On Wednesday, Odom’s 13-year-old daughter Destiny graduated from I.S. 289 in Battery Park City. A source familiar with the situation tells us that although the girl’s mother, Liza Morales — who was engaged to Odom from 2000 to approximately 2008 but never married him— initially invited Kardashian to the school ceremony, she had to rescind the offer when, a few weeks before the big day, the school limited tickets to three per family. That left a ticket for Odom, Morales and Destiny’s grandmother — but not Kardashian. For some reason, the source says, Khloe was determined to attend, and the source claims, in the days leading up to the graduation, Odom and Kardashian’s camp lobbied the school for an extra ticket. “The school held its ground,” says our source. “But, on the day of the graduation, Khloe showed up anyway and they let her inside.” This was after the couple was photographed walking hand-in-hand to the graduation ceremony. George Zimmerman Surrenders Is In Florida Jail Cell Hopefully this shady, lying fawk will be locked up for a minute before he goes to trial: George Zimmerman, the former neighborhood watch volunteer charged with murder in the killing of Trayvon Martin, surrendered to police Sunday and was booked into a central Florida jail two days after his bond was revoked. Zimmerman’s legal team said in a tweet Sunday afternoon that he was in police custody. Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester revoked Zimmerman’s bond on Friday, saying the defendant and his wife had lied to the court in April about their finances so he could obtain a lower bond. About 40 minutes before the 2:30 p.m. Sunday deadline to surrender, the Seminole County jail website listed Zimmerman as an inmate. He was being held without bail and had $500 in his jail account, the website showed. Seminole County Sheriff Donald Eslinger said Zimmerman turned himself in to two sheriff’s office employees around 1:25 p.m. near the jail, and was then driven there. Zimmerman arrived in a white minivan and did not respond to questions from reporters as he walked inside, handcuffed and wearing blue jeans, sneakers and a button-down shirt. “He is quiet and cooperative,” Eslinger said at a news conference after Zimmerman’s surrender. The sheriff’s office said the 28-year-old Zimmerman would be in a cell by himself, separated from the general population, because the case is so high-profile. The 67-square-foot cell is equipped with a toilet, two beds, a mattress, a pillow, a blanket and bed sheets. Zimmerman will not have access to a TV. Prosecutors said last week that Zimmerman and his wife told the judge at a bond hearing in April that they had limited money, even though he had raised about $135,000 through a website set up for his legal defense. They suggested more has been collected since and deposited in a bank account. Defense attorneys say the matter is a misunderstanding. The judge said Friday he would schedule a hearing after Zimmerman was back in custody so he could explain himself. Eff all that “explaining himself” bullshyte. He needs to be locked up for good. Gabriel Aubry’s Attorney Thinks Halle Berry’s Paprazzi Fear Is Excuse To Move Nahla Gabriel Aubry’s attorney plans on questioning Halle Berry during their upcoming custody trial on why the Academy award winning actress hasn’t attempted to get a restraining order against a photographer who she claims to be fearful of, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. As we previously reported, Berry, 45, wants to move to France with their four-year-old daughter and fiancé, Olivier Martinez, because the actress says she is fearful of the paparazzi. Aubry is fighting the move and a very contentious custody trial is scheduled to begin in the next few weeks. Berry recently got into a nasty altercation with a photographer in front of Nahla’s school and her attorney plans on calling the paparazzo as a witness at the custody trial. Both Berry and Aubry are expected to take the witness stand as well. “Celebrities such as Nicole Richie have been successful in getting restraining orders against paps that would lurk around her children’s nursery school,” a source close to the situation tells us. “Gabriel is also interested in the timing of Halle’s run-in with the photographer at Nahla’s preschool and he is unsure that the photographer was doing anything illegal or that he was threatening Halle or Nahla’s safety,” the insider added… Halle and Gabriel split in 2010 after five years together and have been engaged in a bitter dispute over Nahla ever since. Berry’s engagement to French born Martinez will make the third wedding for the actress and Gabriel’s lawyers are using her two previous marriages against her to prove this move isn’t in the best interests of Nahla.
