A judge shut Pilar down in court on Wednesday after she’d been fighting her prenup for months! Pilar’s been trying to get her agreement with ex-hubby Deion Sanders tossed out since they divorced after 13 years of marriage. Even though she lost this round, the ‘actress and model’ is still getting more than 10k a month in child support?!?! According to WFAA: Former Dallas Cowboys star Deion Sanders’ estranged wife, Pilar Sanders, came to court Wednesday hoping to prove the pre-marital agreement she signed was partially forged and pages were added. She wanted the agreement thrown out. However, the judge ruled there was no fraud, saying Mrs. Sanders willingly signed the agreement. Pilar Sanders’ attorney said not only was the agreement a fraud, the whole marriage was a sham. “She was tricked and defrauded at the time she signed agreement,” said attorney Larry Friedman. “Deion never intended this to be a lifetime commitment.” Mrs. Sanders’ original attorney, who worked on the pre-nuptial agreement, said Pilar got a $100,000 signing bonus to sign the document. Deion’s attorney Rick Robertson said, “If the marriage was a fraud, then annul it and give back the money. Give back the $100,000 signing bonus.” Deion Sanders said his wife knew what she was doing, and is trying to squeeze more money out of him. “Greed, greed!” Mr. Sanders said. “You signed it and now it’s over and your lifestyle is over, so you want to fight it. Greed.” The judge, who has heard similar arguments twice before, said Pilar Sanders willingly signed agreement, there was no fraud and told her attorneys not to bring the issues to his court again. First we had that chicken little loudmouthed prick Donald Trump flossin’ his “big news” all over twitter and news stations, and now attention slore Gloria Allred came out of the woodwork with her own “undercover” operation. We’re used to uncivilized elections in this country but dayum…can we please get through the final weeks before we make our own educated guess vote for who we want to run our country without these two fools diggin’ up more dirt on the candidates?!?!? According to TMZ , Allred’s mission to a Boston courthouse tomorrow has to do with a very high-profile court case that Mittens was involved in! Mitt Romney was heavily involved in the extremely messy divorce of one of his key supporters … and the Boston Globe is going to court first thing Wednesday morning in an attempt to unseal the court file as well as lift a gag order … TMZ has learned. The divorce was between Staples co-founder Tom Stemberg and his first wife Maureen. We’re told the divorce battle lasted for years and was extremely ugly. Sources tell us Romney gave both a deposition in the divorce and testified in the trial. According to our sources, the Boston Globe got a tip that there was “juicy information about Romney” in the sealed documents. Romney, Stemberg and Maureen were all served papers by the Globe notifying them that the paper was trying to unseal the case and lift the gag order enforced on all parties. According to an article in the Boston Globe in 2005, Maureen received nearly 500,000 shares of Staples stock in the divorce … but sold half her shares before the company went public. Our sources say Tom has filed papers opposing the Globe’s motion. Romney’s lawyers have not responded. Tom has been a major Romney supporter, even speaking for five minutes at the Republican National Convention.We’re told Gloria Allred represents someone connected with the divorce and we believe — though we have not confirmed it — that is Maureen. If the gag order is lifted, Maureen and others could freely talk about the divorce … less than two weeks before the election. We’re pretty sure Wddnesday is going to be a huge day in news. It’s a catchy name for a fragrance… but will it live up to the celeb hype for a second time around?! According to Ebony.com Sparkle” star Jordin Sparks has decided to add perfume purveyor to her growing list of accomplishments. The “American Idol” winner will be releasing her own fragrance “Ambition” this November. Aptly titled, the perfume will have a citrus-themed signature that includes notes like bitter orange and lemon zest. “Right now, I feel like I can take on the world,” said Sparks during a recent shoot for the fragrance in Los Angeles. “Ambition is the perfect word for where I am in my life right now.” This will be Sparks’ second perfume release.
