Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are reportedly dating. For real this time. According to reports, Depp, 49, and Heard, 27, have rekindled the fledgling romance that was quietly but repeatedly speculated about last year. Now it’s more open. The duo was seen holding hands and cozying up to one another at the Rolling Stones concert in Hollywood Sunday night. Last summer, Depp had recently split from his partner of 14 years, French model/singer Vanessa Paradis. Depp has two children with Paradis. Heard, who is openly bisexual, last dated photographer Tasya van Ree. After their respective breakups, The Rum Diary co-stars were quickly linked. Looks like real romance in the works now. Not everyone is thrilled that Chris Brown and Rihanna are back together. Count Chris’ dad, Clinton Brown, among those dissenters apparently. Clinton was very candid in an interview with The N.Y. Daily News when he plainly said, “I personally really didn’t want him and Rihanna back together.” Considering the couple’s tumultuous past, the elder Brown says he fears that this will end horribly , and lead his son down a dark and tragic path. “I hate to use examples, but Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston and Amy Winehouse, I mean I could go on and on,” he stated. “Is that a given?” “You can’t have fortune and fame without [death] being the end result?” “You have to have a balance in a relationship. You have to have someone who is spontaneous and whimsical, but also someone who is grounded and logical.” Clinton Brown does acknowledge that “she’s beautiful, she’s exotic, and she’s successful,” and also that their shared profession enhances Rihanna’s appeal. “You just need that person who will listen without judging, who knows what it’s like. If he talks to someone who’s not in the business they may not understand.” The pair reportedly broke up in early April, but then Chris Brown was spotted hanging out backstage in the VIP section at Ri-Ri’s concert in Los Angeles. A couple of days later, Rihanna posted a cute photo of them joyriding around in the car, confirming that even if they were broken up, it didn’t take. As for Chris’ father, it’s not clear what relationship they have now. His parents divorced when Chris was young, and one of his mother Joyce Hawkins’ boyfriends terrified him by subjecting her to domestic violence. NBA legend Michael Jordan married Yvette Prieto in Palm Beach, Fla., on Saturday, saying “I do” with his Cuban model girlfriend after five years of dating. The pair made it official in front of a whopping 500 guests, who arrived on tour buses, at Episcopal church Bethesda-by-the Sea, near MJ’s residence. The 50-year-old basketball star then had 1,500 (!) friends to join in the celebrations with himself and Yvette Prieto at the Bears Club, in Jupiter, Fla. Michael Jordan, who first met the 35-year-old beauty at a nightclub in Miami back in early 2008, popped the question in 2011 over the holidays. “They’ve been planning for months and months,” says a source of the couple’s nuptials . “He wanted to give Yvette everything she’s ever wanted.” It’s the second marriage for the former Chicago Bulls star turned Charlotte Bobcats owner, who has three grown children with Juanita Vanoy. Two and a Half Men has been renewed for an 11th season by CBS. Stars Ashton Kutcher and Jon Cryer have each inked one-year deals to return, while Angus T. Jones will appear at least part-time this fall. His future had been in doubt since Angus T. Jones ranted against the show, calling it “filth” and saying he wanted to leave in a 2012 video. That hatchet has been buried, however. While the 19-year-old will likely go to college after this season, he’ll recur on Men when available. At least if you’re going by reports of them kissing in Norway this weekend, and now this photo, which he posted on Twitter … only to delete it moments later. Why he nixed it, we have no idea, but it speaks for itself. What they did after this, we have no idea. But that look in her eyes makes it clear she’s into him. The look in his eyes … makes him look kind of high. High on LOVE. Or the weed. It was 4/20 after all. Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber recently sparked rumors of a reconciliation when she jetted off to Oslo, Norway, to meet up with him during his tour. It’s been confirmed that they met up, and that they likely made out. Gretchen Rossi and Slade Smiley have a reason to celebrate today: In Touch Weekly reports the couple is engaged! “She proposed to him on top of the AT&T building in LA,” an insider tells the tabloid, adding that it was a surprise and, of course, the proposal will be televised. “She had him flown up there via helicopter for the dramatic proposal.” The Real Housewives of Orange County has been dating Smiley for four years, and their relationship has been chronicled in detail in the Bravo reality series. Rossi was previously wed to Chris Ross. They divorced in 2007 and then she got engaged to Jeff Beitzel, who died of cancer in 2008. Smily was previously engaged to Jo De La Rosa, but broke it off five years ago.
Jodie Sweetin and Morty Coyle are married! Who knew? Well, we did, but we only recently found out about the private celebration in Beverly Hills last month … which marked their first wedding anniversary. Yup, they got hitched back in March 2012! “We had wanted to keep it quiet and intimate for a while, but felt that on our first wedding anniversary, it was time to share!” Sweetin tells People . Jodie Sweetin and Morty Coyle got engaged on the Full House star’s birthday back in January 2011, and exchanged vows on March 15 of last year. “Our day was a wonderful, intimate celebration with each other and our families,” she says. “We were absolutely committed before this, but we were so excited.” The couple had previously held off on setting a date until everyone could wed – a protest against California’s Prop 8 – but recently decided to reconsider. “We saw that Prop. 8 was going to court about the same time that we went to our friends Ryan and Graham LaConnor’s beautiful wedding in Palm Springs,” adds Coyle. “Seeing two people whose love was so pure and enriching to all those around them affected us so deeply that we both looked at each other and said, ‘It’s time.’ ” They have one daughter, Beatrix. Jodie Sweetin, 31, also a daughter, Zoie, from her second marriage to Cody Herpin. Before that, she was married to Shaun Holguin. Matt Damon and wife Luciana Barroso said “I do” all over again in a romantic vow renewal ceremony on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia yesterday. The actor, 42, rented out St. Lucia’s entire Sugar Beach Resort for around 50 guests, including longtime BFF Ben Affleck and wife Jennifer Garner. Damon and the bride exchanged vows under thatched roofs right at sunset. The groom wore a tan-colored suit and flip-flops, and the gorgeous bride, 36, donned a cream-colored gown featuring a sequined belt at the waist. The couple’s daughters – Isabella, 6, Gia, 4, Stella, 2 – were all there in matching dresses, along with Alexia, Luciana’s daughter from a previous marriage. After the 15-minute ceremony, guests (all wearing shades of cream and ivory) were escorted onto the beach for a cocktail reception (with Tiki torches). “This isn’t a ‘Hollywood’ wedding,” one insider said. “Matt wanted it to be fun, happy and private. He felt like Luciana deserves this, first and foremost.” “This is the perfect place for a wedding. You can [go] here for serenity.” The actor, director and Oscar-winning screenwriter first wed Luciana a private civil ceremony back in December 2005. Congratulations to the couple!
