Louisiana Strippers File Lawsuit To Combat Law Prohibiting Dancers Under Age 21 Three strippers in Louisiana are fighting for their rights to be as naked as the wish in pursuit of the paper. According to CBSNews , young WOMEN under 21 years of age who dance in the shaky-butts will no longer be allowed to do something strange for a lil piece of change under a new state law. The lovely ladies have filed a federal lawsuit which states that the new law not only violates their First Amendment rights, but also their right to equal protection under the law. How so? They say the law’s definition of strip club performers as “entertainers whose breasts or buttocks are exposed to view” fails to prohibit the same conduct by men who are between the ages of 18 and 21. Legislators clearly haven’t thought the new law all the way out. Let them tell it, the law is meant “to protect young women”. The ladies, however, tell a different story. The Jane Does also claim that the law is already endangering young woman. One plaintiff says she has witnessed pimps and prostitutes trying to use the new law in a New Orleans strip club to “recruit entertainers who are now lawfully employed, but who will lose their jobs as a result of the Act.” Another plaintiff, identified as an 18-year-old LSU student, says other dancers under 21 have told her they plan to switch to prostitution once they can no longer dance. According to Realtor , the “How To Get Away With Murder” star just recently copped herself a $5.7 Million pad that is fit for someone of her regal stature. The European-influenced home measures roughly 7,500 square feet and includes five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It rests on nearly a half-acre and is fronted by a stacked-stone walkway, covered porch, and fountain. The home’s huge, center-island kitchen features gray cabinetry and white and gray marble counters. In fact, gray in varying hues is the color scheme used throughout the house, including in the sunken family room, living room, and media room. The main floor opens onto an entertainment patio with built-in barbecue and saltwater swimming pool. Davis, 51, is a Juilliard School graduate and an award winner for her work on stage, screen, and TV. The singing producer and his wife showcased her baby bump Thursday night while attending a Chanel dinner for their new fragrance No 5 L’Eau and PEOPLE confirmed the news Friday. Williams married model/designer Lasichanh in October 2013 and the couple have a seven and a half-year-old son Rocket Ayer. “In the same way the Indians named their children after a force or animal or element, we named him after a man-made machine that was meant to go up, meant to ascend,” Williams told Oprah Winfrey of his son during a 2014 interview. That’s a great explanation. We’re definitely excited for more news on this pregnancy and baby. Big congratulations to Pharrell and Helen!

Child Protective Services Investigates Chris Brown’s Home Nia Guzman is very vocal about her stance that Chris Brown’s home is no place for their daughter Royalty to be raised — even if only part-time. Now, with groupie parties turning into SWAT-standoffs and dramatic arrests on the property…she’s decided to get Child Protective Services involved in the issue. Apparently Chris has the baby with him at home at the moment…so child services is looking to pop in and see if things at the home are up to their standards. Via TMZ : Chris Brown’s getting a visit from police and child services as part of the investigation into the alleged gun incident at his house … TMZ has learned. Law enforcement sources tell us DCFS went to Chris’ house Thursday afternoon to check on his daughter Royalty’s well-being. We’re told the 2-year-old is at the house right now. LAPD is accompanying the DCFS investigator. Our sources connected to Chris tell us they believe Nia Guzman — Royalty’s mother — filed a complaint against him after Baylee Curran claimed Brown pulled a gun on her. As of 3:25 PST, Chris refused to speak with investigators. In fact, we’re told he wouldn’t even let LAPD or the DCFS rep enter his security gate. Naturally, #TeamBreezy doesn’t want to hear about his baby mama doubting him or the safety of his home for any reason whatsoever and are running riots through her mentions and dragging her name to the hellmouth. To that, Nia only has THIS to say… Well, child services doesn’t exactly go away just because you don’t open the door once. It’ll be interesting to see how this goes… Instagram
