Ashley Tisdale in Leather Pants to Divert the Ugly Watch of the Day

Sometimes I like to sit on my computer and pretend I matter to useless cunts like Ashley Tisdale enough to make her change her hustle, step-up her game, and fix her ugly. Not because I want her to read the kind things I say about her, but because I think she needs to just step it up and stop being the boring cunt from High School musical in her mid-20s, who plays a teenager and who wins awards for being hot when there is little to nothing hot about her, other than the fact that she’s not fat and that she once had a lot of teenage fans….Sure awkward distorted faces that look accidented are cute on your own kids cuz you have no choice to love them…but when it comes to Hollywood, that just doesn’t cut it….so it is smart move for Tisdale to be rockin’ these leather pants…even if leather pants aren’t quite as fun as spreading twats….even if they are the key to making a twat hot since they don’t breathe…If you know what I mean.

Petraeus Aide: If Troops Can’t Deal With DADT Repeal, They Should Leave The Service

WASHINGTON — A senior aide to David Petraeus, commander of NATO forces in Afghanistan, is out with a strong statement in support of repealing Don't Ask, Don't Tell (DADT), saying that servicemembers who can't adjust to the change should think about leaving the military. “If there are people who cannot deal with the change, then they're going to have to do what's best for their troops and best for the organization and best for the military service and exit the military service, so that we can move forward — if that's the way that we have to go,” said Command Sergeant Major Marvin Hill in an interview with Roland Martin on Washington Watch, set to air on Sunday. Indeed, one of the arguments put forth by many critics of repeal is that integrating the forces will result in a loss of large number of servicemembers opposed to the change. Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Adm. Mike Mullen addressed this concern during his recent testimony before the Senate Armed Services Committee, stating, “Should repeal occur, some soldiers and Marines may want separate shower facilities. Some may ask for different berthing. Some may even quit the service. We'll deal with that.” Also in the interview with Washington Watch, Hill said that he believes “the troops are ready for something like this.” “We know that if there is a change, that that change will have to be led, and it's going to have to be led by senior leaders such as myself and — and others across the battlefield. Senior leaders are the ones [that are] going to set the tone in the unit and enable the unit to move forward.” In March, Petraeus told Congress that he believed the time had come to repeal the military's ban on DADT. He has also said that in his personal experience of serving with openly gay and lesbian CIA officers, “after the 10 seconds of awareness wore off, the focus was on the professional attributes of these individuals.” added by: TimALoftis

iPhone Skin is Really a Wind-Powered Charger

Image credit Tjeerd Veenhoven , via Gizmag One of the few complaints about the iPhone is the short battery life. Most people need to charge their phones on a nearly daily basis. The possibility for a low battery while away from a power outlet is pretty good, so off-grid charger concepts have come up often over the last few years. Most revolve around solar power, but the new iFan concept from Tjeerd Veenhoven utilizes the power of a good strong breeze. However, is it at… Read the full story on TreeHugger

Oil Change International: It’s Time To "Clean Up The Senate"

Majority Leader Harry Reid, the Senate’s ringmaster (photo via flickr) As George Parker so thoughtfully detailed last week in is New Yorker story , the U.S. Senate has become a place that produces imperfect policy, when it does produce policy, and the rest of the time the members of the “World’s Greatest Deliberative Body” are off raising money. One thing they are not doing is taking action on our dependance on dirty fossil fuels, which is why Oil Change International has launched CleanUptheSenate.com . … Read the full story on TreeHugger

Old Spice Guy Somehow ‘Unclear’ Why Tyler Perry Would Give Him Bigger Madea Part

Actor and body-wash pitchman Isaiah Mustafa last week scored what was believed to be his second role in as many upcoming Tyler Perry films, supplementing his small part in For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Enuf with more work in Madea’s Big Happy Family . According to Mustafa, however, it’s a full upgrade: Perry offered him his first-ever lead in Madea . The strapping, velvet-voiced sex symbol says he doesn’t know what motivated the change. Ha. As Madea herself is always fond of yelping in disbelief: “Helllurrr!?”

Joe Jonas, Demi Lovato Duet Leaks Online

‘Camp Rock 2’ track ‘Wouldn’t Change a Thing’ is about opposites trying to make their relationship work. By Jocelyn Vena Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato Photo: Dimitrios Kambouris/ WireImage In less than a month the “Camp Rock 2” soundtrack will be released, but fans are already getting a taste of what they can expect from it. In a new track leaked online, “Wouldn’t Change a Thing,” Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas sing about two people who, despite being opposites, try to make their relationship work, even if it feels at times like it won’t. In the chorus, the duo sing , “Like fire and rain/ You can drive me insane/ But I can’t stay mad at you for anything/ We’re like Venus and Mars/ We’re like different stars.” Later on in the song they sing, “We’re perfectly imperfect/ But I wouldn’t change a thing.” In an interview on Radio Disney earlier this year, Demi said, “[‘Wouldn’t Change a Thing’] is close to my heart. It’s probably one of my favorite parts of the movie.” “Camp Rock 2” will premiere on September 3 on the Disney Channel. The soundtrack, which features the new song, will be out on August 10. While some dates on their upcoming tour have been rescheduled, with the “Camp Rock 2” tour now kicking off August 7 at First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre in Tinley Park, Illinois, the pair will hit the road this summer for the rest of the Jonas Brothers’ headlining trek. And despite the fact that Joe and Demi broke up in May, Lovato insists she will hold her own with the guys. “I always hold my own, get it straight!” she joked. “I’m just kidding! It’ll be fun. I’m excited. I’m representing.” And while “Wouldn’t Change a Thing” may make the set list, the guys say fans should brace themselves for a full-on JoBros tour. “It’s a Jonas Brothers tour, as usual. We just thought it’d be great to integrate [other] musical outlets as well,” Kevin said. “We thought it was a great way for our opening acts to have a place in the show as well. It’s gonna be fun, ’cause we know everybody. We’ve been doing a movie together for a while.” What do you think of Joe and Demi’s new tune? Does it make you excited for “Camp Rock 2”?
