Georgia Court Hit Bow Wow With Judgment For Sports Car Lease Bow Wow is pulling out all the legal stops to get out of paying a more than half a million dollar judgment over a debt to a sports car leasing company. Bow Wow said in legal docs that Sports Leasing Inc. was harassing his employer, CBS, for his salary info in order to pay a more than $500,000 default judgment that the rapper claims is invalid, according to court papers obtained by BOSSIP. Sport Leasing Inc. sued the rapper turned actor back in 2009 for not paying it back $216,084 plus interest after agreeing to lease some of their luxury sports cars. Bow Wow – real name Shad Moss – never responded to the lawsuit in Gwinnett County, Ga. Superior Court, and a judge later ruled in favor of Sport Leasing and put Bow Wow in default for $216,084, plus $41,879 in interest, an additional 18 percent in interest each year, and $25,821 in lawyers fees. The case remained in legal limbo for several years until last month, when a collection agency for Sport Leasing subpoenaed Bow Wow’s employer, CBS, demanding to know how much Bow Wow got paid from the TV show “CSI: Cyber.” The agency also wanted Bow Wow’s contract details, how much money he earned from the show to date and how much in royalties CBS was paying the rapper.

Melissa McCarthy has been looking pretty freaking incredible lately, but she’s mostly kept mum about her weight loss – until now. While she’s been constantly working in films and designing a fashion line, the actress recently revealed her new dress size. “I am a size 14,” she said during a press conference for her new movie The Boss . The star reportedly lost 50 pounds , but remained somewhat coy by telling Extra there was really no “trick” to her transformation . “No trick, nothing to tell, just super boring life,” she joked. “You bring it real down, you don’t do anything fun and you go to bed at 7:30 — that’s the trick.” We suspect she hasn’t discussed her recent slim down because she wants to focus on more important things, like the launch of her new clothing line Melissa McCarthy Seven7 , which she says is “going great.” However, please don’t refer to it as “plus size,” a term McCarthy despises. “Every time someone says, ‘You make a plus-size line,’ I just correct them: ‘I make clothes for women,'” she told E! News. McCarthy also finds it tiresome and sad that women are constantly being “ranked” against one another when it comes to bodies and appearance. “We’re always being ranked and when we come together, you know, women are amazing together,” she said. “Women are friends. Women are not really competing with each other. I think everyone wants to make it seem that way with who wore it better, whose butt is better, whose glasses are crazier. This may shock you, but it seems to us that Jenelle Evans doesn’t always consider the potential consequences of her actions. For example, when Jenelle had Nathan Griffith arrested for larceny last month, she probably didn’t think about the fact that she would eventually be forced to testify against him in court. Now, if someone stole your car, which is what Jenelle initially claimed Nathan did, you’d probably be happy to testify against them. But Jenelle called 911 on Nathan for taking a car that was registered to him without asking her first. With two custody battles coming up (one of them against Griffith), Jenelle has a lot on her plate and she probably just wants this pesky little larceny case to go away, but unfortunately, that’s not how the law works. In fact, Radar Online is now reporting that Jenelle was subpoenaed today , and will be forced to testify in Griffith’s upcoming trial. “Jenelle was served by the sheriff,” one insider tells the website. “Jenelle’s boyfriend David Eason also has to appear in court on April 4 against Nathan. He got summoned too.” Evans is reportedly nervous, as she’s afraid that if there are any discrepancies between her testimony and her original police report, it may hurt her fight for sole legal custody of her and Griffith’s son, Kaiser. Probably the sort of thing she should’ve thought about before she called the cops to settle a minor disagreement. Just sayin’.

Ravens Player Tray Walker Passes Away In Dirt Bike Accident Truly sad day in the NFL, as one of its young players has suddenly lost his life . Tray Walker of the Baltimore Ravens was out for a night ride with a friend on a dirt bike on a Florida street Thursday evening, when he unfortunately collided with a vehicle at an intersection. Via ESPN : Baltimore Ravens cornerback Tray Walker died Friday, one day after being critically injured in a dirt bike accident in Liberty City, Florida. He was 23. The Ravens announced the news after speaking with Walker’s godmother. Walker’s agent, Ron Butler, also confirmed his client’s death to ESPN. Walker was heading west on Northwest 75th Street on a Honda dirt bike when he collided with a Ford Escape heading south on Northwest 21st Avenue, according to the Miami-Dade Police Department. The accident occurred at about 7:50 p.m. on Thursday, and police said Walker’s bike did not have headlights and that he was wearing dark clothing. The intersection where the accident took place is a two-way stop. Walker was not wearing a helmet, Butler said. Police said the driver of the Ford Escape stayed on the scene and was cooperating with detectives. Walker was believed to be riding a dirt bike recreationally with another NFL player, said Butler, who does not know the name of that player. Walker was treated at the Ryder Trauma Center in Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital. Butler said earlier Friday that his client was “fighting for his life.” Unfortunately, Tray lost that battle. Brooklyn Club Sued For Sexual Harassment Wouldn’t Allow Black Parties This is pretty insane. A Brooklyn club is facing a lawsuit alleging they withheld pay from employees and subjected them to some pretty severe sexual harassment. The claim also alleges that the owners barred promoters from booking “black people parties.” According to the NY Daily News: Williamsburg hotspot Verboten is rife with shameless sexual harassment spearheaded by the out-of-control co-owner, Jen Schiffer, 16 current and former workers allege in documents filed in Brooklyn Federal Court. Schiffer, 40, presides over a hedonistic atmosphere at the N. 11th St. megaclub in which she “discusses her sex life — including her favorite sexual positions and sexual encounters with her husband, John Perez, and other women,” papers charge. The raunchy suit comes amid an ongoing dispute with some ex-employees claiming they haven’t been paid, as well as investors. One worker, Dylan Schwartz — described as Schiffer’s boyfriend in papers — also allegedly unleashed a barrage of vile propositions to colleagues. “Are you having a bad day? You should let me f— you,” Schwartz, 24, allegedly said to a female employee. Wait, what? Her husband AND her boyfriend worked with her? And she was stupid enough to let her boyfriend harass staffers? Of course the part we are most outraged by is the banning of “black people parties” But the suit also charges that Schiffer became furious when an employee, Darrin Morda, booked a party attended by black patrons. “What are all these black people doing here? You cannot book a black-people party!” she allegedly said. Morda told The News that Schiffer yelled at him in front of customers. “(She said) she had promised the police there wouldn’t be black people at this club, and I put the entire club in jeopardy by doing it,” Morda recalled. SMH. Sounds like this place deserves to be shut down. Schiffer’s response: “This is disgusting. This is not true,” she said. “I’m a woman trying to run a nightclub with her husband. Leah Messer has been through a lot in the past couple years. We’ve watched Leah struggle with addiction , go through two painful divorces, and endure a long, ugly custody fight. Now she’s facing the same battle that many of us are waging this spring. That’s right – it’s Leah vs. her messy garage. Obviously, Leah’s garage is in much worse shape than most, and fans have been expressing their concerns on social media ever since the photo on the right (snapped by Leah’s neighbor without her knowledge) surfaced online earlier this week. “What the hell is wrong with you and your house?” wrote one fan on Twitter. “I thought you were sober???” “I was simply going through all of my stuff to hold a yard sale since the weather is breaking,” Leah replied. “That’s all.” Reps for Leah offered a similar, but slightly different explanation yesterday: “Leah was doing spring cleaning and purging all of the girls closets and drawers of old clothing,” Meanwhile, the neighbor who took the photo has made the following comments online, alleging that Leah is back together with T.R. Dues , still using drugs, and engaging in other bizarre behavior: “Leah is batsh-t crazy. She lives across the street from my mom and she’s way more of a hot mess than she shows.” “She’s went downhill. I don’t even get how she can claim she doesn’t pop pills.” “She always has an INSANE amount of trash outside her house, she doesn’t watch her kid, and she had a cute little kitten that she would put outside and it got hit by a car.” “And the other day she was walking a puppy with her youngest and her daughter just squatted and peed in the yard!” “And her boyfriend that she’s been supposedly broken up with is still living with her and he’s such a loser. They were filming last weekend and he left while they were there lol.” Clearly, things aren’t going quite as smoothly these days as Leah would have us believe. Fortunately, we’re just days away from the March 21 season premiere of Teen Mom 2 , which should give us some indication of whether Ms. Messer’s life is as messy as it seems.
