It looks like Joe Giudice is all out of juice. As you’re probably aware, Giudice has been fighting deportation to his native Italy for several months now. But it seems that after his latest appeal was rejected , the former Real Housewives of New Jersey star is slowly coming to terms with the fact that his days in America may be numbered. According to a new report from Radar Online, a frustrated Giudice has essentially issued an ultimatum to the federal government: Either release me to my family, or hurry up and deport me. Currently, Giudice is being held in an ICE detention center , where he has resided since completing his prison sentence for tax fraud back in March. Joe has reportedly complained to loved ones that conditions in the ICE facility are worse than in the federal prison where he was served his time. And it seems he’ll do anything to be a free man again, even if that means taking an unwanted trip overseas. A source tells Radar that Joe has accepted the fact that he’ll almost certainly be deported. He has asked officials to allow him to return home and spend his remaining days in America with his wife and daughters. If they refuse to do so, he has requested that he be deported immediately, rather than spend additional time in the detention center. “It’s been horrible, and he doesn’t want to rot away there any longer,” says the insider . “The moment he is denied, he said he will pull his appeal and get ready to go to Italy.” A recently-released fellow detainee told Radar that the facility is “like in a dungeon” with cramped, filthy cells and subhuman living conditions. If Joe’s request is granted, and he’s permitted to await deportation with his family, it could be the last time he sees them for a very long time. Teresa Giudice has already indicated that she plans to divorce Joe if he gets deported, and it seems she’s already enjoying life as a single mom. Teresa is rumored to be dating Blake Schreck , a 26-year-old businessman whom she met during Joe’s time in prison. Though he doesn’t speak the language and hasn’t been to Italy since he was a child, we can see how life in America might be growing more unappealing to Joe by the day. It's hard to believe it, but The Vampire Diaries is officially a decade old. While that may seem like a short amount of time for some of the vampires who have been alive on the show for centuries, it's a significant amount of time for us humans who still obsess over the show. Kevin Williamson Almost Wasn’t Involved Kevin Williamson, who is well known for writing I Know What You Did Last Summer and some of the Scream movies, and for creating Dawson’s Creek almost wasn’t part of the series. 2. The Reason? “In the beginning when I read it, I didn’t want to be involved with it because I felt it was a sort of Twilight rip-off, no matter which came first,” He admitted to The Independent. “The premise was exactly the same: girl falls in love with vampire, and I felt that it had been done and that nobody was going to do another vampire story. But then Julie kept telling me to keep reading the books and then I began to realise that it was a story about a small town, about that town’s underbelly and about what lurks under the surface.” 3. The Elena That Almost Wasn’t Fans of the book series were livid when they learned that Nina Dobrev landed the role of Elena Gilbert. But the truth is that Dobrev didn’t impress the showrunners with her audition. “The funniest story about the first impression of Nina is that she didn’t make an impression,” Julie explained to EW. “None of us remembered seeing her for the first time. And then she, through her agents and the casting directors, said, ‘Hey, listen—I was sick that day, I didn’t do my best work, I really really want this part.” [She] put herself on tape, which then got sent to us and it was so magical and so perfect that she basically had the job from that minute forward.” 4. Ashlee Simpson Almost Played Elena The network wanted to be in business with Ashlee Simpson. Said co-executive producer and director Marcos Siega at a SAG event shortly after the series’ debut : “We couldn’t find the girl we wanted. The network wanted us to hire Ashlee Simpson. …But Nina sent this DVD back and we all were home looking, searching, and we came in the next day saying, ‘We should look at Nina again.’ We showed it to Peter Roth, and Peter only saw her on that tape and he said, ‘That’s her’.” 5. Ashley Tisdale Was Reportedly in Talks for the Role Ashley was riding a wave thanks to the success of High School Musical, and there have been many rumors that she was offered the role. However, she is said to have declined to star in the one-and-done Hellcats. Yup, it seems the producers have a thing for the Ashleys. 6. Many People Wanted the Role of Elena Gilbert “Half of Hollywood I think went out for the role, for all our roles,” Nina told E! News of the difficulty in getting the role. “I guess I did something right, here I am. We had to discover and find our characters. Several years ago, during her run for Vice President of the United States, Sarah Palin mocked Barack Obama for a platform based on “hope and change.” Now, well over a decade later, however, the unintelligent former politican’s daughter says she is gonna rely on hope in the wake of a major life change: The divorce of her parents. On Monday afternoon, Sarah and Todd Palin announced they were splitting after 31 years of marriage. In documents filed in Anchorage Superior Court late last week, Sarah cited “incompatibility of temperament between the parties such that they find it impossible to live together as husband and wife” as the cause of the split. In other words: These two are totally sick of being married to each other! We’ll refrain from making any jokes here about how it took Todd so long to arrive at such a conclusion. Sarah, of course, rose to national prominence after she was selected by John McCain to serve as his running mate in the 2008 presidential election. The pair lost to Barack Obama and Joe Biden and then Palin resigned as governor of Alaska after just three years in office, in order to focus on a career in media. She served as a Fox News correspondent for awhile and now… just Tweets sometimes, we guess. But daughter Bristol appeared on Dancing with the Stars and also anchored her own short-lived reality show and then actually joined Teen Mom OG last year. We still can’t believe that happened. On Monday morning, meanwhile, Bristol shared on her Instagram Story a sermon from a Texas pastor called “Abounding in Hope,” a reference to a line in the Bible. It’s extremely safe to assume she did so because she knew that news of her parents’ break-up would soon go viral. “When hope is present, people are encouraged to lay hold of what heaven has for them,” Christian Life Austin Pastor Rex Johnson says in the sermon, from March. “Some have referred to hope as the ‘middle sister’ of faith and love,” he also says in it. “I like that.” Sarah and Todd Palin met as high school students in Wasilla, Alaska and eloped in 1988. They five children together, including Bristol — and Todd is seeking joint custody of 11-year old Trig, the only kid who still lives at home. Bristol, for her part, was also once married. She divorced Dakota Meyer in 2018, however, with nearly every moment Bristol spent on screen as a Teen Mom devoted to problems between the then-couple. Palin quit the MTV show in April , jumping up high on her pedstal and stating: “Teen mom OG wasn’t a fit for me, it took away my peace.. and honestly – my peace has a price tag that no one but God can afford… “$ doesn’t impress me, I don’t entertain bs, and walking away from this show allows God to rebuild me (and my little fam) in the right direction.” As for her fellow Teen Mom stars? “I have love for all the girls on the show, and wish them the best of luck in all their future endeavors!! xoxo, B,” she concluded. Yoyo is experiencing ageism from her own daughter, and A1’s mother tried it when she insinuated that it’s Lyrica’s fault that A1 ain’t treating her right. Let’s start with Yoyo. We know she has been helping other rappers work on their technique through her rap school, but she’s also planning a musical comeback. She basically described her comeback as being the Yoyo we know, but with modern sensibilities. That’s going to be interesting given the mumble app tendencies of today’s most popular hits. If anything, the fans that grew up with her might be interested in hearing what she’s working with…or maybe not. It really is a mixed bag because people are so finicky but also arbitrary these days when it comes to what entertainment they like. Plus, this culture is dominated by youth and that is where Yoyo’s pregnant daughter comes in because a lot of people may feel Yoyo should fall back. Yoyo’s daughter feels like mom is doing too much, and wants her to settle down. She obviously wants her mom to settle down for selfish reasons. She wants her mom around to play grandma and help with the baby. Instead of being tactful about it she says, “You’ve always been working, it’s time for you to settle down you’re a grandma.” Yoyo replies, “Girl bye!” And it makes you wonder, why can’t Yoyo have everything she wants? It’s possible for her to be working and a doting grandmother. Why are people so bothered when women of a certain age are still about pursuing their passions? Do you think it would be a different response if Yoyo were a man? Let’s fast forward a bit. The episode ends with Lyrica and A1’s dysfunction. They’re not happy and haven’t been for a while. They both initially said they were going to try to work it out but then Lyrica said she found out about more infidelity that A1 was dishonest about and this makes her not sure about their future. It doesn’t help that A1’s mother, Pam, steps into the fray and creates more chaos. Pam called herself stepping in to help and only made things worse. She especially tried it when she said, “Men do stuff because of women.” Then she added that Lyrica never cooks. Basically, she’s saying that A1 cheating is Lyrica’s fault. A1’s goofy self is there agreeing with his mother. Unfortunately, a lot of people have the archaic and baseless view that a failed relationship is the woman’s fault. However, it’s obvious that A1 and Lyrica both play a part in their issues. If they’re serious about working it out then perhaps a therapist (or even Marriage Bootcamp ) is the best option. But if not, they should probably move on instead of playing tit for tat games, and definitely keep the meddling mamas out of their business. Was A1’s mother out of pocket with her comments? Last month, Amy Duggar posted photos from her baby shower , and fans were quick to point out that something seemed seriously amiss. Though it appeared to be a well-attended affair, it looked as though none of Amy’s famous cousins were in attendance. As you can see, the first pic posted by Amt featured several close friends, but no Counting On cast members. Because everything the Duggars do is dissected within an inch of its life these days, Amy’s comments section quickly exploded with inquiries as to her cousins’ whereabouts. She didn’t employ the usual Duggar strategy of simply ignoring the comments entirely. But she also didn’t provide an in-depth explanation of why Jill, Jessa, and company were missing from her first pics. Instead, Amy simply posted a pair of new photos, including the one above, proof positive that a wide array of Jim Bob’s daughters were in attendance. It seems it was a joyous afternoon for all in attendance, especially Amy, who — while she’s admittedly terrified of giving birth — is said to be absolutely thrilled with the prospect of welcoming her first child. But as Amy’s second pic reminds us, the afternoon was bittersweet for one attendee. Joy-Anna Duggar suffered a miscarriage back in July, and thus, was not included in a photo that featured all of the Duggar women who are currently pregnant. When one fan inquired as to Joy’s absence, Anna explained that her cousin was forced to “leave early.” She did not provide a reason for the premature departure, but did praise Joy-Anna’s strength. “She is a beautiful person and is so strong,” Anna replied. “We all love her so much!” Many concluded that Joy-Anna decided to take off early as attending a baby shower so soon after her miscarriage proved to be more than she could handle emotionally. We may never know for sure, but it’s not hard to see how the afternoon might have been a profoundly difficult one for the 21-year-old. While insiders say Joy-Anna is handling her grief well with the help of her faith, we’re sure this remains an intensely painful time in her young life. Meghan Markle has found herself in the hot seat once again. And this time it is all because she is too dang good of a friend! (seriously) After the Duchess made a secret getaway to New York City to watch her bestie Serena Williams play in the US Open, sources have now confirmed that the royals are royally pissed . According to Radar Online, the weekend of the Tennis Championship also happened to fall on the royal family’s Highland Games event at Balmoral Castle. Which Meghan was apparently “too busy” for, even though it was earlier reported by the Mail On Sunday that she and Prince Harry were set to attend the event. Hmm.. *sips tea.* Markle tried her best to keep her recent American travels on the DL as she quietly flew solo to NYC on Friday, successfully leaving on Sunday with little to no street paparazzi interferences, according to Page Six . A royal insider also shared that after Meghan’s talk-of-the-town baby shower , she learned her lesson. “After all the big fanfare of her [last NYC] trip for her two-day baby shower, where paparazzi followerd her every move and staked out The Mark Hotel to catch Meghan, her famous friends, and the array of gifts arriving, it seems Meghan has learned her lesson.” The poor girl just wanted to cheer on her bestie without being scrutinized! “She was in New York to support Serena, and catch up with a few other old friends, but was determined to keep everything low-key and as under-the-radar as possible,” shared the source. Unfortunately, it’s really not that possible. Instead, the whole world now knows that Meghan left baby Archie at home, boarded a (yep, commercial!) plane , took to the big apple, and in the royal’s minds she chose, once again, her famous friends over them. Dun, dun, dun… Scotland’s Braemar Gathering for the Highland Games — which includes a hammer throw and tug of war — has taken place for almost nine hundred years and it’s the royal family’s job to make an annual appearance to show their support to the competitors. They also take the time to enjoy a nice family vacay in Scotland while at the games. This event is an old-fashioned royal protocol and, once again, Meghan would rather not . And we do NOT blame her. While the Queen, her son Prince Charles and his wife Camilla, and other royals attended the event, Meghan and Harry’s spokesperson said they were “too busy” and Archie, at four months, was still “too young” to make the trip. Which only lasts 1 hour in flight duration… we’re seriously wondering what this couple will use to get out of wretched family events when Archie is too old to use as an excuse . The new mom, however, took the 3,500-mile flight to NY to sit in the stands to support her pal… which she did, in a very cute denim dress. Serena ended up losing the match to Bianca Andreescu of Canada, who walked away with the $3.85 million prize, but we’re sure it was still more entertaining than the ancient games taking place back in Europe. According to a source from The Mail on Sunday, the Queen felt “hurt” by Meghan’s absence as she intended to bring together her friends and family. And on top of her disappointment, the publication shared that the Queen is also “baffled” by Meghan and Harry’s lack of protocol. Yikes . To have the Queen of England “hurt” and/or “baffled” by you sounds like easily one of the most horrifying things, but on behalf of the Duchess, we’re proud of her for supporting her friend and for holding on to her life. Markle has been blasted too many times to count, from the British press dubbing her a diva to claims that she appears to be more comfortable hanging out with her celebrity friends than doing her royal duties.
