Via Realtor.com: Helberg is reportedly shelling out $2.9 million for the Los Angeles, California property, located just south of the Griffith Observatory and Mount Hollywood in the prominent Los Feliz neighborhood. The sale represents somewhat of a victory for Sheen. The consistently unpredictable, unemployed winner purchased the estate with then-wife Brooke Mueller in 2007 for $2.575 million, and has had the house on the market since mid-2009. Built in 1927, the newly-minted Helberg manor measures in at just under 4,200-square-feet and features a restored interior with Bouquet Canyon stone flooring, capacious living room with trestle-style vaulted ceilings, formal dining room and a generous master suite. The exterior of the gated property blends elements of Mediterranean and Southwestern design with an ocotillo-tiled courtyard and walkways that lead to an oversized backyard and pool.
Among the heap of speculative projects idling in the landfill otherwise known as Hollywood, a Michael Jackson biopic has long been one thought likeliest to be reclaimed. This week, in fact, comes word that the late pop icon’s estate is in discussions with Ivan Reitman’s Montecito Picture Company to nudge such a project forward. Not to be outdone, an Irish bookie with a demonstrated interest in the most outlandish cultural wagers imaginable has commenced casting speculation in an inspired — very inspired — fashion.
Call it the DWTS version of the Sports Illustrated or Madden curse. Actor and Iraq veteran J.R. Martinez, who has tied Ricki Lake for first place in previous weeks and held the top spot when she hasn’t, fell a bit short of expectations last night, right after appearing in a glowing cover story for People magazine. Nevertheless, his score of 25 was far from shabby – even if it his recent efforts made it feel “substandard” as Len said – and he likely won’t be punished by viewers for the group dance that netted him a modest 23 for 48 points in all. Take a look at J.R. Martinez and Karina Smirnoff’s routine Monday: J.R. Martinez on Dancing With the Stars (Week 7)
Denise Richards is back together with her ex-boyfriend Richie Sambora, according to reports. The two enjoyed a brief romance about five years ago. “They are dating again,” a source close to the couple revealed. Richards, 40, and Sambora, 52, dated in 2006 following their divorces from Charlie Sheen and Heather Locklear, respectively, but broke up in 2007. Now it seems like the pair have reconciled again. They were seen at Tatsuki sushi restaurant in Woodland Hills, Calif., on Sunday: “They were there over an hour and they had the whole place to themselves.” Denise and Richie walked by a tattoo parlor on the way out of the restaurant and he joked to Denise, “What do ya think, should I get one?” and she laughed. “It is serious but they are trying to keep it low key,” the source said . Here’s hoping it’s true, and that they’re happy, in any case! [Photo: WENN.com]
Brooke Mueller is some coke whore who was married to Charlie Sheen, who had his kids, and who is on serious payroll from him, because of the whole “whore” part of coke whore, and it is only natural that she’d bring her shitty tits out to some kid Halloween party, cuz the medicated, ex sluts who are still technically whore mothers, are always the ones who forget to wear bras, all starving for attention and demanding it any chance they get….even in the most inappropriate of places…. Nicki ranks fourth overall on Google list, trailing only ‘Angry Birds,’ ‘Black Swan’ and ‘Playboy Bunny.’ By James Montgomery Nicki Minaj Photo: Christopher Polk/ AMA2010/ Getty Images Given that over the past year she’s rocked outfits like this — and this and this — it shouldn’t really come as a surprise to learn that Nicki Minaj is the year’s most-searched celebrity Halloween costume, according to Google. Minaj bested the likes of Charlie Sheen, Captain America, Smurfette (Katy Perry’s gonna be pissed!) and, oddly enough, Wilfred , the titular star of F/X’s oddball comedy, on the list . Overall, she ranks fourth on the list of most-searched Halloween costumes, trailing only “Angry Birds,” “Black Swan” and “Playboy Bunny.” And while we can’t help you with either of those three (though, really, how hard is it to dress up like a ballerina or a bunny?) over on the MTV Style Blog, there’s an entire post dedicated to mimicking Minaj’s looks for Halloween , including the beehived princess-of-the-future look she rocked at the 2010 VMA pre show. And though they didn’t make Google’s most-searched list, the folks over at Style have also put together Halloween how-to’s for Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Ke$ha and Taylor Momsen. Of course, if you’re broke, you could just rock one of our costume suggestions , most of which don’t actually require a costume at all. Perhaps getting herself in the Halloween spirit, earlier this month Nicki wrapped filming on the video for Birdman’s latest single “Y.U. Mad,” in which she dresses as Lil Wayne, donning dreadlocks, a tank top and some saggy shorts to complete the look. Related Artists Nicki Minaj

Brooke Mueller is getting along much better with Charlie Sheen these days. But the troubled celebrity is still fighting mad, aiming her anger at a treatment facility where she spent time in March of 2010. Mueller has filed a lawsuit against The Canyon rehab facility in Malibu because she believes staff members there leaked confidential medical information to the press. It is true that Brooke’s patient admissions forms were submitted to websites such as TMZ last spring, though that celebrity gossip outlet did not publish the documents. Mueller is suing for undisclosed damages because she believes her privacy was violated. [Photo: WENN.com]
