Rielle Hunter and John Edwards: It’s Over!

Less than a week after saying she was still together with John Edwards , Rielle Hunter now says she and the disgraced politician are no longer a couple. Apparently they broke up within the last few days. “We are a family, but as of the end of last week, John Edwards and I are no longer a couple,” she said on today’s Good Morning America . “Not at all.” Rielle Hunter , who has a daughter, Quinn, 4, with John, said she still loves the two-time presidential candidate, who was seen at her beach house last week. As for whether that feeling is mutual, “You have to ask him,” said Hunter, whose covert relationship with Edwards was exposed and led to his political downfall. “I really think he does.” “I fell in love with a married man and became something I wasn’t in order to be with him,” Hunter gushed last week, while promoting her new book. Rielle would not reveal who initiated the split with the former U.S. Senator from North Carolina, only, “We decided to end it. It’s hard. It’s painful.”

Snooki: Moving Back Into Jersey Shore House After All?

The cast of Jersey Shore – pregnant Snooki included – was spotted Thursday by celebrity gossip photographers moving back into the Seaside Cesspool. Does this mean she’s having a change of heart about getting her own place? The baby-bumpin’ poof-head says she has no plans to stay in the house, but reports and pics from the scene say otherwise. So what’s the deal? “You know how they have to make it look for editing,” a source said. “What they will probably do is have her there for a day or two. But then she’ll move into the new place. Trust me, she will not be living in that house.” A source told us not even two weeks ago that Snooki will likely live in a nearby house in Seaside Heights, N.J. Close enough to hang out, but away from the epicenter. She has repeatedly said that the house is no place for a pregnant woman. Or anyone who values their health or brain cells even a little bit. Alexander Kinyua, Maryland College Student, Admits Devouring Roommate’s Brain and Heart

Maybe this zombie apocalypse thing really does have legs. In another odd, horrifying incident of human flesh-eating, Alexander Kinyua, a student in Maryland, allegedly admitted to devouring his roommate’s brain and heart. The 21-year-old Morgan State University student says that he killed Kujoe Bonsafo Agyei-Kodie, who was reported missing last Friday, cops told the Baltimore Sun . Kinyua’s father called police late Tuesday night when Kinyua’s brother reportedly found human remains, a head and two hands, in a metal tin in the basement. The brother and father left the room for a short time, but when they came back, the body parts had been moved and Alexander Kinyua was washing out the tin. Officers searched the house and arrested Kinyua. The man then allegedly confessed a shocking revelation eerily reminiscent of Rudy Eugene: not only had he killed Agyei-Kodie by cutting him up with a knife and then dismembered him, he ingested parts of the victim’s brain and all of his heart. He allegedly dropped most of the remains in a dumpster. It’s yet unclear what Kinyua’s motive may have been (no, there were no bath salts involved), but he was charged with first-degree murder on Wednesday. The gruesome case comes on the heels of a similar attack in Miami, in which Rudy Eugene was killed after eating homeless man Ronald Poppo’s face.

Candice Accola and Zach Roerig: It’s Over!

Vampire Diaries stars Zach Roerig and Candice Accola have broken up. The two cast members, who kept their relationship off-screen very low-key, first got together in the fall of last year. Apparently it’s over now , though. No reason was given for the split, first reported by Us Weekly . In October of last year, Accola tweeted a photo of Roerig, writing, “Cheering on my man at his second paddle board race! He kicked some major a**.” Roerig also tweeted a photo of Accola in a bikini on the beach with “Go Zach!” written across her stomach. “My number one cheerleader!” he wrote. That was about it for public acknowledgements of their romance, however. Accola, 25, plays bubbly vampire Caroline Forbes on the hit CW show. Roerig, 27, plays Matt Donovan, always a fan favorite … in TVD death pools. The show definitely keeps its romances in house. Paul Wesley is married to Season 3 guest star Torrey DeVitto, while Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder are also a couple. [Photos: WENN.com]

Tareq Salahi Re-Files Frivolous Lawsuit, Claims Neal Schon Cost Him $50 Million

Tareq Salahi ‘s lawsuit against his estranged wife Michaele Salahi was recently dismissed, but he’s instead turned his focus to her lover, Journey guitarist Neal Schon, the band’s personal recording label and their publicist. Yep, he’s re-filing a lawsuit against all of the above. Tareq alleged that Michaele and Neal’s 2011 affair was a calculated attempt to re-launch the struggling rock band, ruining Tareq in the process. The male Salahi says that when he was doing Michaele, Neal Schon was also screwing him out of a deal with Oprah Winfrey (!?), a $300,000 gig on Dancing With the Stars and a big-screen adaptation of their life. Mmm hmm. The pair was to receive 40 percent of the sale, he claims … so approximately $8.00 total gross, assuming the two of them even bought tickets. Tareq also alleges the affair also cut off paid interviews and appearances, despite the fact that he got quite a lot of mileage out of whining about it. He also modestly calls himself and Michaele “instant international celebrities” and “household names” after crashing a White House state dinner. Their “gate-crashing” resulted in the Salahis “being offered regular paid appearances as ‘The Salahis,’” he claims … and they’re no longer. Tareq added: “The Salahis” became a “financially prosperous enterprise.” Sadly for him, that ship has sailed, along with any hope of winning this case.

Gwen Stefani Rumored as X Factor Host

The X Factor carousel has stopped on Gwen Stefani. One day after rumors surfaced that either Miley Cyrus or Demi Lovato would join Simon Cowell, L.A. Reid and Britney Spears on the season two panel, an insider tells The New York Post that this female singer is under consideration for a different role. Host. The singer would take over for Steve Jones, who was let go after a disappointing opening season. A Fox insider says Stefani has been contacted , is interested and would seek compensation between $5-7 million. “[Cowell] is feeling the pressure and knows only a big-time, well-respected name will do if he wants anyone to flip the channel from The Voice ,” the source claims, adding that the NBC hit may face off against The X Factor this fall.
