Malibu’s Most Wanted may not be leaving Los Angeles, CA for good, but he’s saying goodbye to the place he’s called home for the past five years. The Los Angeles Times reports that actor and all-around funnyman Jamie Kennedy has listed his Los Feliz home, citing his hectic travel schedule as a main reason why he’s looking to sell. Purchased in 2007 for $2.15 million, Kennedy, who recently starred opposite WWE’s ‘Edge’ in the should-have-been-direct-to-video comedy Bending the Rules, is asking just $1.9 million for the “re-imagined” mid-century modern property. Down goes Holyfield! Evander Holyfield Finally Moves Out Of His Foreclosed Atlanta Home According to TMZ reports : Evander Holyfield couldn’t fight his way outta this one … the former heavyweight champ is finally moving out of his foreclosed Georgia mansion after failing to strike a deal with the bank. TMZ broke the story … Holyfield owed more than $14 million on the 54,000 square foot mega-mansion … which was recently sold at a foreclosure auction for $7.5 million. After the sale, the bank that purchased the home allowed Evander to continue to live there temporarily … but judging by the moving trucks lined up at his front door … it seems he’s finally worn out his welcome. We’re told the trucks spent several hours at the mansion — though it’s unclear where the movers are taking E.H.’s stuff. Holyfield obviously has some major financial problems — besides the foreclosure, he owes a ton of cash in unpaid federal taxes … plus, he’s up to his mangled ears in back child support payments. It was a good run, but all great things must come to an end. C’est la vie Champ… Image via ESPN

Take a look inside the world’s most famous designer’s swagged out pad! Gianni Versace’s Miami Mansion Is On Sale For $125 Million Talk about living in style: Casa Casuarina, the former home of the late fashion designer Gianni Versace, has just hit the market for a whopping $125 million. Though the price tag may seem unnaturally steep to most, for this level of luxury real estate, it’s no surprise. The world famous home, built in Miami Beach in 1930, sprawls across 19,000 square feet. It features 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a 54-foot-long pool lined in 24-karat gold and ornate, Medusa-emblazoned front gates (the same gates at which Versace was fatally shot in 1997). “This is not only the most well-known property on South Beach,” says listing agent Jill Eber of Coldwell Banker, “it’s also known worldwide for its attention to detail throughout every room, its elegance and its style.” Its link to one of the world’s most iconic fashion designers probably doesn’t hurt, either. Versace bought the home and its adjacent lot in 1992 for just under $10 million, and then invested another $33 million in the property. The haute couture designer added a 6,100-square-foot south wing, a mosaic-covered courtyard, frescoes on the home’s walls and ceilings, and the aforementioned gold-lined pool. Three years after Versace’s death, telecom entrepreneur Peter Loftin purchased the property for $20 million and turned it into a luxury boutique hotel with restaurant. The multi-million-dollar listing joins a slew of former homes of late celebrities currently on the market, including Michael Jackson’s California chateau, Beatle George Harrison’s Swiss manor and Amy Winehouse’s London apartment. Gotta let it burn … Health officials are warning about a “super” strain of gonorrhea that is now sweeping the globe: Scientists first discovered the antibiotic-resistant version of the sexually transmitted disease in Japan in 2008, and are worried about it spreading after cases cropped up in Australia, France, Norway, Sweden and Britain, the Associated Press reported. “This organism has basically been developing resistance against every medication we’ve thrown at it,” Dr. Manjula Lusti-Narasimhan, a scientist in the World Health Organization’s department of sexually transmitted diseases, told the AP. “In a couple of years it will have become resistant to every treatment option we have available now,” she said. Gonorrhea, sometimes known as the clap, is the second most common STD in the world after chlamydia, with some 106 million cases reported worldwide each year and about 700,000 in the U.S. It typically causes abdominal pain, discharge and painful urination. If left untreated, it can lead to more serious conditions such as birth defects and fetus death. It’s usually knocked out by a group of antibiotics known as cephalosporins, which can be taken orally or injected. But scientists say the meds have been no match for the new “superbug.” Experts don’t know how wide the antibiotic-resistant strain has spread. “The available data only shows the tip of the iceberg,” Lusti-Narasimhan said. Even worse, the mutated strain doesn’t cause the telltale symptoms typically associated with regular gonorrhea. “They used to say that if you have urethral gonorrhea [and you went to the bathroom], it would be like passing razor blades. It was that painful,” Francis Ndowa, the WHO’s former head specialist on STDs. Forget zombies eating your face off, worry about “Super Gonorrhea” eating away at your private parts because your dumb azz didn’t choose to wrap it up and get tested! This is no jokes folks! WRAP IT UP! Spurce
