Source: Pacific Press / Getty Doc Gooden Arrested For DUI In New Jersey Doc Gooden has a long history of struggles with drugs and alcohol and despite years of battling, he just doesn’t seem to be able to get a hold on his demons. According to NYPost , Gooden was arrested for DUI on Monday in New Jersey when officers caught him driving the wrong direction down a 1-way street. “He pissed himself. He was clearly buzzed, really kind of f–ked up,” said an Essex County law enforcement source. Still, Gooden, who lives in Piscataway, “was cooperative and polite,” the source said. A few weeks ago Doc was popped for possession of cocaine. We hope he can get it together before something really bad happens.
We’ve been following the sad saga of Hayden Panettiere for several months now, and unfortunately, the situation seems to get more frightening by the day. The Heroes and Nashville actress is in a relationship with a man named Brian Hickerson, and family and friends have begun to fear for her safety — and for good reason. Hickerson was arrested for domestic violence back in May following an incident that was initially shrouded in secrecy. Police later revealed that Panettiere was Hickerson’s alleged victim , and the altercation took place at the home the couple shares. Hickerson has pled not guilty and is currently free on bond. Obviously, that incident terrifying enough on its own. But it’s not the only indication that Brian is at best a bad influence on Hayden and at worst a real threat to her safety. Hickerson is also facing charges for assaulting his father, and police reports indicate that Hayden was on hand and witnessed the incident. Hickerson is allegedly a very heavy drinker, and insiders say this habit has rubbed off on Hayden in a big way. Back in February — shortly after her relationship with Hickerson began — a drunken Panettiere was photographed vomiting on a public sidewalk. Needless to say, the situation has left many concerned, not the least of whom is Wladimir Klitschko then Ukranian boxer who is father to Hayden’s 4-year-old daughter. “Wladimir hit the roof when this stuff came to light,” a source tells the outlet. “They may be miles apart and co-parenting a child together, but he won’t stand for anyone hurting the mother of his child.” Hickerson might be tempted to take comfort in the fact that Klitschko lives several thousand miles away, but that distance may not serve as a protective barrier for much longer. The insider tells Radar that Klitschko plans to pay a visit to the US “very soon,” and his primary reason for doing so is checking in on the mother of his child. Frankly, the 6’6″ heavyweight can’t make the trip soon enough. Recent court filings claim that Hickerson beat Panettiere two times in the span of three days . But despite the fact that Panettiere has an order of protection against Hickerson , she remains in a relationship with him. Her family has spoken out and urged her to break things off — but at this point, a visit from Klitschko to Hickerson might be the most powerful tool of persuasion available. The 19-year-old was convicted of murdering 21-year-old Ethan Walker during a home invasion robbery in Mansfield, Texas on July 19, 2019. In July 2016 he was arrested along with six of his accomplices and was subsequently placed on house arrest. He was 16 at the time. Shortly before their certification hearings, Tay-K and a co-defendant cut off their ankle monitors and fled to San Antonio. The rapper remained at large until May 2017. Along with his jail sentence, Tay K is expected to pay a $10,000 fine. The Tarrant County jury also sentenced Tay-K, whose real name is Taymor McIntyre, to 30 years in prison and a $5,000 fine on one count of aggravated robbery and to 13 years in prison and a $3,000 fine for the remaining two counts of aggravated robbery related to the home invasion. His sentences will run concurrently. Thoughts?
