And people say the rap game is cold and heartless. According to TMZ, Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka have teamed up to give Slim Dunkin – seen above at Gucci’s video shoot the day before he died – a funeral truly befitting of a member of their iced-out crew. Waka Flocka Flame and Gucci Mane are throwing down big $$$ to cover funeral expenses for a fellow Atlanta rapper — who was brutally gunned down last week — lavishing their fallen comrade with elaborate memorial arrangements. Rapper Slim Dunkin — real name Mario Hamilton — was shot and killed Friday night inside an Atlanta recording studio … after a verbal altercation with an unidentified man turned deadly. Now, a rep for Waka and Gucci tells TMZ, the rappers are pooling their assets to ensure Slim is laid to rest in the best way possible … with an elaborate funeral that includes a white horse-drawn carriage, massive white floral arrangements, and a white dove release ceremony. We’re told Slim’s family will cover some funeral costs — but Waka and Gucci are paying for the lion’s share. As ghetto fabulous as this sounds, you gotta appreciate the sentiment. Now, if we could just get one of the 20-30 people who were in the studio with Slim when he got shot over some dumb isht to come forward…

While his soon-to-be-all-the-way-ex is out there tricking off on her young tender , TMZ reports Marc Anthony is dropping big bucks on his staff. Sources close to Marc tell TMZ, Marc took his immediate staff on a vacation retreat to DR as a holiday present to thank them for their hard work. We’re told Marc put the staff up at an exclusive resort for 5 days in La Romana — and comped meals, drinks, and entertainment. But it wasn’t all mindless self-indulgence — Marc and his staff also paid a visit to the city’s Niños de Cristo orphanage to spend some time with the less fortunate. Oh dang. Fantasia Barrino and the unavailable significant other she still shares with the woman who sued her are now the parents of a bouncing baby boy. Fantasia’s reps have now confirmed that she gave birth to a healthy baby boy named Dallas Zavier Barrino. Yes. Barrino. Not Cook like his dirty dog of a daddy. Little Baby Dallas was born at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina more than twelve hours after Fantasia checked in to the Hospital around 4:30pm local time on Monday in active labor. Despite being born a little over two weeks earlier than Fantasia’s December 29 due date, Dallas weighed in at 7lbs 9oz, was 21 inches long and is reportedly perfectly healthy. Antwaun was reportedly at the hospital with Fantasia the whole time. Ain’t that precious??
