Track Palin was facing some pretty serious charges. Sarah Palin’s 28-year-old son was arrested in January following an alcohol-induced fight with his girlfriend. The charges , according to Radar Online , were “4th degree assault, interfering with a domestic violence charge, and possession of a weapon while intoxicated.” At a July 11th hearing, the first two charges were dropped, and Palin pled guilty to the last. The hearing was then moved to Anchorage Veterans Court, since Palin served as an army reservist in Iraq in 2008. This particular court is specialized, in that it’s “designed to facilitate the rehabilitation of eligible veterans who are charged with criminal offenses.” The aim is to keep the number of veteran offenders out of jail and get them the help they need to recover. Palin’s next hearing is July 25th, and Anchorage District Attorney Clinton Champion told Radar that the court will let Palin know who sort of therapeutic program he’ll be required to follow. It depends on his needs.” This kind of rehab is put on by Veterans Affairs, who assess the patient to determine what kind of treatment would be most effective. “For some people, it’s addiction assistance,” Clinton said. For some, it’s related to anger management or domestic violence. Most everyone does moral reconation therapy, which is a 12 Step program to deal with thinking errors, specifically.” The details of Palin’s altercation with his girlfriend are upsetting. Police reports state that he “struck her on the left side of her head near her eye with a close fist,” then “kicked [her] on the right knee.” Sarah Palin blamed the arrest on both PTSD and President Obama (a notion that Donald Trump agrees with ). “My son like so many others, they come back a bit different, they come back hardened, they come back wondering if there is that respect for what it is that their fellow soldiers and airmen and every other member of the military so sacrificially have given to this country,” she said. “And that starts from the top. It’s a shame that our military personnel even have to wonder, if they have to question, if they’re respected anymore. Ludacris Wants BabyMama Sanctioned For Disobeying Court Orders Since their ugly custody battle last year, we’d been hoping that Ludacris and his daughter Cai’s mom Tamika Fuller would learn how to peacefully coparent… Well that certainly hasn’t happened, as theJasmineBRAND.com has reported that Luda was investigated by the Department of Family and Children Services over a child abuse complaint filed against him! But it gets deeper — now the 38-year-old rapper/actor is accusing baby mama Tamika Fuller of filing a false report due to her bitterness stemming from him being awarded primary custody: On July 6th, Ludacris headed to court and filed an application for contempt and request for a restraining order and sanctions against Tamika. The rapper explains since the judge came back with his order in early 2015, Tamika has attempted to ignore the order and usurp his custodial rights by making decisions for their minor child, which she has no authority to do. He says he has tried to work out the issues but Tamika refused to follow the court order. Ludacris points out that Tamika continuously drops off their child at daycare on Fridays – when he decided to have private tutoring for their child on Fridays. He claims that she keeps disregarding the doctor he chose and going to other physicians and violating the order by taking unscheduled and unannounced visitation time at the daycare even when asked by the staff not to come. Luda says that she has leaked private emails to the media for her own publicity and to portray Ludacris in a false, negative light and even chose to start a GoFundMe account in an attempt to profit off their child, which was against the court order. He accuses his baby mama of sending pictures of their kid to gossip sites and even penned an ‘essay’ which was rife with false criticisms of the court and Luda. The last straw came when Luda says Tamika contacted the Department of Family and Children Services and filed a false report against him based on their kid having a common rash. He says she was informed by Luda that a doctor had already seen the rash and she was prescribed an ointment. Luda claims that on May 19th 2016, the department contacted him and said pursuant to department protocol, his parenting time with his kid was suspended. He says his baby mama must be stopped from filing false and malicious reports of child abuse. He is demanding the court order Tamika to follow the original order, find her in contempt of court and sanctioned for her actions along with order her to pay attorney fees and litigation expenses. This ish is crazy. Do you really believe she filed a FALSE report? Would you ever call DCFS over a diaper rash — especially if the other parent said that a doctor had seen it and prescribed medication?! We’ll be watching for the updates on this one. Instagram

Tupac Film “All Eyez On Me” Pushed Back Due To Music Publishing Battle We’ve all been waiting patiently to see if the upcoming Tupac flick , All Eyez On Me, is going to be any good. But according to TMZ , if some legalities don’t get worked out first, we may never know… One of the songs prominently featured in the Benny Boom-directed film is ‘Pac’s famous “Ambitionz Az A Ridah”. Problem is, Tha Dog Pound’s Daz Dillinger claims to own the rights to the song and BMG publishing ALSO claims to own those rights. The movie was originally scheduled to release in September and has now been pushed back to November to give both parties time to squash the beef. The negotiation could get a bit tense however, Daz recently sued BMG earlier this year for $75,000 in royalties that he believes he is owed.
