Lady Gaga and Taylor Kinney have reportedly broken up. The pop superstar and the model-actor, who has appeared on The Vampire Diaries , are officially ” on a break ,” a source tells Us Weekly this afternoon. “She will be touring nonstop until next year and has found she can’t have a relationship at the same time,” the insider says of her upcoming mega-tour. “There’s just no room for anything else. Her work is all-consuming.” Still, the couple of 10 months was showing signs of cracking for some time, even before rumors of her possibly getting back together with Luc Carl . The reason, allegedly? Kinney not doting on The Gaga, “Taylor was all about himself, a typical actor, and didn’t completely get Gaga,” says the friend, suggesting that it wasn’t meant to be. “She just loved that she got this guy who everyone thought was hot! But it was never going to last.” “Taylor was never that attentive to her.” The two first met on the set of Lady Gaga’s “You and I” video . Following a messy divorce from Tony Parker, which involved allegations of the basketball star cheating on the actress with a teammate’s wife, Eva Longoria has now split quietly from her latest boyfriend. Us Weekly sources confirm that Longoria and Eduardo Cruz are over, following a “mutual decision” to go their separate ways. “She’s focusing on work and the end of Desperate Housewives ,” says an insider close to the actress. Cruz and Longoria met at a party last year after being introduced by the former’s famous sister, Penelope. He was Eva’s first serious relationship after the dissolution of her marriage to Parker.

Report: Heidi Klum to Divorce Seal

Heidi Klum is filing for divorce from Seal, according to reports. Sources say the supermodel will file divorce papers in L.A. County Superior Court as early as next week, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the cause for the divorce. The couple married in May 2005 and have three biological children together. Seal also adopted Heidi’s eldest daughter from a prior relationship with Flavio Briatore. So far, neither party has confirmed the report, first posted by TMZ. It is unclear what prompted the imminent dissolution of the marriage or how the matter leaked. The pair, long regarded as one of Hollywood’s most stable relationships, is famous for renewing their vows every year on their anniversary … in a lavish ceremony. They are also not PDA-shy when it comes to love for each other and their family. Suffice it to say, if this news is indeed true, it would be a major surprise to most. As for splitting up their assets, there’s a lot on the line. According to Forbes , in the last year alone, Heidi Klum earned more than $20 million. Joran van der Sloot Sentenced to 28 Years in Prison

Joran van der Sloot will be spending the next 28 years in prison. He pleaded guilty to murdering Stephany Flores this week and was sentenced in Peru today. The court also ordered him to pay $75,000 in reparations to the family of the 21-year-old victim, who he killed after meeting her at a Lima casino in 2010. Under Peru’s penal system, Van der Sloot could become eligible for parole after serving half of the sentence with good behavior, including work and study. Joran van der Sloot Sentencing Prosecutors asked for a 30-year sentence for first-degree murder and theft in the killing of Flores, who died five years to the day after Natalee Holloway. Holloway, who was last seen with Van der Sloot, disappeared in Aruba and was declared legally dead yesterday. Van der Sloot was the prime suspect. Van der Sloot’s attorney for a lighter sentence because Van der Sloot suffering from PTSD relating to the anniversary of Holloway’s disappearance. On Wednesday, Van der Sloot pleaded “anticipated conclusion of the process,” admitting he strangled Flores but denying it was at all premeditated. According to van der Sloot, he killed Flores in a fit of rage after she discovered information on his laptop about his involvement in the Holloway case.

Sinead O’Connor and Barry Herridge: It’s All Over Again, For Good!

Nothing compares 2 heartache for Sinead O’Connor. Just weeks after she married Barry Herridge in a quickie Vegas wedding, then split with him just 18 days later, only to reunite a few days later , she’s ending the union. For good this time. Sinead said in a statement: “I will never again associate myself romantically with anyone as I could not bear to see these things done to someone I love,” said Sinead, who was Tweeting her own cry for psychiatric help this week, regarding media scrutiny of Barry. “These people, along with others caused enormous damage deliberately and maliciously to my innocent flower of a husband, purely because he was with me.” “And so his association with me became something very bad for his life.” “And slowly since we were married I became very ill as result of what was done to my husband and I was unable to cope. And became very depressed.” O’Connor slammed one unnamed reporter (she later ID’d him on Twitter as Irish Mirror showbiz columnist Paul Martin) whom she called a bully for trying to “lose my husband his job” as a counselor for drug-addicted teenagers. The twice-married Sinead, 44, concluded her official website missive with some self-affirming statements right out of a Bridget Jones movie. “Well guys, I’m gonna be me. ” “And if anyone doesn’t like that they can seek therapy. Because I am wonderful. Exactly as I am. As Bridge Jones would say. And I shall continue being me. If being me means certain Irish media will try to destroy my romantic life.. Katy Perry and Russell Brand: It’s Over!!

The Internet may be a “wicked little liar,” to use Russell Brand’s words, a great deal of the time. But apparently not in this sad case. He’s divorcing Katy Perry. Just 24 hours after Russell was spotted sans wedding ring in London, with Katy 7,000 miles away with friends in Hawaii, the actor filed the papers this afternoon. Brand personally confirmed the news, saying in a statement: “Sadly, Katy and I are ending our marriage I’ll always adore her and I know we’ll remain friends.” Brand cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split in the official divorce documents, filed in Los Angeles Friday. The couple married October 23, 2010. The documents list “community property assets,” which may indicate a lack of prenup, or one that does not account for all their earnings and other assets. The news is surprising and yet not, given recent reports that the couple had been having problems and spending time apart, possibly following a massive fight . Lindsey Vonn will not be sacking Tim Tebow. Literally or otherwise. The Olympic skier and the Denver Broncos quarterback have been linked together recently, after she was spotted in the Tebow family box at Sunday’s game. Tebow and Vonn have also been seeing hanging out at the ESPYs and at ski races, and she has even been “Tebowing” – assuming the QB’s pre-game pose / prayer – in recent weeks. So it’s not like these rumors came completely out of nowhere. That doesn’t mean they’re true, though. Sadly. “Lindsey is just friends with the Tebow family. Anyone who is trying to suggest any more to their relationship is wrong,” Vonn’s rep told New York Post ‘s Page Six . Added the 27-year-old gold medalist herself on Twitter: “Hearing a lot of crazy rumors but rest assured I am not dating Tim Tebow (or anyone else).” “This is an extremely difficult time in my personal life and I hope the media and my fans can respect my need for privacy on this matter,” Lindsey added. Late last month, Vonn announced her divorce from her husband Thomas, who had served as her adviser and scheduler, after four years of marriage. She and Tebow, who is “saving himself for marriage,” would instantly form one of the sexiest couples in sports, but alas. For now, all he does is win !

Ashley Tisdale is a single woman once again. Correction: she’s been a single woman for a little while, we’re just finding out now. Multiple sources confirm that the former High School Musical star is no longer dating director Scott Speer (below), who she started seeing in the spring of 2009. The pair have been broken up for a few weeks, an insider tells Us Weekly , adding simply: “They tried to work it out but realized their relationship ran its course.” Tisdale most recently starred on The CW’s Hellcats and in her own Disney spinoff, Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure . She had previously dated musician Jared Murillo.
