glee” aired a Madonna -centric episode featuring the mega-star’s music, but does that mean that Madge is ready to hit the road with the cast of the hit Fox show? According to some rumors, the answer is yes. The News of the World reported that Madge was eyeing Lea Michele, Jane Lynch and Matthew Morrison as prospective tourmates, according to Metro.co.uk. “Madonna wants to break records and make her career bigger than ever,” the source said. “And because the ‘Glee’ episode featuring her music was such a hit, there are plans for the cast to appear.” The insider continued that the rumored tour is meant to represent Madonna ushering in the next era of her career, which she plans to spend behind the scenes. “She is in amazing shape for her age,” the source said. “But this could be her last big world tour she does for a while as she wants to concentrate on business ventures.” The problem is that none of this is real, according to a rep for the singer who told MTV News that the rumors are not true. Last April, “Glee” paid homage to the Material Girl in their “Power of Madonna” episode. And the episode, which covered such Madonna classics as “Ray of Light,” “Express Yourself,” “Vogue,” “Like a Virgin” and “Like a Prayer,” to name a few, got the thumbs up from the star. “I think Mr. Schuester is very cute,” Madonna said in a statement, referring to Matthew Morrison, who plays the glee-club instructor on the hit Fox show. “And I’m glad he’s doing such a good job empowering all the girls.” Related Artists Madonna

Considering she spent years playing a girl who led two lives on “Hannah Montana,” Miley Cyrus ‘ upcoming role as an FBI agent who goes “So Undercover” at a college sorority should be an easy transition. Miley recently took to YouTube to update fans on all the fun she had shooting the comedy/action flick. She even spilled the beans on a special actor who joined the movie’s “entourage” for a cameo. ” ‘Sup guys? It’s Miley in my trailer hanging out on the set of ‘So Undercover,’ ” she told fans in the video. “This is actually our last week and a half, which is crazy.” So, what sort of antics have Miley and the cast, including Kelly Osbourne , been up to on the set? “I can’t believe how quick it’s gone,” she said. “We had a really good time. We actually just had a wrap party because the girls are leaving ’cause now it’s getting into the relationship of me and my dad. So all the sorority scenes are coming to an end, so all my girls are leaving me. “We’ve been working so hard,” she continued. “Literally, I’m in every scene except one or two, so we’ve been here working really long hours. It was nice to have a night just to be able to hang out, all the crew and all the cast, to be able to hang out as friends, not in just a work environment.” That cast includes Jeremy Piven, who apparently has a secret part in the flick. “They let me and Jeremy Piven, who plays one of our characters … can’t tell you who, I’m not allowed. But Jeremy’s in this movie, and so he got up on the drums and we played ‘I Love Rock ‘n’ Roll.’ ” Bottom line, although the film has been a lot of hard work, Miley thinks it’s all been worth it. “I’ve had an awesome time shooting this movie,” she said. “I’m excited for you guys to see it, really digging it. The cast of MTV’s smash hit “Jersey Shore” are poised to head to the other homeland: Italy. On Tuesday (January 25), MTV announced that not only had “Shore” been renewed for a fourth season, but that, in the upcoming season, the cast would be taking their show on the road … all the way to Italy. Production on season four is set to begin in spring 2011, and will premiere “later this year.” “While the Stateside ‘Jersey Shore’ locales have become iconic for our audience, it’s really the constantly evolving dynamic amongst the cast that keeps them coming back each season, and Europe is a fresh spin on a show that continues to reach new heights for us,” Chris Linn, MTV’s executive vice president of programming and head of production, said in a statement. “The cast is headed to the birthplace of the culture they love and live by. We can’t wait to see what erupts as a result.” It’ll probably be like Mount Vesuvius. The current season of “Jersey Shore” — featuring new castmate Deena Cortese , and a whole lot of JWoww-related drama (and Snooki cooling her backside in a mini-fridge) — premiered earlier this month to record-setting ratings and has only continued to raise the bar in recent weeks: Thursday night’s episode was MTV’s most-watched series telecast ever, with 8.9 million total viewers. From the world of music, the cast of 16 includes King of Crunk Lil Jon, Sugar Ray singer Mark McGrath, country star John Rich, classic rocker Meat Loaf, LaToya Jackson and R&B legend Dionne Warwick. Among the actors signing on for the chance to win some cash for the charity of their choice are unhinged reality staple Gary Busey, 1970s teen idol and “Partridge Family” star David Cassidy, Lisa Rinna and Academy Award winner Marlee Matlin. “LaToya Jackson and Gary Busey anywhere, I’m there!” Fallon enthused. “Gary Busey, yikes.” The other famous faces include tax-troubled “Survivor” winner Richard Hatch, “Real Housewives of Atlanta” firecracker NeNe Leakes, former “View” host Star Jones, model Niki Taylor, former baseball star Jose Canseco and Playboy Playmate of the Year Hope Dworaczyk.
