The incident occurred during the middle of the day and FS1 TV/radio host Colin Cowherd was live on the air with things got to-movin’. The actress is confirming that she’s exploring legal options as it pertains to her marriage. After separating from Carmelo in 2017 and reconciling in 2018, La La might be pursuing a divorce. The news comes directly from La La herself whose rep spoke with PEOPLE and confirmed that the couple is also living apart. “As La La and Carmelo have been living apart for quite some time, La La is proceeding with legal discussions as the next step in their relationship,” a representative for the Power star said in a statement to PEOPLE. “They will remain loving and committed parents to their son.” Most recently La La celebrated 36th birthday with friends and family in Atlantic City while her husband was overseas at Fashion Week. Later pictures surfaced seemingly showing Carmelo yachting with a mystery woman but the basketball star cried foul said he was on a “business trip” with a friend and his wife. “All them bloggers that’s trying to put that out there, that sh*t is not cool at all,” said Melo. We’ve reported on the #JusticeForLucca movement since its inception back in April when a viral video of Broward County, Florida cops attacking the 15-year-old circulated the internet. Today, we get the news that we don’t often get when it comes to cops abusing their authority, criminal charges. According to ABCNews , the three officers involved in the brutality, Gregory LaCerra, 51, and Christopher Krickovich, 29, and 49-year-old Ralph Mackey were all charged. LaCerra and Krickovich were indicted for the physical assault as well as falsifying records in the cover-up. Mackey was charged separately with falsifying records and conspiracy. All three men have been suspended WITHOUT pay. Civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump is representing Lucca’s family and had this response to the happy news: “Wearing a badge is not a license to hurt children and then lie about it — with these charges, the world can now see clearly that is what happened,” the attorneys told WPLG in statement after the charges were announced. “The fact that the officers were charged with falsifying records and conspiracy to falsify records is rare, and it may represent a new trend in accountability for law enforcement officials.” Now let’s just see if the charges stick before we get too excited…

90s Singer Back With New Music Following Hiatus From “Color Me Badd” He made his name singing seductive ballads as one-fourth of 1990s group “Color Me Badd.” And Mark Calderon wants you to know that he’s far from hanging up his mic – in fact, he’s in the middle of a comeback. The “I Wanna Sex You Up” crooner has just dropped a new single, “It’s Like Good Sex.”The song “is actually referring to good music,” Calderon told BOSSIP. “A song can take you different places…that’s what I’m trying to get across. The music is like good sex.” Calderon said he released the song without the backing of a record company or a distributor and plans to release more music that’ll be a mix of country, R&B, gospel and pop. “Right now, I’m without a record label,” Calderon said. “I’m basically doing it all on my own. The good thing about it is that there’s no deadlines, no timelines, no red tape.” Now a married father who makes his home in Cincinnati, OH, Calderon said he began toying with the idea of getting back to the studio while he was on tour with “Color Me Badd” as part of the “I Love The 90s” tour. “I probably should have done this a long time ago,” he added. Sherri revealed that NONE of her celebrity friends including Whoopi Goldberg, Barbra Walters, etc were feeling him and skipped out on her wedding. “I was in New York doing The View and I was lonely. That’s what it was,” she said. “You can’t do stuff out of fear and being lonely. All of the women of The View were amazing, but they had lives. Whoopi would go home and eat her brownies; she was gone for the night. Then Elizabeth Hasselbeck had her family and Joy [Behar] had hers, so I was out there by myself. I didn’t have custody of Jeffrey [her son]. I’m fighting for custody of Jeffrey, and Niecy Nash introduced me to this person.” Sherri, who was married from 2011-2014, says she was celibate at the time she met Sally and sex was her deciding factor to marry him.
