I’m Ellie, I’m 14 years old from Liverpool and I’ve been a Belieber since the first time I saw Justin in 2009. Never in a million years did I think I’d become so obsessed, but I did! My love for him just grew and grew. First on the 5th of June 2010, Justin followed me on Twitter , at the time, it was the best moment of my entire life! Then on the 13th of November 2010, I bought tickets for the My World Tour, which was just indescribable! 10th of March, Justin stayed in the Beatles hotel in Liverpool and of course everyone found out and caused a riot outside. While I was outside, I met Dan Kanter, Ryan Good, saw Kenny, Alison and Alfredo. Later in the night, Justin came on his balcony and that was the first moment I’d ever seen him in real life. Everything around me just froze, it was like on big dream. Then the next day, 11th of March 2011 I went to the My World Tour, which was one of the most unreal nights of my entire LIFE, we was so close to the stage and everything was just perfect, I wouldn’t change a thing about it. Nothing will ever beat that feeling! When I got home from the concert, I just had to get tickets for another one, so I did! I got tickets for the 21st of March which was in Manchester which was again one of the best experiences of my life!! Once that night had ended, I had nothing to look forward to, but I never stopped believing that i’d meet Justin. Then on the 20th July 2011 Justin Dm’ed me!!! My heart dropped when I opened the message and I just burst into tears. After that day I still believed I would meet him, I always have. Then a competition called, ‘Come Round’ happened, we had to have a Justin Party and take a picture and the picture with the most ‘likes’ on Facebook in a week won 10 meet and greets, it was the most stressful, sleepless week of my life. But of course it was worth it and I would do it over and over and over again because WE WON!!! With over 8,800 likes on our photo ! The day came, we traveled six hours to London and was given golden wristbands which meant we go into Justin’s Christmas light switch on in Westfield in the VIP area and after the concert we’d go backstage and meet him! Already it was the best day of my life, just the whole experience was just indescribable! Then Justin came on stage, the moment we seen him, we DIED. He looked unreal and sang perfectly! The concert was amazing and we met Scrappy and saw Alfredo and Dan! Then the time came were we was getting escorted backstage, I was shaking, it felt so weird, I didn’t believe it was all happening! I’ve never been so happy in all of my life, then we got brought into the room with Justin the moment I seen him, I just froze, I didn’t want to cry in front of him so I held myself together. He was standing waiting for us with the biggest smile on his face, as soon as we went over to him we got a photo! Then I turned around and looked at Justin and the only words that came out was, “I love you Justin” and then thats were the crying started, he looked right into my eyes and said “I love you too, thank you”. He told us all he loved us and said thank you and bye to us. My heart was in my mouth I could not believe it! I can’t even begin to describe how I felt, so so so so so happy, that’s all I can say. Then that same week I got a call off my friend telling me we’d won another competition which was to go to Justin’s ITV special, This is Justin Bieber. OMG I couldn’t believe my luck, things like this never happened to me! Then on the 13th of November me and my friend Faye went to London again. We got to the ITV studios early and just by luck got brought in through the back into Justins Pre-recording/Soundcheck. I’m still not over it. IT WAS UNREAL. Later on we went back for the actual show, Justin sang beautifully and he was so funny and nice to us all. It was so crazy, it was it was normal to be around him because of how normal he was treating us. He then grabbed my hand 7 TIMES!! I cant even, it was just actually AMAZING. Then to top it all off, on the way out of the Studios, we noticed Scrappy standing by the stage, we shouted and waved at him and he called us over, as we was walking over to him, my legs were like jelly I did not know what was going on. When we got over to him he said, “You was the first person to notice me so…” And then he went and pulled JUSTIN’S GLOVE that he had just worn for 3 hours out of his pocket and gave it to us. On February 6 and 7, Hov will play the famed Carnegie Hall — and it’s all for a great cause. “Any time I get a chance to expand and broaden the reach of hip-hop is a great thing for me on a personal level,” Jay said after announcing the shows Thursday (December 8). “When we were looking at hip-hop, we were just happy to play club dates,” Jay told MTV News. “And then Run-DMC started doing arenas, and you’re like, ‘Man, this is possible,’ and it just keeps going further and further.” With the pair of shows — which will be held at Carnegie’s Stern Auditorium — Jay aims to raise millions of dollars for the United Way of New York City and the Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation in an effort to put low-income NYC students in a position to attend college. Shortly after 11 a.m. Thursday, Hov — as well as top brass from Carnegie Hall, the United Way and the Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation — gathered in Carnegie to announce the concert and talk about their fundraising efforts. Tickets for the dates will be sold privately and priced at a premium rate, fetching anywhere from $500 to $2,500 to raise a significant pot of money for the charity. Regular fans aren’t completely shut out, though. On January 30, a number of reasonably priced tickets will go on sale to the public. The publicly sold seats are being released so close to the concert date in hopes of curtailing scalping. After the press conference, Jigga sat down with MTV News to explain his motivation. “We’re not just doing a show for the sake of it,” Hov said. “For all these years, [the Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation has] been really grassroots. My mom has been getting on the bus herself and taking kids to orientation and doing this work by herself. Now … we’re building this thing out.” Jay hasn’t determined how his Carnegie set will look, if he will bring out any guests during his shows or how many times he will perform “N—as in Paris,” but all those questions will be eventually be answered. “We have to do a rendition of ‘N—as in Paris’ in Carnegie Hall; it just has to go down,” Jay said, laughing after being posed the question. “I ain’t think about that. Ice Cube is making a full time move to TV with his new show “Eye For An Eye.” In addition to starring in the vigilante drama series, Cube will work as the executive producer. “Eye For An Eye” will air on FX, and here’s how Deadline.com describes it: “Eye For An Eye” centers on a complex man, played by Ice Cube, who is a veteran paramedic. After too many years of leaving the scenes of violent crimes with a victim struggling to live in the back of his ambulance, he snaps and starts going eye for an eye. When his thirst for revenge proves addictive, his personal life spirals out of control as he tries to reconcile it with his newfound life as a vigilante. Cube will continue to executive produce “Are We There Yet?,” his film-turned-sitcom that airs on TBS. Since “Eye For An Eye” hasn’t gone into production, a premiere date has not yet been set. The mayor of the city of North Miami may have thought Wyclef ‘s do-gooder-ness was worthy of recognition last week, but people are stil giving him and his Yele Haiti foundation the side-eye. Yele Haiti’s coffers swelled to $16 million in 2010, the most the charity had ever received. But less than a third of that went to emergency efforts, and $1 million was paid to a Florida firm that doesn’t seem to exist, The Post has learned. Jean’s charity, which he founded in 2005 with his cousin Jerry Duplessis, was already troubled when the earthquake struck Haiti on Jan. 12, 2010. The Post reported in 2008 that it had never filed a required tax form detailing its spending with the IRS. The group lost $244,000 in 2009. But hours after the earthquake hit, Jean took to Twitter to beg for $5 donations. An avalanche of donations poured in. Almost immediately, allegations surfaced that the former Fugees singer had used the charity’s cash for his own benefit. Critics found that four years earlier Yele Haiti had steered $250,000 to a Haitian TV station controlled by Jean and Duplessis. Jean held a Jan. 18, 2010, press conference to tearfully defend Yele Haiti’s reputation. “Have we made mistakes before? Yes,” Jean said. “Did I ever use Yele money for personal benefits? Absolutely not. Yele’s books are open and transparent.” The earthquake killed between 200,000 and 300,000 Haitians and left a million homeless. The country is still in the grip of a cholera epidemic. For all the desperation, records show that Yele Haiti spent just $5.1 million for emergency relief efforts, including food and water delivery to makeshift survivor camps, according to a review of the charity’s 2010 tax filings, which were obtained by The Post. Yele Haiti paid five contractors to accomplish its goals, including P&A Construction — which received $353,983 and is run by Warnel Pierre, the brother of Jean’s wife, Claudinette. A purported Miami business called Amisphere Farm Labor Inc. received a whopping $1,008,000 as a “food distributor.” No trace of the company could be found last week in the Sunshine State, but records show the company’s head, Amsterly Pierre, bought three properties in Florida last year, including a condo in an upscale waterfront community. The firm incorporated in August 2008 but never filed any of the subsequent financial paperwork required to do business in Florida, according to the Florida Department of State. The address listed for the business is an auto-repair shop in Miami’s Little Haiti neighborhood, where a worker said he had never heard of Pierre or Amisphere. Pierre did not return a call for comment. Yele Haiti also paid $577,185 to a company called Samosa SA, based in the Haitian capital of Port-au-Prince, as a “bulk water supplier.” But some of that money went to rent a house for Yele Haiti volunteers on Samosa’s property at the inflated price of $35,000 a month. “Given the fact that Yele Haiti was involved in a swirl of controversy after the earthquake in Haiti, it’s all the more reason to be more transparent to ensure donors that their funds are going to help people,” said the Better Business Bureau’s Bennett Weiner. In Clef’s defense, a lot of charities’ hands have been tied by red tape and political BS in Haiti following the earthquake, due to the fact that the outbound government at the time wasn’t necessarily all that interested in seeing the country move forward. Yele also wouldn’t be the first American-based charity to partner with people who didn’t necessarily have the best intentions when it came to actually helping Haiti. But you would think, at this point, Wyclef would do a better job of covering his a$$ and making sure everything he and Yele did was on the money… Source
