According to Seattle PI A Maple Valley youth baseball coach also accused of repeatedly having forced sex with at least two children on camera has been sentenced to 25 years in federal prison for child p0rn0graphy offenses. In addition to thousands of “commercial” child images and videos of himself sexually assaulting boys, David Scott Engle had at least 450 photos showing the clothed genitals of boys he coached, federal prosecutors now say. Engle, 50, was sentenced Monday on federal child p0rn0graphy charges. Allegations that Engle forced sex on one boy “countless” times over six years remain outstanding in state court; investigators found photos purported to show Engle sexually assault a second, sleeping child as well. Agents with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and other agencies arrested Engle in November after tracing an online purchase of child films to him. They recovered dozens of videos from his home showing Engle sexually assault one boy. Before his Nov. 6 arrest, Engle had been extensively involved in youth baseball. He coached a Select Bronco team of 11- and 12-year olds, was president of Maple Valley Pony Baseball and Fast Pitch, served on two regional baseball organizations and one baseball business. Asking that Engle be sentenced to 30 years in prison, Assistant U.S. Attorney Marci Ellsworth said the former coach abused the trust parents placed in him. “While (Engle) was purportedly serving as a role model and mentor for these young boys, he was sexually interested in them,” Ellsworth said in court papers. “When (he) was taking pictures and shooting video of baseball games, his camera was focused on the players’ crotches, not on their batting stance, pitching arms, or any other aspect of their athletic performance.” Disgusting. Pleading guilty in July to the federal child freaky flick charges, Engle admitted he possessed hundreds of videos showing children being sexually abused. Now sentenced for his federal crimes, the child sex abuse charges filed against Engle in King County Superior Court will now proceed. Any state sentence would follow Engle’s term in federal prison; Engle likely faces at least 10 years in state prison if convicted as charged. A licensed attorney most recently employed as a freight clerk at a Fred Meyer store, Engle has also been charged by King County prosecutors with three counts of child rape following allegations he was shown having forced sex with a boy in several videos. His arrest stemmed from an international investigation of a website dealing in “naturist films” – a euphemism for child freaky flicks. Postal inspectors in the United States conducted a series of undercover purchases from the website; law enforcement working overseas then raided the business, seizing a trove of child pornography and business records; agents in the U.S. also raided a shipping facility used by the business. Since then, agents have been investigating the company’s customers in an effort to track down those who bought child sex videos. Among the suspects identified thus far was Engle, who spent $2,300 on videos and photos sent to him by the company. Investigators raided Engle’s Lake Lucerne-area home the day he was arrested, and recovered films well beyond what he bought online. Engle’s laptop contained about 11,000 suspicious images, and additional DVDs and digital storage devices were recovered. Engle was initially charged only with possession of child pornography. Since then, investigators claim to have uncovered photos and video of Engle sexually assaulting one boy, which prompted the even more serious federal charges to which he ultimately pleaded guilty. Writing the court, Ellsworth said investigators ultimately tallied 26,000 images and 400 videos of commercially produced child sex videos from computers seized at Engle’s home and storage space. It’s sad when family does you like this. Woman Stabs Pregnant Sister-In-Law Damn…stabbed her while she was pregnant. That’s cold. According to The Las Vegas Sun: The 5-year-old boy knocked on his neighbor’s doorstep Wednesday evening with bloody arms and a chilling message. “My mom is bleeding,” he reportedly told Stephanie Vasquez, who brought the child inside and rushed next door to investigate. Before Vasquez could enter, police arrived and discovered a grisly scene. The child’s pregnant mother, Ashley Indico, was lying dead inside their home in the 2800 block of North Rancho Drive. She was nine months pregnant, according to an arrest report released Thursday afternoon, and was to give birth Oct. 26. Elinor Indico, her sister-in-law and suspected killer, had called 911 after apparently barricading herself and the boy’s 3-year-old sister inside a bathroom. The woman had been living with her brother and his family for about a month, and relatives told police that she had been fighting with Ashley Indico because the family wanted their guest out by the end of the week. The suspect told police she was attacked by Ashley Indico and only fought back in self-defense, but detectives dismissed that claim after conversations with witnesses. Elinor Indico, 30, was charged on Thursday with one count of open murder and one count of voluntary manslaughter in connection with the death of her sister-in-law and her unborn child. She was booked on the charges at University Medical Center, where she is being treated for minor stab wounds of her own. The suspect’s brother, Aristeo Indico, told police he had not interacted much with Elinor Indico in the past few years, but she reached out for help last month because she was losing her home in Granada Hills, Calif. Aristeo Indico allowed her to stay in his home on the condition that she stop using drugs and start working, he reportedly told police. But Elinor Indico eventually lost her job and apparently began using drugs again, so her brother told her she would have to move out by Oct. 18. This is messed up. Tension gradually rose between her and the family, Aristeo Indico told police, noting that his sister owned a Chinese fighting knife with 4-inch blades on both ends that she might have used to stab his wife. Police discovered a weapon matching the description between the victim’s legs. Aristeo Indico also told police that both he and his sister were trained in martial arts. Vasquez, the family’s next-door neighbor, told police that she had spoken with Ashley Indico about 20 minutes before the stabbing occurred. Ashley Indico had expressed frustration over her sister-in-law and said she was “praying Elinor would move out tonight and not wait until Friday,” Vasquez told police. After the 5-year-old boy knocked on her door, Vasquez said she ran to Ashley Indico’s apartment and tried to open her unlocked door. She couldn’t get in because Elinor Indico blocked it and told her to “get the (expletive) out of here,” according to the report. Vasquez told police she heard Elinor Indico yelling aggressively before moaning in ecstasy. Blood covered the entrance of the home when Elinor Indico finally opened the door for police. Wearing a floral pattern blouse with shorts, she showed officers two stab wounds on her stomach and retreated back into a bathroom to sit next to her 3-year-old niece. Elinor Indico allegedly lied to police initially, saying that it was the family, not she, that was moving out of the home. She told police her sister-in-law had stabbed her because she would not give Ashley Indico any money. In a follow-up interview late Wednesday, the suspect reportedly told police that the victim had gone “stab crazy,” the report says. Joseph Patterson was charged with second degree murder and 2 counts of first degree manslaughter, as well as aggravated battery of an infant. He was also charged with felony child abuse. Patterson, who was dating Adrian’s baby mama at the time, was supposed to be caring for the child while she was away. Second degree murder carries a mandatory life sentence in South Dakota. The man who allegedly beat Minnesota Vikings superstar Adrian Peterson’s two-year-old son to death earlier this month has been charged with murder. He was also charged with felony child abuse in the death of the two-year-old. Patterson, who was dating the boy’s mother, was supposed to be caring for the child while she was away. It’s unclear why the alleged attack occurred. Second degree murder carries a mandatory life sentence in South Dakota. The tragic case came as a surprise for obvious reasons, but also for some of the details it unearthed about Peterson, the 28-year-old 2012 NFL MVP. He had never met the boy before he was in a coma after the alleged beating, although he recently was informed of and acknowledged he was the father. Bobby Ruffin, the man who raised the deceased boy, and whose last name he carries, and who believed he was the dad until recently, called out Peterson. More specifically, he said he was sick of the “poor AP” s–t following the tragedy, even though he is not in a relationship with the boy’s mother either. Peterson has also fathered six other children by various women.

A seven-year-old Seattle-area boy dressed up for Halloween as a different kind of superhero. He went as Dr. Jay Rubenstein, the doctor who saved his life. Landon Browne turned up at Seattle Children’s Hospital on Wednesday wearing a lab coat, stethoscope and surgical gloves to surprise Rubinstein. “He worked on both my ears and he’s a great surgeon ,” the little boy explained, saying that the doctor has helped give his life true meaning again. Rubenstein performed two cochlear implant surgeries on Browne, and in turn the little boy has become an important part of the doctor’s research. “I’m pretty grateful to him for all the efforts he’s made on our behalf, and for him to do this makes it clear that he feels the same way,” Rubenstein said . The surgeon wants to advance the way implant patients hear music. Implant patients often have trouble following melodies and deciphering changes in pitch. Browne’s dad is a musician and his mom, Alysia, is hopeful that one day, thanks to that research, her son will be able to hear music more clearly. “I completely got goose bumps, because who would want their child to not experience the beauty of music,” she said of her young son’s operations. As for Landon, he says he would have gone as a vampire or a prince if he hadn’t dressed up as his favorite doctor. Maybe a fox costume next year?

Kendra Wilkinson is expecting her second child with husband Hank Baskett, a source exclusively confirms to Us Weekly. The reality star and former Playboy model, 28, is around eight weeks pregnant. Wilkinson and the 31-year-old former NFL player, who wed in June 2009, are already parents to son Hank Baskett IV, almost 4. “She and Hank have been planning a second baby for a while,” the insider tells Us, “and they are very excited.” Indeed, Wilkinson told Us in August that she was ready to give her son a sibling. “We are trying, we are going to start now,” she said. “This is my first official announcement!
