Source: Johnny Nunez / Getty Fetty Wap Loses Big In Las Vegas At The Valet The old saying goes, “what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas”…but it seems like the exact opposite is true when it comes to celebrities. That’s exactly the situation Fetty Wap is in the middle of right now. According to reports from TMZ , the rapper-turned-entrepreneur had an unlucky run in with the law while out in Vegas. The New Jersey native was arrested on Sunday at the Mirage after he and one of the valets got into an argument. Things ended up getting physical and Fetty allegedly punched the valet at least three times. To make the situation even more embarrassing for the public figure, Fetty was held by a fellow citizen under ‘citizens arrest’ until police arrived. Once in custody, his official cause for arrest cites “three counts of misdemeanor battery”–one for each of the punches he supposedly landed. This is the second violence-related brush with the law in less than 90 days for Fetty Wap. Back in June, the rapper was accused of assaulting a woman he met at a video shoot in Los Angeles. The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that they are investigating this event, but no charges are being issued at this time. As for this latest Las Vegas event, Fetty Wap was only in custody for a few hours before he was released, though he’s bound to have a date with the judge sooner than later.

Now, medical examiners in Los Angeles county have released the results of toxicology testing that points to the cause of Skaggs’ death. According to the official coroner’s report, Skaggs passed away due to a combination “alcohol, fentanyl and oxycodone intoxication with terminal aspiration of gastric contents.” It appears that after a night in which he ingested several intoxicating substances, Skaggs choked on his own vomit while unconscious. Now, in a shocking turn of events, the Skaggs family has revealed that they intend to take legal action, as they believe an employee of the Angels is directly responsible for Tyler’s passing: “We are heartbroken to learn that the passing of our beloved Tyler was the result of a combination of dangerous drugs and alcohol,” the statement said. “That is completely out of character for someone who worked so hard to become a Major League baseball player and had a very promising future in the game he loved so much,” it continued. “We are grateful for the work of the detectives in the Southlake Police Department and their ongoing investigation into the circumstances surrounding Tyler’s death. We were shocked to learn that it may involve an employee of the Los Angeles Angels,” the grieving family added. “We will not rest until we learn the truth about how Tyler came into possession of these narcotics, including who supplied them. To that end, we have hired attorney Rusty Hardin to assist us.” This is the first time the family has publicly suggested the possibility of taking action against the Angels. In his own statement, attorney Hardin stated that it’s “way too early” to speculate on any potential legal action by Skaggs’ loved ones. “I think the thing to keep in mind is they’re just still so devastated, both the wife and the family, about this young man’s death, and they just want to know what happened and how it happened,” Hardin told the Los Angeles Times. “We’re going to want to know how it came about that those drugs were ingested and whether or not others are responsible for what happened.” The Angels have yet to publicly respond to the allegations and have issued no official statement on Skagg’s passing since their initial press release: “It is with great sorrow that we report Tyler Skaggs passed away earlier today in Texas,” the team said at the time. “Tyler has, and always will be, an important part of the Angels family. News. “At one point, they were arm in arm. They stayed a good few hours of the night until dark.” Arm in arm eh? Sounds affectionate. And it seems that it’s not just Rihanna’s family who approve. In June, ELLE published a photo of the couple cuddling in the Amalfi Coast while lunching with a group believed to be HIS family! They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. “Please respect their process and privacy.” LOL over this last part, right? At almost the same time this announcement was made, photos of Miley kissing Kaitlynn Carter in Italy emerged. She’s the ex-wife of reality star Brody Jenner and, yes, she’s a woman. Did Cyrus actually cheat on Hemsworth ? Was there trouble in married paradise long before this same-sex lip-lock? Was Miley just sick of boning Liam every night ? As you might expect, many questions have been floating around the Internet in regard to this split, with TMZ now reporting that things have turned VERY ugly between the exes. She encouraged couple’s therapy and she was willing to work on the failing aspects of the relationship — but Hemsworth was drinking a ton and using various drugs. Somehow, Tom Cruise still lands roles in big-budget Hollywood movies.
