Josh Hutcherson turns 19 today. And it may be the final birthday this actor celebrates before he makes the leap to A-list status. The young star, previously best known for briefly dating Vanessa Hudgens , has been cast as Peeta in The Hunger Games , a role that is sure to bring him a legion of rabid fans. Most of the female persuasion. Hutcherson has also appeared in The Kids Are All Right and Journey to the Center of the Earth . Happy 25th Birthday, Heidi Montag!

Heidi Montag marked her 25th plastic surgery last week. One-half of The Hills’ gruesome twosome, Heidi marked the occasion with her husband Spencer Pratt and several friends, which apparently they have, in Las Vegas. Here she is at the nightclub at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Friday to host a birthday bash for herself, which presumably someone paid her to do. Amazing. Speidi tours their future home. Britney Spears’ adorable l’il munchkins are not twins, but darn close – both celebrate their birthdays this week, and were born just under one year apart! Jayden James turned five yesterday. Sean Preston turns six tomorrow! Today, we’re splitting the difference and honoring both youngans with a birthday tribute. Hope Britney, Preston and JJ have some fun stuff planned! The King of Pop celebrated a posthumous birthday today . The Queen of Pathetic Publicity Stunts, meanwhile, also turned another year older. No, not Kim Kardashian . Courtney Stodden is now 17, an age where it’s appropriate to tell everyone about the lingerie your 51-year old husband reportedly bought for you. The aspiring singer said of the underwear to Radar Online: “I’m so happy. This is the best birthday ever. 17 is going to be even better than 16 because I’m going to spend the whole year with my wonderful husband!” And how did Stodden celebrate her final evening as a 16-year old? The 42nd President of the United States of America, Bill Clinton, celebrates his birthday today. The Big Dawg is now 65. Happy birthday, Bubba! William Jefferson Clinton, the pride of Hope, Ark., remains the only Democrat to win two full White House terms since Franklin Delano Roosevelt. He also presided over the largest peacetime economic expansion in U.S. history, and left office extremely popular despite being impeached. Hey, no one’s perfect, right? His wife, Hillary Clinton, is currently U.S. Secretary of State. Their daughter, Chelsea, married Marc Mezvinsky last summer in New York State. In a political flip-flop of Mitt Romney-esque proportions, Bill Clinton is marking his 65th birthday by going vegan. Seriously. No more burgers! What a difference a quadruple bypass makes. “I like the vegetables, the fruits, the beans, the stuff I eat now,” the ex-President tells CNN. After experiencing heart problems leading up to the 2004 surgery, Clinton has now lost 20 lbs.: “I feel good, and I have so much more energy.” Glad to hear. Have a veggie burger on us tonight, BC!
