Damn, we wonder what’s the hold up on getting this service in the good ole U.S. of A….. Via CBS News: Caught up in the moment? Durex and creative agency Buzzman are trying to make sure there’s no excuse to not to use protection by offering to deliver condoms right to your door — if you live in Dubai. The SOS Condom app and website uses location-based technology so users can request condoms from the comfort of their own home, hotel or whatever place they may be at. Delivery services are offered between 4 p.m. and 4 a.m. and costs $15 for a dozen condoms. Your request will be fulfilled within the hour and condoms will be hand-delivered by a “discreet and professional delivery team.” Right now, the service is only offered in Dubai, but SOS Condoms is allowing people to vote on their website for the next city the delivery feature will be offered. She was with him shooting in the gym … Vanessa Bryant Sells California Mansion Via RadarOnline reports: They’ve called off the split but not before Vanessa Bryant sold off the house she got as part of her divorce settlement with Kobe Bryant. The 6,000 mansion in a gated Newport Beach community was listed in September for $3.75 million. It closed mid-January for $3.22 million. It was one of three homes Vanessa and the Los Angeles Lakers superstar had jointly owned in the same upscale community. Just days after the sale, the pair announced they’d reconciled and the divorce petition was being dismissed. The mountain-view house was built in 1999 and purchased by the Bryants in 2003 for $2.65 million. It has five bedrooms, an office, five fireplaces and balconies. The quarter-acre property has a spa and outdoor kitchen. Kobe lived in a three-bedroom bungalow at the nearby Resort at Pelican Hill during his separation from Vanessa. Looks like Vanessa is getting to have her cake, sell it and eat it too…

That Jason Bourne money must sure be nice. An Inside Look At Matt Damon’s $15 Million Mansion Via Realtor Curbed LA called it back in April of last year when it was just a rumor, but now the LA Times confirms that Matt Damon purchased a home in Pacific Palisades, California for $15 million last year. The seven-bedroom home was built in 2004 and sits on a prime 29,000 square foot lot. Inside the home, dramatic 35 ft mahogany vaulted ceilings provide an airy feel. Disappearing walls of glass and an open floor plan add to the feeling of casual elegance with an emphasis on indoor/outdoor living. There are three levels connected by an open atrium and a floating stairway. There are a total of four family bedrooms , including a private master suite. Other features include a guest suite, office, a gym ready for Hollywood-style workouts, two maids rooms, and a five-car garage. The home was built to house a modern family and a former listing quotes architect, Grant Kirkpatrick of KAA design, who described it as “a space where a family’s memories are born.” Damon’s hometown buddy Ben Affleck lives nearby and US Magazine spotted Ben and wife Jennifer Garner headed to a pool party at Damon’s home last summer. Lawsuits: Nas Sued For $10 Million Big Ones By Concert Promoter Who Was Allegedly Kidnapped In Angola

Remember the concert promoter stuck in Angola because of Nas ??? Well he’s now suing the rapper for $10 Milli! Via TMZ: The concert promoter who says he was taken hostage at gunpoint and held for ransom — all because Nas was a no-show for a gig — is now suing the rapper for $10 MILLION. As TMZ first reported, Patrick Allocco says he was kidnapped in December 2011 in Angola because Nas failed to show up for a New Year’s Eve concert after taking a $300,000 pay day. Allocco says he was held as ransom by Angolan promoters and their “henchmen” because they wanted their cash back. He was finally released in February 2012. According to a new federal lawsuit filed Friday, Allocco wants the rapper to pay for what happened to him. Specifically, he claims he was held captive for 50 days — during which time he says he was beaten and threatened constantly. Allocco is suing Nas for $10 million, claiming he suffered psychologically, physically and financially. He claims that while stuck in Angola, he was unable to do business … and as a result lost his home and his company. SMH. WENN

It’s hard out here for an unemployed pimp … Terrell Owens Sells Atlanta Mansion Via TMZ reports : Desperate times call for desperate measures, especially for unemployed NFL star Terrell Owens — who just unloaded his massive Georgia crib for waaaaaaaaaay under the asking price. TMZ broke the story … the wide receiver has been dropping real-estate left and right (thanks to his dwindling finances) and has already sold off condos in Dallas, Miami and Georgia. The latest victim in his real-estate purge is a 7,694-square-foot pad outside of Atlanta, which he bought way back in 2000 (i.e. when he had a job with the San Francisco 49ers). T.O. first listed the house in 2010 for $1.5 million, but didn’t actually sell it until now … when he was willing to let the place go for a measly $694,000 … a.k.a LESS than half what he wanted. It’s a great deal (for the buyer) who gets 6 bedrooms, 8 baths, a home theater, basketball court, gym, rec room, decks, and a huuuuuge resort style swimming pool. According to the New York Post, the hip-hop mogul just put his decked-out NYC apartment up on the market—and it’s selling for a cool $8.5 million. Boasting some intense interior design from celebrity designer Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz, the apartment is a large one-bedroom carved from a three-bedroom unit, and has one of the best views in NYC: Central Park. Rumor has it that this is where Cassie camps out at when she’s in NYC. We would say we wonder if they’re looking to buy together now, buuuuut it’d really still be Diddy doing the buying since he’s his boo-thangs boss. Jason Kidd Sells His $1.4 Million Dallas Condo According to TMZ reports : Jason Kidd has officially severed his final ties with Dallas after the Mavericks traded him to the Knicks — TMZ has learned, the NBA legend has sold his luxury condo in the Big D. Kidd listed the 2,607 sq. ft. pad for $1,595,000 back in October, and it remained on the market until June 21st — when it finally sold for $1,387,500. Kidd signed with the Knicks last month. According to official records, Kidd bought the condo in 2009 for $1,420,000 — meaning he lost a little on his investment … but nothing like Michael Phelps on his recent sale. It’s a pretty badass condo — featuring a 4-car garage, 2 fireplaces, a pool on the building’s rooftop, and a guarded entrance. But Kidd’s not just dumping his Dallas property, he’s also getting rid of his giant house in Arizona — listing his 6-bedroom, 9-bath, 13,523 sq. ft. Paradise Valley home for $5,995,000.
