Jimmy Kimmel will really need some parenting tips now: The late night host and wife Molly McNearney welcomed their first child together in California last night, Kimmel’s rep has confirmed to multiple outlets. Kimmel himself then added via Twitter: “Congratulations to my beautiful and very tough wife Molly on delivering our baby girl this morning. Thanks for all your kind baby wishes – turns out, not ALL tweets are mean!” HA! That’s a reference to Kimmel’s winning, ongoing sketch ” Celebrities Read Mean Tweets .” The talk-show host has two children – son Kevin, 20, and daughter Katie, 22 – from his previous marriage. And McNearney has a sense of humor, too. After having the baby, she Tweeted: “Kids, don’t do drugs. Until you have a baby. Then do ALL OF THEM.” Celebrities Who Welcomed Babies in 2014 1. TaQoya Branscomb: Matthew Knowles’ Alleged Baby Mama Was Best Friends With Solange

Beyonce and Solange’s father, Matthew Knowles is being sued by a woman named TaQoya Branscomb, who alleges that the former Destiny’s Child manager is the father of her 4-year-old child. Matthew Knowles Paternity Suit The case isn’t terribly shocking, as Knowles acknowledged in 2010 that he had fathered a child by a different woman and was ordered to pay $12,000 a month in child support. (A figure that was drastically reduced after an irate Beyonce fired him and his income diminished.) What is surprising about 63-year-old Matthew’s second possible baby mama is that he reportedly met the woman through his daughter Solange – who was at the time one of TaQoya’s best friends. Solange, of course, was unaware that her friend was having sex with her father.  The youngest Knowles girl has yet to speak publicly about the scandal, but knowing what we know about Solange’s fighting skills , we’d recommend that Matthew keep his distance from Bey’s little sis for a while. Of course, Matthew’s paternity suit isn’t the only scandal to rock the Knowles’ family in recent months. Stacey Dash to Kanye West: You Should Get Raped!

Stacey Dash thinks Kanye West is clueless. The rapper was recently booed in London after comparing unwanted paparazzi attention to rape, an analogy Dash took extreme issue with yesterday during an appearance on Fox News. “For Kanye to say rape , maybe he needs to spend some time on Rikers Island,” said Dash, referring to the infamous New York prison. “You know, go to Rikers for a little while. And then he’ll know what rape is.” Stacey Dash Tells Off Kanye West Whoa there. Did Dash just cross a line in advocating for Kanye West to be raped? Or does the rapper deserve such a rebuke? In May, Charlize Theron made a similar comment, saying Internet gossip is akin to rape . We can all probably agree that celebrities should retire this word and this comparison from their vocabulary, can’t we? Pamela Anderson to Divorce Rick Salomon… Again

We’ve said it before, but apparently bears repeating: Pamela Anderson needs to stop getting married . Specifically, Pamela Anderson needs to stop getting married to Rick Salomon. These two clearly are NOT meant to be. TMZ confirms that the former Baywatch beauty has filed for divorce for the second time from Salomon, who she married in 2007… split from two months later… then married again this January . Anderson, of course, has also been wed to Tommy Lee and Kid Rock; while Salomon got it on with Paris Hilton in that socialite’s sex tape. The actress herself starred in a well-known sex tape (on a boat!) with Lee, yet despite sharing this one important experience, she and Salomon just can’t make their romance work. A week after Courteney Cox announced her engagement to Johnny McDaid , David Arquette has gone ahead and delivered the same news: He and Christina McLarty are set to tie the knot! The actor popped life’s most important question to his McLarty in Malibu on July 2, Arquette’s rep confirms to multiple outlets. Making it a family occasion, the actor asked for the entertainment reporter’s hand in marriage during dinner with their two-month-old son, Charlie West; along with Arquette and Cox’s 10-year-old daughter, Coco. It went down at The Mastro’s steakhouse. “David was just waiting for the right time,” an insider tells Us Weekly. “He and Courteney both talked about taking the next step in their relationships… They both want what’s best for each other.” Arquette and McLarty have been dating on and off since 2011. Hope Solo Apologizes For Domestic Violence Arrest, Insists Name Will Be Cleared

U.S. Olympic gold medal-winning soccer star Hope Solo has issued an apology following her shocking domestic violence arrest last week via Facebook. Hope, who was arrested for domestic violence against her relatives, writes: ” I would like to apologize to my fans, teammates, coaches and the entire US Soccer and Seattle Reign FC communities for my involvement in a highly unfortunate incident this past weekend.” “I understand that, as a public figure, I am held to a higher standard of conduct. I take seriously my responsibilities as a role model and sincerely apologize to everyone I have disappointed.” “Due to pending legal issues, I cannot comment further at this time. However, I am confident in the legal process and believe my name will be cleared.” “I also would like to thank everyone who has reached out with messages of support and encouragement. I truly appreciate your loyalty, concern and well wishes.” “I love my family dearly. We, like all families, have our challenges but my sincere hope is that we are able to resolve this situation as a family.” “Adversity has always made us stronger and I know this situation will be no different.” “I look forward to getting back on the field where I belong with both Seattle Reign FC and the US Women’s National Team.” Solo, 32, was arrested on two counts of domestic violence assault on June 21 after reportedly getting into a fight with her sister and 17-year-old nephew. On June 23, the athlete pleaded not guilty in court. Her lawyer Todd Maybrown says she is not guilty of any crime, though he declined to comment further.
