Alexander Bradley Claimed Aaron Hernandez Shot Him In The Face Outside A Miami Strip Joint Ex-NFL star Aaron Hernandez finally has some good legal news: he has reached a settlement in the lawsuit accusing him of shooting a man outside a Florida strip club back in 2013. A man named Alexander Bradley sued the convicted murderer three years ago for allegedly shooting him in the face after an altercation at a Miami strip club. The suit explained that while at Tootsie’s Cabaret in Miami on February 13, 2013, Bradley and Hernandez got into a fight. When both left the club in the same car, Aaron pointed his weapon at Bradley and the gun went off, striking him in the face. The man claimed to have suffered major injuries as a result and lost his right eye. He demanded more than $100,000 in damages. Continue reading
Rick Ross and his son Rapper And Baby Mama In Mediation Over Child Support For Son, 10 Rick Ross said his son’s poor performance in school was news to him – and that’s because his baby mama won’t let him see the boy much less share how he’s doing. Ross said his son’s mother Tia Kemp has blocked him and his family from seeing the boy, and their communication has broken down to the point that Ross doesn’t even know what school the boy goes to. “Petitioner never had a discussion with respondent regarding the minor child’s academic performance,” Ross wrote in court docs obtained by BOSSIP. “Further, petitioner has failed to provide respondent with equal access to the minor child’s school, location of the school, identity of the minor child’s teacher, report card for the minor child, or even academic schedule.” Continue reading
Last week, legions of teenage girls nearly suffered premature heart attacks upon hearing the fateful reports suggesting that One Direction was splitting up forever. However, we hadn’t heard confirmation from any of the 1D members – until now. TMZ caught up with Liam Payne at the airport and questioned the boy band member on whether the foursome are actually calling it quits. “No, no, no, no, no,” said Liam. Well! I think he’s made that clear. The paps also asked if there was any chance of Zayn Malik returning to the band. “Who knows?” replied Liam. “He’s just doing his thing.” So I guess that’s still up in the air. However, he did seem to hint that he and his former band mate were on good terms and appeared upset when he realized he’d forgotten Zayn’s birthday. When asked whether he’d welcome Zayn back if he wanted to return, he confirmed that he would. “Of course, I love Zayn, he’s great,” he said. Aww. Well, it’s nice to know there’s no bad blood between these two. And while we’re relieved to hear that the band will remain intact for the time being, it seems Liam has been making some music of his own during their hiatus. Holy crap, this is getting UGLY. It’s been one week since Nicki Minaj and Farrah Abraham exchanged blows on Twitter , and now Nicki’s boyfriend Meek Mill is embroiled in a high-stakes feud on Instagram with fellow rapper 50 Cent. Yesterday, Meek dropped a four-song EP that featured a diss track in which he hurled some not-so-favorable shots toward Fifty. Obviously, Fifty heard it, because he unleashed a barrage of nasty Instagram posts directed at Meek, beginning with an amalgam of Meek’s face merged with the poop emoji. “LMAO Hey shit head, your career is over already.you better focus on getting Nikki pregnant so you can at least get child support girl,” read the caption. Meek responded with an Instagram post of his own that included a photo of himself carrying piles of cash, plus a 275-word rant going OFF on Fifty, calling him miserable, broke and friendless among other things. “U pop shit on social media 24/7 … U never in the places everybody b at…. The whole queens say you a rat…. Ross baby mom hit you for that check you sick …. Ross finished you “career over? How dare you speak on that? …. All you artist that came under you broke” ya son hate you smfh! Ya swag on below “0” lol hold up….. U always hating on puff and Hov other go getters from ya city…… U going broke and you miserable …. U really miserable bro….” He goes on and on, which you can read for yourself on Instagram if you’re so inclined. Fifty went on to upload EIGHT MORE Instagram posts dissing his rival, which included memes, a pic of Meek crying and a doctored video that depicted Fifty smacking Meek in the head. “LMAO, you made a big mistake Shit Head,” read one of Fifty’s captions. UM. What does that mean? What that a threat? WHAT DOES IT MEAN??? Not gonna lie, this makes me a little uncomfortable. Meek’s last move was to post an old pic of the two rappers smiling together along with the caption, “Say less… just watch these characters!” We’ll definitely be watching. I’ll admit it’s entertaining as all get out, but I sincerely hope these two keep their blows limited to the verbal variety.

Stop the violence… Anthony Tolson Murdered A famed bassist was tragically killed in Detroit during the Christmas holiday while going to see his family. 33-year-old Anthony Tolson, who toured with the likes of Young Jeezy and Ne-Yo , was murdered on Christmas Eve after assailants fatally shot him and stole his SUV. The Detroit Free Press reports: On Christmas Eve, Anthony Tolson had finished playing bass guitar at a church service and was driving to see his three kids on Detroit’s east side. Yet Tolson never made it. He was shot and killed by multiple assailants who then stole his SUV that contained his bass and gifts for his kids: William, 7; Aaron, 12, and Amber, 13. The tragedy has left his close friends struggling to understand how Tolson, 33, who friends say has toured with artists like Ne-Yo, Young Jeezy, Kelis and J. Moss, became the victim of violence. On Christmas Eve, Tolson finished performing at Central Baptist Church in Detroit. He was headed to his mother’s house on the east side, where his kids were staying and where he planned to open gifts with them in the morning. But at around 9:30 p.m., two assailants ordered Tolson out of his gray Chevrolet Trailblazer near Gratiot and State Fair Avenue before shots were fired, said Sgt. Cassandra Lewis, a Detroit Police spokeswoman. (Police did not identify Tolson by name.) The suspects then drove away in the vehicle, Lewis added. No other details were released. Anyone with information about the shooting can call Detroit Police Homicide Division at 313-596-2260. Ne-yo has since expressed his condolences. This is so incredibly tragic and senseless. Laura Govan Wants Custody After Gilbert Arenas Drove Car With Kid On Hood It’s been a rocky road for Gilbert Arenas and Laura Govan this year and it doesn’t look like it’s getting any better… During an episode with TMZ Live Arenas revealed his ex planned to try and take full custody of their four kids, a claim that TMZ says they’ve now verified It all started with Arenas posted an IG video with the kids inside his Polaris Slingshot and 8-year-old Alijah on the hood. In his defense, he was allegedly only driving 15 MPH. He’s since deleted that video but you can watch it here: Gilbert told us he got an email from Laura’s people saying they were going to try and take custody away from him, and TMZ Sports has learned he told the truth. Our sources say Laura — who currently has primary physical custody — will go to court and ask the judge to significantly reduce Gilbert’s visitation. She also wants the judge to impose safeguards so the kids aren’t put in dangerous situations. As one Laura source put it, “This is just the straw that broke the camel’s back.
