The time Howard Stern humiliated Nathanial Clay

Howard Stern was having a press conference to announce that his show was finally coming to the air waves in 1991 or around there. He was starting to carry his well known radio show national and Chicago was a huge new market. many reporters came to his conference on a visit to Chicago and it was played somewhere on local radio. he took questions from various reporters and then one familiar radio voice asked Howard a question. it was none other than Nat Clay who had a radio weekend show on WLS radio and was a well respected Black reporter in Chicago. I suppose he was representing the Chicago Defender newspaper in one of his off radio gigs at the time. he asked Howard a sensible question about something and Howard never answered the question. Howard was enthralled by Nathanial’s voice and asked Nathanial some questions instead. he asked where he was from and if every one had that accent. Howard was like in awwe of Nat’s Southern bullfrog voice. He then took questions from other reporters and never answered the key question poor Nathanial wanted to jot down for his report to Black newspaper the Defender.

Jamie Foxx Clashes With Howard Stern, Denies Gay Rumors

How do you know you’re not gay? You eat pizza in the shower ! That’s the warped logic of Jamie Foxx , who addressed rumors of homosexuality on his Foxxhole radio show thusly : “A lot of people say that I’m gay, and that doesn’t bother me because I could eat a pizza in a male shower and not feel anything because I’m secure with myself.” The catalyst? Howard Stern , who suggested Jamie is gay — which made Jamie very, very irate, even comparing Howard to a “naked Beagle,” among other insults. Not that Howard would mind: It’s good to drum up controversy now and then! And, well, Jamie is an easy target. Why? Because he has more pride than Donald Trump , and far less than Howard (who is as self-loathing as Jamie is semi-delusional). Howard puts it all out there, and so does Jamie — after all, their outsized egos demand to be heard — but the difference between a shock jock like Howard and a multi-talented entertainer like Jamie is that while Howard lacks shame, Jamie takes himself very seriously. In baiting Jamie by raising the gay question, which dogs many an actor, Howard has revealed the weak spot of a guy whose image depends on being a ladies’ man, a club casanova, a smooth boozehound. Be warned, Jamie, Howard will strike again. And as long as you keep responding, he will continue with the digs. And finally, remember when Jamie thusly : “A lot of people say that I’m gay, and that doesn’t bother me because I could eat a pizza in a male shower and not feel anything because I’m secure with myself.” The catalyst? Classic unfiltered Foxx. The most scandalicious line: “She’s got to get a gum transplant!” This, from the camera hog who won’t get off the stage even when his performance is over; seriously, Jamie, get off the stage , for once in your life!  You are really annoying! As Samantha Ronson once complained, “he’s funny for about 3 minutes — then it’s just self-indulgent look at me shit.” Then again, a celebrity universe without Jamie Foxx would be a more boring place. And Howard Stern would have one less person to bait. Post from: Crushable Jamie Foxx Clashes With Howard Stern, Denies Gay Rumors

Emma The Amish Model Appears On Howard Stern, Sells Underwear

“Emma The Amish Girl” is featured as the April girl of the month on the New American Pinup site doing decidedly un-Amish things like selling her underwear for $39 and posing provocatively with a bubblegum dispenser. So she’s presumably not Amish anymore. Photos on the website show the Pennsylvania Dutch County native in her traditional Amish attire and then in nothing at all. On the site they are selling her panties along with Shoo-Fly Pie….crazy! She appeared on the Howard Stern Show on Tuesday morning.

Emma The Amish Model on Howard Stern Show is sad tale

Howard Stern’s getting a lot of Internet traffic and buzz from Emma The Amish Model, the latest guest on The Howard Stern Show . For some reason the combination of “Amish” and “model” draws more attention than ” Denver Broncos Tim Tebow blasted by hot chick at bar .” But more important and more serious is her story. Emma The Amish Model was kicked out of her community for being a model. She left when she was 18. Still, while she may not know a lot of things as Howard claims, I can’t help but feel sorry for her. Is Howard going to get her a good modeling contract? What’s the future for her?

The time Howard Stern humiliated Dan Mcneil

Howard Stern attends ballgames from time to time. One thing he hates are loud obnoxious sports dudes and one time over the air he was going after a local Chicago area sports guy. Howard was saying he was coming from O’Hare and heard “this terd ” named Dan McNeil . He said the guy is a complete moron as are all sports talk radio geeks. He said these losers talk so much about a sport thy couldn’t play and he wet o to blast how this guy would keep bringing up entertainment world with the sports talk. Howard thought the prick was getting tired of talking sports all time and probably needed a crosscheck from a producer to get back on track of talking sports. Yes Howard didn’t like Dan McNeil ad this bums like him should just be announcing the games as they are played. He thinks even one hour after a game with this moron was one hour too much of radio time a Dan McNeil deserved to be on the air.

‘American Idol’ Report Card: Did Bowersox Or DeWyze Top The Finale?

Whether she wins or not, there’s no doubting that Bowersox is season nine’s finest artist. By Eric Ditzian Crystal Bowersox Photo: FOX It’s final report card time in our “American Idol” classroom, but before we get into sizing up Crystal Bowersox and Lee DeWyze’s performances , the first grade has simply got to go to the show’s producers. Y’all get a wholehearted Excellent for the out-of-the-box decision to ditch those cloying original singles from past seasons (“This is My Now”! “No Boundaries”!) and let the contestants sing cover songs. Thus what we got on Tuesday night was the prospect of six great songs, and the challenge for our remaining two students was to sing them well. That didn’t always happen. Even this late in the game, our two finalists are not summa cum laude all-stars. But they both have come a long way since their Chicago auditions. We’re happy to think that both Bowersox and DeWyze will be moving on to careers as recording artists. But only one of them will walk away with title of season nine’s valedictorian. It’s time to whip out the red pen and lay down some grades with our last “Idol” report card of 2010. Excellent Crystal Bowersox, “Up to the Mountain (MLK Song)” : MamaSox saved her best for last. Really, this Patty Griffin cover might have been her finest effort of the entire season. It was a “moment” — that oft-referenced, usually elusive connection between artist, material and audience — and it left us with goose bumps galore. We can compare her to other artists — Janis Joplin, Tracy Chapman — but Crystal deserves a little more respect than that: In the 21st century, she’s a true original. Mixing up soul and gospel and blues and folk traditions, she created something wholly fresh. Who’s to say if she’ll win “Idol.” Predict the whims of the voting public at your own peril. But there’s no doubting that Bowersox is the finest artist of season nine. Good Lee DeWyze, “Everybody Hurts” : The 24-year-old bounced back from a weak opening number with a surprisingly powerful take on this R.E.M. track . Pitch problems aside, the arrangement was on point and the song was a perfect fit for Lee’s style and vocal abilities. But he still didn’t look comfortable. What’s more, he looked like he was about to burst into tears when Simon Cowell called him out for being nervous. Crystal Bowersox, “Black Velvet” : First things first, MamaSox: What was with your awkward negotiation of those stairs? We wondered why you did so much moving and shaking across the stage last week during your killer “Maybe I’m Amazed,” and we were almost angry that you decided to do it again this week. Nonetheless, you sounded great, even if you looked a bit uncomfortable taking those steps in your high heels. The song had blues, it had rock, it had your fierce vocals on display. This was the first song of the night to truly rock, and we dug it the most. Satisfactory Crystal Bowersox, “Me and Bobby McGee” : We’re hesitant to drop MamaSox down into this category because no matter what she sings, the 24-year-old sounds amazing. Yet not only was this her weakest performance of the night, it was also far less compelling then her original take on the song in March. When she gets to that free-flowing soul vibe of hers, it’s simply magical. And she was instantly comfortable up on the stage from the first note in a way DeWyze just couldn’t match. The second half of the song, though, sped up too quickly, veering into an almost honky-tonk swing that made it seem as if Crystal was just trying to keep up. Two months ago, this would have earned her a Good grade. On finale night, it was just Satisfactory. Lee DeWyze, “Beautiful Day” : Cowell implored DeWyze to come out for his third and final performance and make it a 10-out-of-10 game-changer. His overly serious take on U2’s “Beautiful Day” was anything but that. Pitchy from the very beginning, the very definition of a karaoke performance, his rendition was all sorts of wrong. As he struggled to sustain those climactic notes, we worried several blood vessels in his neck were about to burst. Kudos for not passing out onstage. Alas, staying upright is not enough to get you anything higher than a Satisfactory. Unsatisfactory Lee DeWyze, “The Boxer” : Why does the guy find himself dangling at the low end of the grading curve on this one, a tune that was arguably his finest when he first unleashed it earlier this month? It was simply Lee’s most uninspired performance of the evening. Maybe it was a case of finale nerves, but it was utterly lacking in passion and energy. The fuller arrangement overwhelmed his less than powerful vocals. And, through no fault of his own, this second go at the Simon & Garfunkel tune just lacked the surprise factor it had earlier in the season. When Cowell has to resort to an awkward metaphor in which he implores Lee to kiss him on the lips, you know DeWyze was just a mess up on the stage. ‘American Idol’ Coin Toss Shows Crystal And Lee’s Bond, Friend Says

‘It really seemed like they weren’t worried about the order,’ Bowersox’s pal says of coin toss to determine finale performance order. By Gil Kaufman Crystal Bowersox Photo: Kevin Winter/ Getty Images You hear it every year: The top-two finalists on “American Idol” are really close pals and neither cares who wins the competition. They said it last year with Kris Allen and Adam Lambert , who roomed together and genuinely seemed to be pulling for and supporting each other, and it appears to be the case again this year with Lee DeWyze and Crystal Bowersox. Except for the full-body hug Bowersox laid on an unsuspecting DeWyze on Wednesday when she realized she’d be competing with him in the finale, it’s been a bit hard to tell what kind of relationship the pair have. A friend of Bowersox’s who attended the show last week got a chance to see host Ryan Seacrest flip a coin following Wednesday night’s results show and said the off-camera scene offered a glimpse into how close these two singers have become since they met at last summer’s Chicago auditions. According to USA Today, Seacrest flipped a coin that had Crystal’s face on one side and Lee’s on the other to determine the performance order for Tuesday night’s (May 25) final sing-off. Crystal won the toss, and her friend said what happened next spoke volumes about their relationship. “Like she said on the show, it doesn’t really matter who wins at this point,” her friend told MTV News. “They auditioned together in Chicago, and they’ve been friends ever since. They genuinely like each other, and when she won the coin toss, she said, ‘I don’t care — what do you think?’ And he said the same thing, and it really seemed like they weren’t worried about the order.” For the record, Bowersox agreed to let Lee go first — which “Idol” watchers said was a smart move. Do you think Lee and Crystal will really be happy no matter the outcome? Let us know in the comments!
