Liz Jannetta is dating Jon Gosselin for some reason, and you can learn all about their relationship when they appear on the new season of VH1’s Couples Therapy . Some people never learn, do they? Jon Gosselin Returning to Reality TV Despite being vocal about the fact that he thinks reality TV has been bad for his family, and his kids have developmental problems as a result, here he is. On the couples counseling series, Jon will take the couch with his Liz Jannetta, a single mom of three who he’s been in a relationship with for awhile. Things have hit a rough patch, evidently, because they’re taking to VH1’s faux-therapist’s couch to work out their issues in totally effective fashion. While it would be better TV to watch him square off with Kate Gosselin (or even Hailey Glassman ), you can bet that his doomed marriage will come up. He’s extremely likely to embarrass her even more than he already has, which will likely be ratings gold for VH1, and make for some great gossip. Still, you have to wonder about Jon. After all his supposedly enlightened comments about enjoying the simpler, quieter life he leads now … this. Thou doth protest too much, Mr. Gosselin. These reality shows, much as he condemns them, clearly don’t prepare one for life in the real world. After having TLC foot the bill for years, Jon most recently found himself waiting tables to pay bills . Which is fine, and even commendable of him. Apparently he doesn’t see it that way, however, and is willing to go back to the well of being a douche on TV for a quick paycheck and 15 more minutes.

Jessica Moser, a Northampton Co. mom, has been breastfeeding her daughter for the past 10 months. Now, she’s embroiled in a custody battle with her daughter’s father and a judge has ordered her to stop so that little Jasmine can spend the entire weekend with her dad . Moser says the judge doesn’t care that Jasmine still breastfeeds. “Why isn’t she on formula?” he asked. “She should be able to have formula at 10 months.” Oh, dear. The World Health Organization recommends mothers breastfeed their children for at least 2 years. Moser can’t pump enough milk for her daughter for two full days and Jasmine doesn’t take a bottle, instead preferring her milk straight from the tap. If Jessica doesn’t comply with the judge’s ruling, she will lose her daughter. “I’m feeling frustrated, hurt” Moser says. “I’m trying to keep myself from crying, it’s very emotional.” Since Jasmine was born last December, Moser has been the child’s primary caregiver. She and Jasmine’s father have been locked in a custody battle for the past several months. Moser states that she isn’t trying to keep Jasmine from her father. She just wants what’s best for her daughter. “I’m very passionate about having that right to breastfeed,” Moser said. “The breast is best, and that’s what I’m trying to do for her.” No way! Sir John Tavener, one of the leading British composers of the past 50 years and a man whose music drew deeply on spirituality, has died at the age of 69. He died at his home in Child Okeford, Dorset, UK today, having been in poor health for much of his life, including a major heart attack in 2007. Fellow composer John Rutter told BBC Radio 3 that his colleague was one of a kind. Sir John “was absolutely touched by genius at every point.” “He could bring an audience to a deep silence which is a very rare gift,” Rutter said. “He believed that music was for everybody and was a prayer.” In 1992, The Protecting Veil topped the classical charts for several months and in 1997 his Song For Athene was played at the funeral of Princess Diana. His setting of William Blake’s The Lamb and A New Beginning was chosen to see in a new century at the end of 1999 in the Millennium Dome in London. Sir John Tavener first made his name with the avant-garde oratorio The Whale, which was released by The Beatles on their Apple label in 1968. He went on to become one of the few contemporary composers to find wide acclaim beyond the classical world, a feat becoming ever more rare. For his contributions to the genre, he was nominated for the prestigious Mercury Prize twice – in 1992 and 1997 – and was formally knighted in 2000.

A man in northern China filed a lawsuit against his estranged wife this month after he deemed their newborn to be “incredibly ugly” and blamed the child’s appearance on his mother’s unattractive genes. And the guy actually won $120,000 as a result. Chinese Man Sues Wife Over Ugly Baby Jian Feng said in court documents that he married his wife “out of love,” but that the couple began having “marital issues” soon after the birth of their daughter. She was ” incredibly ugly ,” Feng said. “To the point where it horrified me.” Feng initially accused his wife of having an affair, only for the truth to eventually come out: She had spent in excess of $100,000 on plastic surgery, duping Feng into believing he had married a natural beauty. Appalled by this instance of false advertising and angry that he did not learn of it until after the couple had procreated, Feng took his wife to court and was awarded $120,000 in a settlement. Equally incredible? The outpouring of support – FOR FENG! – among social media users in China. “When you are in a true relationship, you tell your spouse everything. Past present and future – if not, then you don’t respect them,” one male wrote on Facebook.

Parents Confront Children On Bus Every parent loves their kid, but dayum. According to NBC Philadelphia: Parents trying to confront their child’s alleged bully landed behind bars in Pennsylvania last week. Chris and Christina Gring of Montgomery County were arrested and charged for allegedly threatening students by climbing aboard a North Penn School District bus and yelling “Who made my son cry?” according to a police affidavit obtained by NBC10′s Chris Cato. Christina Gring is accused of heading to the back of the bus, questioning students and threatening physical harm if they continued to pick on her son. Some of the kids on the bus were as young as 6 years old. Shanice Garcia, who was one of those passengers, told NBC10 that it was terrifying. “They were crying and hiding under their seats,” Garcia said. The mother, who has been released from jail, told NBC10 that her 8-year-old son has been bullied since the beginning of the school year. Last week he got off the school bus in tears, shes said. The mother said when she asked the bus driver what was going on she was told her to talk with the student safety monitors, which is why she got on the bus. She said she never threatened the kids. “I think it’s because my husband has a record and they needed someone to take the fall for this, because the district wasn’t doing what they were supposed to be doing and the bus driver wasn’t doing what he was supposed to be doing,” Christina Gring said. The North Penn School District is conducting an internal investigation about how its driver handled the situation. The district says it has not received any prior bullying complaints from the family. Chris Gring is still locked up. The couple will appear in court on Nov. 5 to face charges of making terroristic threats. “We’re not monsters. We didn’t mean to scare kids. So sad… 5-Year-Old Girl Dies After Being Hit By Car On Halloween Night A night of Halloween trick-or-treating ended in tragedy for one Houston family when a 5-year-old girl was fatally struck by a car while running ahead with her candy. via Fox News Houston police say a 5-year-old girl who was out trick-or-treating has died after darting into a street and being struck by a vehicle. Police on Friday did not immediately release the name of the child. Investigators say the girl apparently ran ahead of some family members Thursday night and stepped into the path of the vehicle. The girl was carrying Halloween candy that was scattered across the road after the accident, The Houston Chronicle reported. Houston police say the driver, described as a man in his 70s, remained at the scene following the accident. He reportedly did not appear intoxicated. The girl was transported to a hospital where she was pronounced dead. This is terribly sad. Our condolences go out to this angel’s family. Shuttesrtock

This monster is back on the streets … Man Who Killed Adrian Peterson’s Son Is Released From Jail Via TMZ reports: The man who allegedly beat Adrian Peterson’s 2-year-old son to death has just been released from jail. 27-year-old Joseph Patterson was released from Minnehaha County Jail in South Dakota this morning after posting $750,000 bond. The bond was lowered from $1 million yesterday after Patterson pled not guilty in court. He has been charged with second degree murder and 2 counts of first degree manslaughter, as well as aggravated battery of an infant. He has also been charged with felony child abuse. Patterson, who was dating Adrian’s baby mama at the time of the alleged attack on October 9th, was supposed to be caring for the child while she was away. Where in the hell did this guy get the money for bail? Hopefully he’ll be taken out before he makes it to his next court date. He is a POS and doesn’t deserve to live on this earth. Babykiller!
