Teen Mom 2 Trailer: Jenelle Evans Drama Returns to MTV at Last!

The new trailer for Teen Mom 2 has finally arrived, at last confirming the existence of the long-rumored and long-delayed fifth season of the MTV reality hit. Spoiler alert: Jenelle Evans and her personal drama are front and center. The four Teen Mom 2 stars are all going through a lot, and tumultuous times lie ahead for each, but Jenelle? She takes things to another level entirely. Teen Mom 2 Trailer: Season 5 Evans was just arrested again for breach of the peace and recently announced she is pregnant with her second child with boyfriend Nathan Griffith. In the Season 5 trailer, it looks like she almost makes the decision to terminate the pregnancy. But is that even her current pregnancy with Nathan? Don’t forget, Teen Mom has perhaps the longest lag between real time and air time of any reality show, and she was also pregnant a year ago. That ended in a miscarriage with estranged husband Courtland Rogers, so it’s possible this is what we’ll be seeing when the show returns in 2014. She and Courtland got married, got pregnant, got into a huge fight, suffered a miscarriage, got back together, and got arrested again … this could be epic. Or maybe the filming is more current and it’s Nathan? The trailer above doesn’t give that away, but they have been filming recently, so it’s possible. Jenelle Evans aside, Kailyn Lowry, Leah Messer , and Chelsea Houska are dealing with their own struggles in Season 5, and it’s a pretty long list. Second pregnancies (Leah and Kailyn), financial woes, custody battles, weddings, breakups and children with special needs … they have it tough. With the exception of Jenelle, whose son Jace is always on the back burner it seems, the other three have to balance all of that with being parents. Tabloid friendly as it may be, this doesn’t glorify teen pregnancy if you ask us … but tell us what you think of the show and the trailer in the comments: Are you excited for the return of Teen Mom 2?

Jimmy Kimmel Takes Lie Witness News to Music Festival, Hipsters Share Love For Fake Bands

Jimmy Kimmel revived his always-funny “Lie Witness News” segment last night, asking concert-goers about all the bands at the Rock the Bells 2013 festival. Bands that don’t exist, that is. Like the viral video gold he mined with the same bit at Coachella, Kimmel had a reporter would ask if they were excited to see a particular, bogus group. In typical hipster music-head fashion, the fans proclaimed their love or their distaste for some of the fake acts they were asked about … and even elaborated. Glee Cast, Celebrities React to Cory Monteith Tribute Episode

Glee paid very emotional tribute to Cory Monteith last night, airing an episode that laid the character of Finn Hudson to rest. It featured heartbreaking songs by the Glee cast as a whole and real-life girlfriend Lea Michele in particular, who somehow managed to belt out a version of ” Make You Feel My Love .” Glee Pays Tribute to Cory Monteith Throughout the installment and soon afterward, various show stars and other celebrities reacted to the episode on Twitter, telling readers how to contribute to charity and also expressing their love for the late actor. Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert: On the Rocks?

Are Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert going through tough times? The Teen Mom 2 couple is on the rocks, or close to it, according to a new report. This is serious stuff, not trivial matters of their own doing. They received some potentially devastating news about daughter Ali just about a month ago, and were even forced to sell their house as a result. Now Jeremy, the father of little Adalynn and stepdad of Ali and Aleeah, has left for a matter of weeks, if not more – but he hasn’t moved out for good. Despite rumors circulating online, this is not a second divorce for Leah, who was previously married to Corey Simms. Jeremy is just leaving for work. Jeremy makes his living working on pipelines, a job that often requires being away for weeks or months at a time, straining the mother of three. Still, it’s a sacrifice that the couple must make. The stress of being a single mom is clearly showing on Leah Messer, who has posted numerous tweets bemoaning Jeremy Calvert’s absence. Fortunately, co-stars Kailyn Lowry and Chelsea Houska’s dad Randy have reminded her that her bond with Jeremy is a strong enough to withstand it. Jenelle Evans? Let’s not talk about Jenelle Evans . Teen Mom 2 Reunion: Leah Messer Announces She’s Pregnant!

Leah Messer Calvert announced on the second half of MTV’s Teen Mom 2 reunion special Monday night that she is pregnant with her third child! Or was, anyway. On last season’s Teen Mom 2 reunion, Leah promised Dr. Drew that she wouldn’t try to get pregnant with new husband Jeremy Calvert any time soon. So much for that. As a 20-year-old remarried mom of twins, Leah is the last person who should be thinking about having kids, but hey. It’s been done at this point. She had the kid. Awhile ago. These MTV reunion shows are odd in that the information being relayed is far outdated by the time it makes it air. Some concerns are universal and timeless, however. Dr. Drew is also worried about the distance between Leah and Jeremy, who works out of town six days a week, and feels that will take its toll. However, Leah Messer does have a strong co-parenting partner in ex-husband Corey Simms, who is also happily engaged to Miranda Patterson. They both agree they are better as friends and co-parents, and Jeremy and Corey genuinely get along, so if nothing else, that dynamic is working. Even Dr. Drew concedes they are all doing “remarkably” well. Meanwhile, Chelsea Houska admits she is still struggling to raise Aubree by herself as a single mom, and is so tired of all the drama with Adam Lind. She doesn’t think he puts enough effort into co-parenting, only sees Aubree when it’s convenient, yet she still hooks up with him now and then. Totally normal. Chelsea Houska’s dad, Randy, thinks she needs to move on and deserves better, and that the fighting is only going to stop if the two stop hooking up. Interesting theory. For now, she says she’s going to focus on finishing school, and will finally move on from her baby daddy. We will not hold our breath. Last week, Jenelle Evans’ heroin addiction and Kailyn Lowry’s non-stop beefing with Jo Rivera and Vee Torres were the focus of the reunion show. Which Teen Mom 2 star do you think is doing the best? Valerie Harper: Alive, Savoring Every Moment

Valerie Harper may have incurable brain cancer, but she says she’s feeling great. “I’m alive. I’m feeling good. I’m trying to live every moment as much as I can.” Harper tells USA Today “the phone has not stopped” since her announcement. “Or the texts, or the e-mails. It’s incredible.” But she worries people “have a picture of me in a bed or a wheelchair or in trouble. Three months may be accurate, but it is not the whole truth.” “I could have a seizure within a week,” or, she says, she could live much longer. “I can’t say it’s terminal. I’m saying it’s incurable so far, but we’re all terminal. No one is getting out of this alive. The key is, don’t go to the funeral until the day of.” The star of the classic sitcoms Rhoda and The Mary Tyler Moore Show , Valerie Harper says that even during chemotherapy, she is feeling good these days. “I feel better now than I did when I first started feeling symptoms,” she said, noting that she hopes the chemo will slow the spread of the disease. “My husband says if we can slow it down, more stuff may come up,” possibly new cures or treatments. “They are working fast and furiously for all of us.” “They’re not doing this for Valerie Harper. They are doing this for cancer patients.” “It could a be a week, it could be three months or perhaps six months or a year. I’m already at eight months from first symptoms. I’m trying to get ready to say goodbye.” “Miracles occur,” she says, “or people die the next day.”

Teen Mom 2 Recap: Leah Messer Changes Her Mind, Jenelle Evans Changes Her Boobs

This week on Teen Mom 2, Leah Messer decided that she maybe wants Jeremy Calvert back after all, while Jenelle Evans decided to get fake boobs. Kailyn Lowry continued her feud with baby daddy Jo Rivera, as Chelsea Houska continued being unaware that Adam Lind is a deadbeat loser. Read all about it in THG’s official Teen Mom 2 recap! Just one week ago, Leah Messer told Jeremy Calvert she was going to counseling with Corey Simms. Jer moved out, their engagement seemingly off. Surprisingly, he decides to meet up with Corey about this. Even more surprisingly, they have a civil conversation. They both fear that no matter who she chooses, she is going to be unsure of herself and change her mind a few months down the road. Yup. Plus 20 . Both love Leah Messer , but both fear being left in the dust by her. Corey, in a watershed moment for him, tells Jeremy there is no one better for Leah or the girls than him – Jeremy, that is. Plus 80 for that comment. When Leah tries to get Corey to commit to a counseling session, she doesn’t think he’s into it, which makes her think twice about this idea. Minus 50 . “I can tell you’re not very serious about this,” Leah tells Corey. He says he was … but now is not so sure. Simms may be right in his take on Calvert. “I’m going to call it quits for you because you’re not serious,” Leah says, seemingly breaking up with Corey for good. Then she calls Jeremy back. Will he pick up? Somehow we have a feeling he will . Plus 50 . Chelsea Houska had kept her protection-free boning of Adam Lind a secret from her mom, but finally tells her. Mom was not happy, but not too unhappy. “Why didn’t you insist he wear something?” she asks. Minus 100 for this not occurring to Chelsea, or frankly anyone on this show, and Minus 200 for hooking up with him regardless, as mom also notes. She goes back on her Mirena IUD, for what that’s worth. Then tragedy strikes. Chelsea learns that the owners of the house she’s renting are selling it and she has to move. She breaks down in tears. Come on girl. Minus 50 . You can handle life. A little? Plus 100 for the rock that is her dad Randy Houska, who says he’ll do what he can to help, and looks up places for Chelsea and Aubree to live. Chelsea wonders what it must be like to be Adam, a single dad without a care. Yet somehow does not think of Adam as the asshat that he is. Minus 150 . Kailyn Lowry and Jo Rivera are back in court, but she has even bigger concerns as he gets his own place just two blocks away from GF Vee Torres. Jo insists he will only take care of Isaac over at his parents’ house, but Kailyn worries Vee will be a negative influence and wants to take him to court. Jo is livid that she prefers to deal with him in court, not in person, and for good reason. Generally this is not the way to forge any amicable consensus. Minus 50 . Jenelle Evans is insecure about her body and wants breast implants. Why spend money or time on her son when she can get some fake boobs? Minus 250 . She thinks she looks like a “12-year-old” boy with her flat chest, especially in a bikini. We’ve seen Jenelle Evans nude , and wouldn’t go that far. Also, what does it matter anyway? Shouldn’t she focus on staying healthy and happy and being a good mother to her son? Apparently all non-factors. Luckily, the voice of reason, ex-BF Kieffer Delp, is against the fake boobs. Plus 50 . Until he tells her to do what she wants, though he’ll miss the old boobs. Minus 50 . Mom Barbara Evans is anti-implants too. “It’s fake, Jenelle,” she states. Plus 100 . At least Babs knows that she’s just gonna get them anyway, so she just insists Jenelle stay away from Jace during recovery. Priorities, right? EPISODE TOTAL: -500! SEASON TOTAL: -1,710!

The Bachelor Recap: A Record-Breaking Effort

Having trimmed the field down to 16 coming into this week, Sean Lowe resumed his quest for Mrs. Right in the third episode of The Bachelor . We’re officially entering silly season on The Bachelor, as the episodes between the first two and the last three are oftentimes the most ridiculous. Which of the ladies produced the most drama tonight? What kind of absurd dates were we subjected to? Find out below in THG’s official +/- recap! Check out The Bachelor spoilers if you’re impatient and want to know for sure, but it looked like a number of contenders really stepped up tonight. Some pretenders revealed themselves as such, too. Who, you ask? Lesley M. got the first date, and it was a record-breaker. Literally. A trip to the Guinness World Record Museum ended up with Sean and Lesley trying to break the record for longest on-screen kiss. They did! Plus 20 . It was really awkward and uncomfortable after awhile! Minus 10 . If the producers were going for romantic fireworks? Fail. If they were going for unintentional comedy? Marginal success. Call this one a Wash . The saving grace was that Sean and Lesley really do like each other, and later that night, they had a real date and a good talk together. Plus 15 . Group beach date equals Sean Lowe shirtless. Plus 30 . And Chris Harrison in a pink button-down. Minus 15 . The Bachelor host-pump split the women into teams of six and announced they would play a game of beach volleyball for the right to stay on the date. Good idea in theory, but both teams were beyond terrible. Minus 15 . The winning team (term used loosely) consisted of Desiree, Robyn, Lindsay, Amanda, Jackie and Kacie. They won more alone time with Sean. Desiree is weirded out by Amanda and the fact that she becomes more animated when Sean’s around … like every woman trying to impress a guy ever. Still, the drama heats up, and Kacie Boguskie, Bachelor veteran, goes to tell Sean about it. Minus 50 for being that girl, Kacie B. We used to heart you. Kacie’s plan to turn Sean against both girls obviously backfires when he asks why she’s telling him this if she’s not even involved. [crickets] Plus 30 . Kacie says she felt she had to let him know. Sean Lowe lets her know that she needs to stop acting like a typical Bachelor crazy girl. Plus 10 . The big rose of the night ends up going to Lindsay, who has come a long way since meeting Sean while drunk in a wedding dress. Plus 10 . As we saw in the previews, Tierra falls down the stairs, then quickly recovers after she realized the paramedics were taking her to the hospital. Minus 50 . Not surprisingly, this came off looking like theatrics as much as a serious medical issue, but only Tierra knows how much she milked it. Well, Tierra and Mike Fleiss. We’re guessing A LOT. Plus 10 . On a one-on-one date, AshLee Frazier tells Sean about her adoption at age six and the abuse she suffered in foster homes. It’s heartbreaking. Sean shows his commitment to kids by bringing two teenage girls with debilitating illnesses along for their trip to an empty Six Flags. Plus 50 . The two have a serious talk – he is all for adopting older kids, as we saw in his courtship of Emily Maynard , in a sense – which Ash feels strongly about. He was so touched by her story of meeting her dad for the first time that his eyes actually welled up with tears. Sean Lowe is quite a catch. Plus 50 . The cocktail party was its typical mad dash of drama, desperation and Bachelor cliches. Sometimes Sean can be a tad boring in this role. Minus 10 . Or is he? Sean pulls Kacie out of line before the rose ceremony to send her home! That’s gotta hurt, but at least he didn’t get her hopes up? The same can’t be said for Kristy and Taryn, who had to stand there awkwardly while the rest of the roses were doled out and they didn’t get any. Other than that, no big shockers this week on ABC. Plus 10 . Eliminated from The Bachelor here in Season 17, Week 3: Kristy Kaminski Taryn Daniels Kacie Boguskie EPISODE TOTAL: +85! SEASON TOTAL: +63!

Chris Brown: Swatting Victim!

Police raced to Chris Brown’s home Monday afternoon following a 911 call reporting a domestic incident at his address, but it turns out it was just a prank. The Hollywood “swatting” crew has struck again. The caller claimed a mother and father were in a fight at Brown’s address, and that the father had gone into another room in the house to get a gun. At that point the caller hung up, not mentioning it was Chris Brown ‘s house; police arrived and found no evidence of … anything. Chris was not even there. This is the latest in a string of celebrity “swatting” incidents – prank calls resulting in cops arriving at stars’ homes and causing mass hysteria – in recent weeks. Last Friday, someone falsely reported a gunman in the home of Kris and Bruce Jenner . The Jenners were actually there at the time of that stunt. Tom Cruise was another recent swatting victim, though the movie star was not present at the time officials were sent racing over to his address. Police are determined to catch whomever is doing this, for good reason.

Taylor Swift Lands in London; Harry Styles Reunion Imminent?

Might there be hope for Haylor after all? Taylor Swift touched down in London yesterday, with sources confirming Harry Styles in both in the city and has a couple days off. Coincidence?!? Yes, Swift’s rep tells E! News, explaining that his client is simply overseas to perform and pose for some magazine covers. “Once she disembarked, she was met by a bodyguard and a driver who took her straight into a central London,” a source says. “She is staying at a London hotel. She seemed excited to be here.” Swift and Style split toward the end of 2012, with one insider claiming Taylor was too prude for the One Direction star. And while neither side has spoken out since then, the female artist did Tweet a photo of herself in the studio not long afterward, with rumors of a Harry Styles breakup song hitting the Internet. Might it now need to be to put on hold?
