Instead of “Land of the free and home of the brave”, America’s motto should be “find a way, or make one.” Aspiring fashion designer and prison inmate Shod is the perfect of making a way out of no way after he debuted his brand new clothing line while behind bars. Shod went viral this week after video of him modeling his “The Trenches” clothing line made its rounds on the Internet. He took the material from a prison mat and fused it with his inmate attire to create the fashionable uniforms. The Atlanta native says he uses dental floss and a paperclip to sew his clothes. Shod told The Shade Room : “I want people to know my story because location doesn’t determine destination. I want to inspire others to make something out of nothing and reach their full potential without making excuses. I wanted to actually design and make clothes to sell…I want to inspire others to elevate their hustle. I want to make a name for myself as a fashion designer in the fashion community. I also want to start a non-profit organization for low-income communities in Atlanta and eventually expand nationwide.” Shod was arrested back in 2016 on robbery charges, but is set to be released in October of this year. Even though he’s gained some notoriety with his inmate fashions, Shod doesn’t want to just use his talents and recent internet fame to rake in money; he also wants to help steer children in the right direction. That’s what’s up.

Earlier today, several media outlets (including this one) reported that Meghan Markle might be in labor . It remains to be seen if that was the really the case or if it was merely a false alarm originating in the British tabloids — and it could be several weeks before we find out for sure, as Meghan and Harry have made it clear they plan to protect their newborn’s privacy. But if there’s any truth to the rumors, and Meghan did welcome her first child, then she may have just completed the most productive week in the history of the British Royal Family. Earlier this week, it was reported that Harry and Kate were spotted hanging out , and now it looks as though the two couples recently spent time together at Harry and Meghan’s new home, Frogmore Cottage. According to Harper’s Bazaar the unexpected visit happened on Easter Sunday. “William and Catherine visited because Meghan was unable to attend the service,” a source tells the magazine. “They wanted to be supportive and see how she is doing. It was a lovely afternoon.” It was William and Kate’s first visit to the quaintly-named estate, which Meg and Harry have apparently made very much their own. “Meg and Harry are really settled in now,” a friend of the couple tells Bazaar . “It’s truly a lovely home and they have done such a great job with the space. “So much light and positive energy. I couldn’t think of a better place to start a family.” So it remains to be seen if Meg really welcomed a child today, but if she did, it sounds like the royal tyke will be entering a very peaceful environment. The 53-year-old actress appeared on The TODAY Show today to reveal that she’s pre-diabetic. The “How To Get Away With Murder” star told TODAY that the disease runs in her family and she’s speaking out for a valiant reason. Viola spoke out alongside her sisters Dianne Davis Wright and Deloris Grant to discuss the disease and “A Touch of Sugar,” a Merck documentary funded by the pharma company about diabetes health care. Remember when Marlo (very) messily helped spread a rumor from one of Eva’s bridesmaids that Eva’s flat broke and perpetrating with a house solely used for TV tapings and a car allegedly purchased under scammy circumstances? Not only that, the woman named Seanita allegedly claimed that Eva was a “stone cold lesbian” when she travels to the West Coast. According to Eva who spoke with US Weekly, Marlo’s obsessed with her and it’s disturbing. “I’ve never met someone that is so consumed with what I drive, where I live, who [I’ve] dated. It’s quite appalling, to be completely honest, and disgusting in certain regards,” she tells Us Weekly exclusively. “This whole idea of her bringing this up, never nipped it in the bud with her, but her gay bashing is disgusting. It is quite gross.” I don’t understand what her problem is with people who date the same sex or that are bisexual,” she added. “If that is my reality or not why does it matter to her? I don’t know if she would like to dip into more lady pools, and if that’s why she’s so inquisitive about it.” OOOP! Joe Giudice hasn’t received much in the way of good news in recent months. As you’ve likely heard, Giudice may be headed for deportation and is currently being held in a Pennsylvania ICE facility. Last week, Giudice’s appeal was denied , and the former Real Housewives of New Jersey star is now left with little in the way of legal recourse. But apparently, fortune smiled on Giudice briefly today. According to Radar Online, Giudice’s deportation was delayed today so that a federal judge might review his petition for appeal. “Order temporarily granting motion for stay of removal…Removal is stayed until such time as the Court can consider the motion for stay of removal,” reads a court document obtained by the site. “We will continue to fight to keep Mr. Giudice in the United States, the only country he knows, and reunite him with his wife and four daughters,” Joe’s attorney lawyer James J. Leonard Jr. said in a statement to Radar. Obviously, that’s good news, as it means Giudice’s appeal hasn’t been thrown out completely. But these are likely tense times for Juicy Joe, as this will almost certainly be his last chance to convince a judge he deserves to remain in the United States. Along with his wife, Teresa Giudice, Joe was convicted of tax fraud back in 2015. The Giudices were allowed to serve their sentences back-to-back for the sake of their kids. At this point, they’ve both done their time — but since Joe was born in Italy and never became a US citizen, he may face the additional penalty of deportation. Earlier this week, Joe and Teresa’s daughter, Gia Giudice, posted a petition in which issues a heartfelt plea on her father’s behalf. “My father is not a danger to society, he is a warm loving man and I beg you sign our petition to give my father a second chance at being part of our lives and giving back to the community we live in once again,” the 18-year-old wrote. She addressed President Trump directly in the petition, which may be a good strategy, as Teresa starred in a season of The Apprentice during Trump’s tenure as host. But while the petition has already received 50,000 signatures, the outlook is still bleak for Joe An immigration judge who asked to remain anonymous tells Radar there’s “virtually no chance” that his appeal will be successful.
