Source: Phillip Faraone / Getty Masin Elije Claims Dwight Howard & Others Threatened His Life; Player Says He’s Never Met Him A judge has nixed NBA player Dwight Howard’s bid to dismiss a homosexual social media star’s lawsuit that alleges Howard threatened him over speaking out about their alleged relationship. We exclusively revealed that earlier this year that Masin Elije sued Howard for assault, infliction of emotional distress and more, alleging Howard and his associates had been threatening his life because he wouldn’t agree to sign paperwork barring him from speaking out about their alleged relationship. But Howard countersued the “Industry Hoe” author for slander, invasion of privacy and abusive litigation and demanded the suit be thrown out, as well as $10 million in damages. Howard said in court papers that he never met Elije and his legal claims weren’t valid. He also said that any injuries the YouTube star suffered was due to his own negligence. However, according to court records obtained by BOSSIP, the judge came back and sided with Elije, and denied Howard’s request for the man’s suit to be tossed. The case is now ongoing, although no trial date has been set. We reached out Elije’s attorney for comment. Howard’s lawyer declined to comment.

This means that Lil Nas has officially beat the record set by Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men with their timeless 1995 hit “One Sweet Day,” AND he beat the record matched by Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee ‘s “Despacito” featuring Justin Bieber from 2017. Both these tracks spent 16 weeks at number one, but now the Yeehaw Agenda has taken over! Times have changed since “One Sweet Day” set the record. Now Billboard takes into account radio airplay and digital sales data when charting songs. So clearly, radio and the online world is still giddied up for young Nas X. Barraza/WENN.com / WENN Woman Arrested After Threatening Violence At The Swedish Embassy Weeks after his arrest, A$AP Rocky is still in Swedish custody–and as the calls for his release become louder and louder here in the US, one woman is taking her support to a whole new level. According to reports from NBC 4 Washington , 26-year-old Rebecca Kanter was arrested on Tuesday after she allegedly threatened to “blow up” the Swedish Embassy in Washington D.C. during a protest of the rapper’s incarceration. A Secret Service Officer stated that Kanter first appeared at the Swedish complex on Monday, which is when she “threw liquid from a glass Coca Cola bottle at the doorway and yelled out ‘I’m going to blow this motherf***er up.’” She reportedly left the premises before law enforcement could intervene, but she went on to social media to write about her efforts. “Why isn’t it breaking news that I defiled the House of Sweden last night, that I vandalized the Wold Bank, that I vandalized the IMF,” she wrote online, according to a criminal complaint . “Why aren’t I getting press for ASAP?” Weird flex, but okay. Here’s your press, ma’am. Kanter returned to the scene the following day, allegedly shouting profanities at embassy personnel and a student tour group. She was also accused of damaging property within the building. When Embassy staff demanded that Kanter to leave the premises, she refused–which is when the police were called. The 26-year-old was arrested by secret service and booked on charges of willfully injuring and damaging property of a foreign government and refusing to depart a foreign embassy. She has reportedly been released on bond and is scheduled to appear in court on July 31.
