Some people … Kate Middleton Post-Baby Weight Loss Doing some shopping at her local Waitrose supermarket in Anglesey, Wales, Kate Middleton revealed a stunningly slim post-baby body on Monday. The 31-year-old dressed casually in a white and black striped shirt, black skinny jeans, flats and her hair pulled up in a ponytail, looking gorgeous as ever. This is not to imply that Kate needed to lose baby weight in any particular time frame, or at all, in order to remain beautiful. But she has, and she is. Her secret? Breastfeeding, yoga and genetics. “She’s hardly done anything to lose the weight … She looks incredible,” a Kate Middleton family source says of the new mom’s quick transformation . “Kate’s still breastfeeding and the small weight she gained while pregnant just melted off. She’s not dieting. After giving birth, she did continue with yoga.” Prince George arrived on July 22 in London. The royal family is currently staying in Anglesey until they move into Kensington Palace in September: “They’ve been in Anglesey for a couple of weeks and their lives are much more active there. Lots of walking, lots of time in the outdoors,” the insider says. “The weather has been great. They’ve been making the most of it.” They sure were on August 19, when the duo released new Prince George photos , posing as a family in the garden of the Middleton family home. While the coverage of her post-baby body is likely overboard and sets an unfair standard for moms, we don’t mean to perpetuate that ideal whatsoever. But she does look great, don’t you think?

You tell em, Kristen Bell! The Veronica Mars movie star covers the latest issue of Redbook, just 11 weeks after giving birth to a boy. And while the celebrity gossip world wonders what kind of shape Kim Kardashian is in, and the media debates the look of Kate Middleton’s post-baby body , Bell makes it clear: “I’m proud to sit out the baby weight rat race,” she Tweeted on Friday. Bell gained 43 pounds during her pregnancy and still has 15 more to shed if she wishes to return to her pre-knocked-up weight… but she’s not gonna freak out in order to get there. “I’m going to continue working out and see where it goes,” the actress calmly tells the magazine. No, it’s not easy to be so laid back about her figure, but Bell refuses to worry about something she cannot change. “Look, I’m like any other woman,” she says. “All this evolved BS that I’m telling you is my mantra: It’s not something I practice naturally. I had to surrender to not worrying about the way I looked, how much I weighed, because that’s just part of the journey of having a baby. I am not a woman whose self-worth comes from her dress size.” And isn’t that refreshing to hear?

Kim Kardashian Baby Weight Loss: A Work in Progress

Yup, it’s still there . With reporters and fans wondering about the state of Kim Kardashian and her pregnancy weight, Kris Jenner took to her talk show today and updated all 12 viewers on the status of her mysteriously quiet daughter. “Well, it’s been three seconds since she’s given birth,” Kris said today, laughing off talk that she’s locking Kim away until she’s back to an acceptable figure. Okay… so what’s the answer? Has Kardashian gotten her pre- North West body back?!? “Trust me,” Jenner told co-host Ryan Seacrest. “She’s not there yet.” But, realizing how harsh that sounded, Jenner explained that Kim “is working hard. She’s not there yet, and if she were there already, it would be freaky weird.” And the most important takeaway? “Everyone’s beautiful and happy” at home. Meanwhile, as each day passes without a peek at little Nori, we can’t help but wonder: might the release of the Royal Baby photos affect the timing of this child’s public debut?

Keeping Up With the Kardashians Recap: Rob is Kim’s Pregnant Friend

Last night’s offering of Keeping Up With the Kardashians continued the now-familiar storyline of Bruce and Brody Jenner trying to repair their relationship. Meanwhile, Kris Jenner and the girls battled allegations from Ellen Pearson, Robert Kardashian Sr.’s ex-wife, with emotions running high as always. Perhaps most significantly, Rob Kardashian gaining 50 pounds carried the most weight Sunday … pun intended. Come along for THG’s official +/- recap! Rob Kardashian’s weight loss became a major story last month. Now, we get to see the precursor – the gain, and the concern of his family members. He’d put on 50 pounds, and felt he was “embarrassing to the family” after weighing in at 241 pounds with a 45-inch waist. Wow dude. Minus 241 . Not only that, be missed the private training sessions Kim Kardashian had set up for him, even as his body fat reached upwards of 50 percent. 50! “I really needed a pregnant friend,” Kim joked, in the line of the night. When Rob insisted he wasn’t pregnant, Kim said, “I know, but you eat like one.” Plus 70 , because even though it was clearly scripted, ouch! The tough love continued, too. Khloe’s plan was to get him to binge hard, getting him so sick on junk food that he’d never want to eat it again. Unfortunately, the plan backfired, however Rob did say later that he wanted to get fit and planned to work out with Khloe’s husband Lamar. Plus 40 . He’s proving a man of his word, too, looking noticeably slimmer and saying his goal is to get down to 200 pounds by July 4. Good work, Rob. Plus 20 . Meanwhile, Kris & Ko. continued their feud with her ex’s other ex, which seems designed primarily to stretch Keeping Up into its hour-long time slot. Seriously. Don’t you miss the half-hour days? Minus 50 . As for Brody and Bruce, we’ve been hearing whispers for awhile, but it was surprising to learn just how absent Bruce was from Brody Jenner’s life. No wonder Brody said Bruce is not the best father . Minus 50 . While it’s terrific to see that they both care enough to work on things now, you can’t help but feel that Bruce’s image has been dented a bit by this. Plus 150 for E! showing his faults, though, and for the father-son duo making strides to improve the situation. Because that’s what it’s all about, no? EPISODE TOTAL: -61!

Mo’Nique Weight Loss: 80 Pounds!!!

In a word? WHOA! Mo’Nique has taken to Twitter to show off her new physique, which is down to 218 pounds after once weighing in at over 300. And credit for the change apparently goes to husband Sidney Hicks, who explained that Mo’Nique is a mother and must be thinking ahead these days. “I want to meet their babies,” the actress told New York’s Hot 97 FM of her children. “So, I said, ‘Let me stop being selfish, and eating everything.'” The result of focusing on healthy recipes , lifting weights, doing yoga and taking a minimum of 1,000 steps per day is evident. Just look at her in the above photo! “We can always get a quick fix,” Mo’Nique wrote on Twitter. “However what will be the long term effects… Do it naturally, benefits . . . PRICELESS.” Amen! The star adds that her goal is to drop about 15-20 more pounds and get below 200. We have no doubt she can do it!

Not that we’re complaining: After embracing her curvier figure, which we loved, in recent years, the 32-year-old singer has been slimming down of late, as the above image shows. Wow. Well done, girl. The star shared the photo while filming a music video with Alejandro Fernandez. One can only hope the finished product includes shots like this one. In other weight loss news … Mo’nique lost 80 pounds . 80!

Melissa Joan Hart’s post-baby weight loss can be attributed to Nutrisystem, she says … and she happens to be the newest spokesperson for the company. “I love working with Nutrisystem,” Hart tells ET Online. “The weight loss program is really delivering results for me and I look forward to long term success, staying motivated and helping others do the same.” The actress welcomed her third child, son Tucker, in 2012 with husband Mark Wilkerson. Since then, the mom to sons Mason, 7, and Brady, 5, has lost 20 pounds. “She mirrors our values and will resonate with our customers as authentic,” Nutrisystem said in a statement of the 36-year-old Melissa & Joey actress. “Moving forward, you’ll see us have an appropriate mix of inspiring celebrities and real life customers alike who have also enjoyed terrific success.” Shortly after welcoming baby Tucker, Hart said she’s done her best to be active: “I know a lot of people with newborn babies that stay at home with the baby.” “Maybe I’m a little selfish but I’m like, ‘I want to watch my son at hockey,’ so I bundle up the baby and bring him in a car seat and bring him with me.” “I go through the extra effort to be with the older ones too!”
