Subway Creep Files Suit For Damages In Child Pornography Case Jared Fogle , who’s currently serving 15-years in prison for conspiracy to receive child porn, is embroiled in another legal battle. He recently filed a motion to sue Russell Taylor, the former head of his charity, because Taylor was the one who secretly filmed the footage that landed Fogle in prison. Fogle believes that Taylor’s actions have led to injuries and damages against his family and he wants restitution in the form of $150,000. Via PEOPLE Jared Fogle has filed a federal complaint against the parents of an alleged victim who sued the disgraced former Subway pitchman after he allegedly received secret recordings of her changing her clothes and bathing, according to court papers obtained by PEOPLE. Last March, the girl’s parents filed a lawsuit against Fogle, who is serving more than 15 years in prison for conspiracy to receive child pornography and traveling to have sex with a minor, for emotional distress. The parent’s lawsuit alleges that Russell Taylor, the former head of Fogle’s charity, secretly filmed the underage girl and other children while they were changing clothes and bathing at Taylor’s house and gave the footage to Fogle. The lawsuit filed in the federal district court for the Southern District of Indiana is seeking at least $150,000 in damages. In the motion filed Thursday, Fogle says the girl’s parents “through their actions, caused or significantly contributed to the injuries and damages alleged by Jane Doe in her Complaint against the Defendants.” Fogle alleges the parents were responsible for their daughter’s depression, anxiety and emotional distress because of their “hateful and abusive relationship toward each other, which included, but was not limited to, engaging in frequent fighting and arguing between themselves; abusing alcohol and getting drunk; and engaging in frequent fighting, physical abuse, and arguing with Jane Doe.” Fogle also claims that the parents abuse and neglect caused their daughter’s alcohol and substance abuse, self-mutilation, and suicidal ideations. Fogle’s attorney, Ron Elberger, declined to comment. In June, Fogle lost a bid to have his prison sentence reduced. At that time, Elberger had argued that the sentencing judge abused her authority after prosecutors in a plea deal had agreed to seek no more than 12 1/2 years, or 150 months, following Fogle’s guilty plea. Fogle currently is serving his sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution Englewood in suburban Denver, Colorado. Do you think he has a good case?

Two Middleton babies are on the way! One will be royal, the other will be a common plebe. OK! Magazine wins this month’s “Weirdest Tabloid Cover Story,” and it’s only September 1st. “Princess Kate & Pippa: We’re Both Pregnant!” The headline declares. “One’s having a boy, one’s having a girl! “Kate Will Be 8 Months Along At Pippa’s Wedding.” Pippa only got engaged to financier James Matthew on July 19th, so being an unwed mother is quite the scandal. “The news is twice as nice for the Middleton family: Sources say that not only is Duchess Kate expecting — her little sister Pippa, is too!” a source allegedly told OK! . “Just a few weeks back, Kate discovered that she’s expecting another little princess, and the buzz in Pippa’s circle is that’s pregnant, too — with a little boy.” The Duchess of Cambridge is mom to two children already – Prince George, 3, and Princess Charlotte, who turned 1 on May 4th. And while Catherine and William are said to want a big family, there has been no official word from the palace on whether she is expecting. In other words, she’s not. 32-year-old Pippa is, of course, aware of the stigma attached to her situation. The source helpfully pointed out that she’ll “now have to endure whispers about whether hers is a shotgun wedding,” which would mortify her mother, Carole. I’m making that up. Carole looks to be a very modern broad and probably supports a woman’s right to get knocked up by a multi-millionaire. No matter! Pipps and Jim are in this to win this, having dated back in 2012, then getting back together this past fall, after she broke up with another fiancier, Nico Jackson. Plus, if all the gossip gets Pippa down, James can whisk her off on his private jet to his family’s hotel in St. Barts. Must go, my horse and carriage is here.” To drive the point home, the only reliable source when it comes to royal pregnancies (not Middleton pregnancies), is Kensington Palace. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are on the verge of a breakup again, according to a new tabloid report, and you know who is at the crux of it all. In a way, it’s a rehash of a rumor that’s been circulating for months: Despite the fact that his sex scandals have largely blown over, Jim Bob and Michelle are fighting over Josh and heading for divorce. Ironically, Anna Duggar and Josh are on good terms after all this. Anyway, one of the pariah’s parents allegedly does not want anything to do with their first-born, while the other wants him back in the fold. Can you guess which Duggar parent is which? In Touch magazine’s latest cover story features a smiling Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar and the “fight that split the family apart,” supposedly. The gossip publication claims that the pair has been at odds, and that while Jim Bob is ready to forgive his son, his wife isn’t so sure. Apparently, the tension has grown so thick that either Jim Bob or Michelle will be moving out of their Arkansas home in the near future. Who will stay and who will leave the compound?! There are only two real possibilities here as we see it: Either the cover above is entirely inaccurate, or Jim Bob and Michelle are doing one heck of a fine job masking whatever tension exists. Just three days ago, he looked lovingly at Michelle in a birthday video message for son Josiah on the family’s official Facebook account. In the clip, Jim Bob extolled the virtues of his 20-year-old son and his “loving spirit towards people” while Michelle glowed by his side. Like we said, they’d have to be really good actors. Jim Bob also gushed over Michelle in a recent anniversary tribute in which he also appeared to shade Josh, casting doubt on this story. For all the recurring talk of the Duggars divorcing , that would come as nothing short of a monumental shock at this stage of the game. Why? Drake and Rihanna are a very cute couple. They have yet to confirm their romance, but they made it clear as day during a performance on August 31 . The performance took place in Miami and they got super close to one another while performing “Work.” They were all over one another and it was pretty great. It was only a few days ago that Drake confessed his undying love to Rihanna during the MTV VMAs. They may have been trying to keep their relationship quiet at first, but it seems they are now going full steam ahead and aren't afraid of people knowing about it. After the VMAs, they were pictured looking very affectionate with one another. This didn't sit well with Chris Brown, who mocked them on Instagram. Luckily, it didn't develop into a full blown feud. That's no doubt down to the fact that Chris Brown has been acting super sketchy and waving guns at women. If that wasn't bad enough, he then refused to surrender for fourteen hours. Yikes. Rihanna made a lucky escape from that bad egg. Rihanna's relationship with Chris was full of drama, so we're glad she's finally moved on. The 2016 VMAs were career defining for Rihanna, who wowed crowds with four different performances. She essentially performed the full set from her tour. Not many singers get the opportunity to do that, but it shows how popular Rihanna is with fans. They met while filming Famously Single , but Aubrey O’Day and Pauly D could very be married by the end of this year. O’Day just wrapped Celebrity Big Brother in London, so she and the D are taking a lover’s holiday around Europe. And though she didn’t end up winning the reality competition, Pauly D still thinks O’Day a champion. “In My Eyes She Won !” he Instagram’d five days ago. Before starting the show, Aubrey sent a love note to her man on social media. “My dearest hubby@djpaulyd, I will miss you so much,” she wrote. “You are my best friend, my lover, my person, my soulmate! Hold the fort down.. take care of our babies… hopefully I’ll come home with an amazing accent ;)!” However, once O’Day was inside the CBB House, TMZ reported that Pauly D. had dumped her without her knowledge, since celebrity participants (including Mob Wives ‘ Renee Graziano) are cut off from the outside world. The site reported that the couple split “for a few days” in May, and then on August 1st the Jersey Shore star and DJ deleted all of his social media posts involving O’Day. It appears, however, that they are back together, because both O’Day and D have been posting an insane amount of loved-up photos on Instagram, complete with a selfie stick. “some people have selfie sticks.. some don’t,” O’Day wrote on one Instagram. In the photo below, O’Day is showing off a big ole’ rock on her left finger, prompting fans to wonder if Pauly D had popped the question. Comedian Ashima Franklin Sues Katt Williams Over Physical Abuse Katt Williams was hit with a lawsuit this week from a fellow comedian who claims he abused and kidnapped her. Ashima Franklin toured with Katt and claims the abuse started with a hit to the face back in 2012, according to TMZ. Franklin says this year the abuse resumed in the form of a two day attack, involving Katt holding her hostage while two women beat her up. Ashima is asking for at least $3 million for her suffering. According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, Katt bragged about having “million dollar bitches” … then turned his rage on Ashima, saying … “Why am I sitting here with this hillbilly, Alabama, backwoods ass three dollar p**** bitch?” The next day, Ashima says Katt and 2 women attacked her — leaving her with a swollen face and injuries to her chest, arms and legs — and Katt blocked her from leaving. She adds there was another incident where Katt threw piping hot food at her face, and asked why she thought she even had the right to eat. Damn Katt!
