Back in 2013, The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s NeNe Leakes remarried Gregg Leakes after filing for divorce two years earlier. Now, it looks as if the Bravo mainstay might soon find herself once again dividing assets and wishing she’d signed a prenup! An insider tells The Hollywood Gossip exclusively that while she’s clearly trying to keep it on the DL, this OG Peach is stepping out. According to our source, NeNe has been cheating on her husband with a man she met during her business trips to Maryland. “Nene Leakes has not only been spending a lot of time in Maryland lately since the opening of her new SWAGG Boutique at the MGM Casino in Oxon Hill,” our insider reports. “But she also been spending most of her time there because she has a boyfriend there in Maryland who she is openly dating.” Wow. How does our insider claim to know this? “I’m an employee at the Starbucks across from her Swagg boutique,” the source says. “Me other MGM employees are surprised how open she has been openly parading her new bae around the casino.” “[NeNe] can care less who see and knows about it since she is a married woman,” the insider adds. Yes, not only is NeNe spending time in the company of a side-piece, it seems she doesn’t care who knows about it! The allegation is made all the more shocking by the fact that Gregg Leakes has been battling cancer for the past year. Thankfully for all, Gregg is currently in remission. Based on how comfortable NeNe seems to be with her boy toy, though, we’re guessing this affair is not a new development. Following a three-season hiatus, NeNe is back on the show that made her famous – but not without some serious tumult. While she stood by Gregg throughout his cancer battle, the process clearly took a toll on their already fractured marriage. NeNe was open about the fact that despite all he was going through, Gregg should have treated his wife so much better. Moreover, reports from the set claim that Leakes is feuding with her co-stars so badly that the Real Housewives of Atlanta crew is struggling to compile any usable footage. Insiders say her beef with Porsha Williams and Kenya Moore has gotten so bad that she refuses to film with either woman. Leakes, of course, is arguably the greatest success story of the Housewives franchise – which is saying a lot. Desperate times call for desperate measures, and no one is more desperate these days than reality-star-turned-inmate Joe Giudice. The husband of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, Joe was found guilty on fraud charges along with his wife back in 2015. At this point, the sentences have been served, but for Joe, the punishment might be just getting started. A citizen of Italy (Joe was born in the village of Saronno, but his family relocated to Jersey when he was just a year old.), Giudice is facing deportation for his crimes. Giudice says he knows nothing of Italy and doesn’t even speak the language. Furthermore, Teresa Giudice has no plans to join her husband overseas, so the move would likely have quite an impact on Joe’s marriage, as well as his relationship with his four daughters. We say all of this simply to explain why someone would fight tooth and nail to avoid being kicked out of New Jersey. Anyway, as we reported yesterday, Joe received an extension on his final appeal , which is huge, as he recently earned the support of a high-powered advocacy group called the Immigrant Rights Clinic of Washington Square Legal Services (IRC). With the IRC in his corner, Joe is trying a new tactic. Basically, this is that part of the legal drama where the underdog client meets the hot-shot lawyer who vows to put the system on trial. While Joe’s previous lawyers attempted to convince the court that he shouldn’t be kicked out of the country because he’s lived here for basically his entire life, his new legal team is arguing that he never should have been sent to prison in the first place, as he’s essentially a modern-day Robin Hood. Giudice’s lawyers now claim that Joe is not guilty of “aggravated felony” (the charge that serves as the basis for deportation) because he scammed Wells Fargo, a bank that previously issued loans in a way that “amounted to consumer fraud.” “Here the Petitioner will show that a bank legally compelled to forgive a fraudulently made loan should not be held to have suffered a loss from fraud,” Joe’s attorneys wrote in a brief filed earlier this week. Yes, Team Giudice is now arguing that this was essentially crook-on-crook crime, and Joe and Teresa never should have been imprisoned in the first place. “Proceedings were incorrectly instituted, and should have been terminated,” the lawyers say of the Giudices original criminal trial. Even if that swing for the fences doesn’t pay off, Joe might find himself receiving some much-needed mercy from the court. His lawyers are employing several strategies in their final push to keep him in the States, including reminding the judge that he’s spent the past several decades building a life in the Garden State. “He married his wife Teresa, a United States citizen, on October 23. 1999. The couple has four children, all born in the United States,” the papers stated. After months of rumors, People magazine (generally a reliable source on all things Kar-Jenner clan) is reporting today that Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are officially working on having a second child! As if that weren’t exciting enough, an insider tells the magazine that Kylie and Travis are planning to get married , as well! The source says that while Kylie is “very happy with her life” the way it is now, she’s very much looking forward to the major changes that lie ahead. “Kylie loves being a mom and can’t wait to give Stormi a sibling,” the insider says. “Everyone thinks Kylie will be pregnant with her second baby soon. They are trying.” Reports that Kylie is pregnant with her second child have been circulating pretty much since the time Stormi was born, but this is the first time a credible source has claimed that the cosmetics mogul is actively trying for a second child.
