Man Beats His Roommate To Death Over Allegedly Stolen Beer If you get this angry over beer , then you probably shouldn’t be drinking it. The NYDailyNews is reporting a disturbing incident that took place in a Pennsylvania home between two roommates. A man named Justin Vankirk has been arrested for the murder of his roomie after he “allegedly” beat him to death over stolen beer. Vankirk noticed that some of his beloved brew was missing and believed his domestic partner, Charles Parker, was the culprit. according to the story, he immediately began to violently put hands and feet on Parker. Justin called 911 and reported the death himself, but gave some conflicting accounts of exactly what happened. Cops say Charles’ body was drug into the living room where Justin snapped a few pics of his lifeless body with a cell phone. Reality Star Accused Of Assaulting & Stealing From Cab Driver A judge has declared a mistrial in Love & Hip Hop Hollywood’s Teairra Mari’s Uber driver robbery and assault case – but it’s for an unusual reason. The judge last week called a mistrial on the singer’s case after he became ill and could no longer preside over it, a spokeswoman from the LA County District Attorney’s Office told us. The driver said Teairra – who was born Teairra Marie Thomas – went nuts on him during a ride last year, stealing his iPhone charger, pummeling him, and then refusing to get out of the car until the cops showed up. The case was in the midst of trial until the judge got sick, though its not clear what he is suffering from. Now, jury selection will begin again next month, and the case will be reheard in November. She’s facing charges of battery on a transit employee, petty theft and vandalism. If convicted, Teairra faces up to two and a half years in prison. Earlier this year, prosecutors offered her a no-jail plea deal of probation and anger management, but Ray J’s ex chose to take her chances at trial. We’ve reached out to Teairra Mari’s lawyer, Steven Szocs, for comment.

Kris Jenner Gets Into Car Crash In LA Kris Jenner has already smashed up her brand new luxury vehicle…and may have smashed up her arm in the process. TMZ is reporting that the Momager mogul got into a car accident on an LA highway — colliding with a Prius — and might need to be in a cast for the next few weeks. Kris Jenner was just involved in a car wreck off the 101 freeway near her home and we’re told the impact was bad enough that she may have broken her wrist. Law enforcement sources tell us Kris’ white Rolls-Royce collided with a Prius — the force of the impact deployed her airbag and absolutely destroyed the front end. A Kardashian source tells us the Prius ran a red light. A law enforcement source tells TMZ it appears Kris was driving on a surface street when the Prius cut in front of her trying to get onto the 101 and caused the collision. We’re told Kris is being treated on scene by paramedics … who we’re told did not want to remove her from the car for fear of exacerbating her injury. The Rolls is only a week old. This pilot doesn’t play those games on HIS flight. Via Mashable : An American Airlines pilot, whose name has not been released, made headlines recently after he took down 25-year-old passenger, Michael Kerr. Kerr had been slurring his words, appeared to be intoxicated, and had just thrown a female flight attendant to the ground. The incident took place on July 21st, as the plane was making its way from Lexington, Kentucky, to Charlotte, North Carolina, although the video only went viral in the last 48 hours. After landing the plane, the pilot came out to speak with Kerr. When Kerr shoved the attendant and then threatened to break the pilot’s jaw, the pilot held him down for close to 20 minutes until police could arrive. Kerr has since been charged with assault, interfering with the duties of the flight crew, and public intoxication. He has been released on $25,000 bail and is waiting to stand trial. The flight attendant is currently receiving physical therapy for injuries incurred by the assault. What was this guy sipping on?? SMH. And we KNOW you peeped the racial disparity between the passenger and the flight attendant. We wonder how much that had to do with the way he was treating her… YouTube
