David the Monster We’ve known for quite some time that David is a genuinely horrible human being. But somehow, the news that he murdered his wife’s pet dog still came as a shock. 2. RIP, Nugget On Wednesday, we learned that David had shot and killed Nugget on the property he and Jenelle own in North Carolina. 3. Peddling BS David claimed his actions were the result of Nugget biting his 2-year-old daughter Ensley on the face — he even posted this video as “proof” — but we now know he was lying. 4. Not Smart Enough to Pull This Off For starters, David admitted that the relatively tame incident he captured on video did not take place on the day of the shooting. In fact, it wasn’t even recent. 5. Not Fooling Anyone He also posted this photo of the “injuries” that Ensley sustained from her dog bite. As many commenters have pointed out, there’s no bite mark or punctured skin, and the child does not appear to be injured or upset. 6. Source: JazzIRT / Getty Man Punches 4-Month Old Baby To Death After Discovering He Wasn’t The Father According to Fox 13 Memphis , Jose Agurcia-Avila was arrested by Memphis police and charged with first-degree murder after punching a 4-month old baby. Avila reportedly became upset after learning the child, Alexander Lizondro-Chacon, wasn’t his. Cops say Avila punched the child so hard that the baby was left unresponsive when the mother returned home. The child was rushed to Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis but was pronounced dead upon arrival. An autopsy revealed the baby died from blunt force trauma and his death was ruled a homicide. The medical examiner concluded that the boy’s injuries were a fractured skull, fractured rib and a serious case of pneumonia. The boy’s mother told police that Avila confessed. The 33-year-old is charged with first-degree murder in perpetration of aggravated child abuse and first-degree murder in perpetration of aggravated child neglect.

The group’s frontman, and Dame Dash ‘s Harlem brother, Cam’ron was not one to back down from the then untouchable, glorified Hov. The battle of the egos caused some real drama for both Jay, Cam and the label as a whole. Jim Jones also was also a huge part of the Jigga vs. Dipset era. The beef between Cam and Jay started way before their days at Roc-A-Fella, but most notably, it kicked off in 2000, shortly after Hov stabbed Cam’s label head Lance “Un” Rivera. That same year, Cam’ron released his second LP S.D.E. which featured a cameo from Destiny’s Child on the song “Do It Again.” It also featured the song “Let Me Know,” which included numerous subliminal shots at Hov: “You rap about money, man, who are you anyway?” “When the f— we start bouncin’?”. Fast forward to 2002, Cam signs to the Roc and even does a song with Jay, “Welcome To New York City,” — but then ish hit the fan. While Jay-Z was away on vacation, Jim Jones announces that Cam’ron has been made a Vice President at Roc-A-Fella. Needless to say, Hov wasn’t too thrilled with the direction the label was headed in. Fast forward again to 2004, Jay-Z, Dame and Biggs sell their 50% interest in Roc-A-Fella to Def Jam and is made President of Def Jam. However, Cam, Jim and the rest of Dipset stayed loyal to Dame. For several year following the split, Dipset released several tracks dissing Jay-Z, with Cam even alleging that Hov blocked him from taking the VP job at Roc-A-Fella. He also claims that a gunman who shot him in Washington, DC one year earlier in a botched carjacking threw up the ROC’s diamond hand signal. Hov finally clapped back in 2006 with his track “Dig A Hole,” rapping: “N—-s are like why don’t you get at old boy/Why kill the puppet it leaves Gapeto alive/Why not wait to catch them all together this way you dig one big hole one time.” Dame also said at the time that the beef reallys started in 2001 when Jay-Z bought the “Izzo” beat from Kanye West after hearing him play it for Cam in the studio. By 2010, the beef was still going on, at least on Cam’ron and Jim’s side. But it was clear that Hov was done with the child’s play. James Madison High School Principal Enforces Parent Dress Code There’s a HUGE debate happening on social media and it involves respectability politics, a Houston high school and a BLACK Principal that’s being labeled “elitist.” James Madison High School Principal Carlotta Outley Brown (above) is catching hell after she sent out a memo to parents banning them from wearing certain items of clothing to pick up their kids. “Parents, we do value you as a partner in your child’s education,” said Principal Brown in a letter to parents dated April 9. “However, please know we have to have standards, most of all we must have high standards. “No one can enter the building or be on the school premises wearing a satin cap or bonnet on their head for any reason,” she added. You also cannot wear a shower cap of any kind in the building.” Other banned items include bonnets, pajamas, hair rollers, leggings and sagging pants. KPRC-TV Houston reports that the dress code was established shortly after a parent attempted to enroll her child while wearing a headscarf and a “T-shirt dress.” You can see her in the below video. Parents (and social media) are crying foul and claiming that Principal Brown is being an elitist and classist. “I’m almost insulted,” Tomiko Miller, the mother of a Madison High School student told The Houston Chronicle. “I really think it was discriminatory, the language that was used. It was demeaning. And I’m African American — and if it’s misty outside and I have a hair bonnet on, I don’t see how that’s anyone’s business.” Zeph Capo, president of the Houston Federation of Teachers, is calling Principal Brown’s policy “classist,” “belittling” and “dismissive.” “I’m sorry — this principal may have plenty of money and time to go to the hairdresser weekly and have her stuff done,” he said. “Who are you to judge others who may not have the same opportunities that you do? Her criminal past was cited for her being denied entry into a mental health program, instead of a possible jail sentence. Reports TMZ : We broke the story … the ‘Love & Hip Hop’ star submitted a petition in her child abuse case to allow her to get treatment for a serious mental illness, which she claimed she was diagnosed with around the same time she was charged with child abuse in Georgia. Tommie got her answer — no can do. According to a new legal doc obtained by TMZ … the Assistant District Attorney determined Lee’s criminal history and background — along with other evidence, facts and allegations — “make her an inappropriate candidate for an accountability court.” Back in January, Tommie was indicted on multiple child abuse charges and she’s facing up to 54 years in prison if she is convicted. A ridiculous mom went ballistic in a mall after she was told that, no, her small child could not pet the service dogs. The woman's bizarre meltdown was caught on video. But she didn't stop with an angry lecture. She went crying — literally — to mall security. A woman named ML Leigh, who is decidedly not pictured here, shared a video to Facebook and provided context. “Had this crazy experience yesterday at the mall,” Leigh's post begins. She found herself in a situation “where some lady asked if she could pet the dogs.” “People ask us all the time,” she laments. “So I just said, 'no.'” “All the dogs are working,” she explains. “So it’s my go to answer.” As it should be. Service dogs should never be distracted by other people because they have literal jobs to do — sometimes, these jobs are life-saving. “And they walked away,” Leigh narrates. “No big deal right?” Leigh reveals: “This lady went out of her way to come back with her child.” “And,” she writes, this woman proceeded to “yell at us for saying 'no.'” Apparently the woman chided her for her answer “and for not saying, 'nO iM sOrRy ThEy’Re TrAiNiNg.'” We love that she adopted a Spongebob meme to convey her tone of mockery. “And,” Leigh writes, the woman insisted that “we should 'have a sign or something.'” While that's an absurd request, Leigh makes it clear that she has already done so. “You mean the 20 patches on my dog that say don’t pet?” Leigh asks rhetorically. She then accuses: “Entitlement these days is real.” There we have to disagree with Leigh. This kind of weirdness has always been around. It's just that now we all have cameras an an internet with which to share our different tales of it. Leigh recorded the encounter, which also included another woman. “They even got mall security,” Leigh announces. She marvels at the fact that they contacted security “because we said they couldn’t pet the working dogs.” “Security said that the lady was crying,” Leigh reveals. We have to wonder if that woman is always like this, or if she was just at the end of a crazy day. Regardless of possible explanations, there is no excuse for her behavior. “So much harassment,” Leigh laments. “For just saying no.” “This video is public,” she writes. “And is shareable.” The video ended up going viral. “There was no common sense here,” she concludes. Despite a lot of whining about service animals, they serve a vital role. Some provide comfort for people with sensory issues or PTSD. (For example, a service dog can help someone distinguish between delusional experiences, unimportant background noises, and emergencies) Others monitor people for seizures or for blood sugar levels and begin barking if they detect a serious medical problem. They must never be distracted from doing their jobs. But even if these weren't service dogs, if someone says “no,” just go “okay” and keep moving like a normal person, you weirdo.

Email Submit According to court documents obtained by The Blast , Otunga, 39, is requesting financial support to pay for his home amid claims that he is owed the cash because he is the primary caregiver of the couple’s nine-year-old son, David Jr. “Nothing entitles David to live in a home identical to Jennifer’s,” Hudson, 37, argued in the documents while also adding that “having a child with a celebrity should not be the basis to treat David like someone who has given birth to a child and who has no means of supporting the child.” She also feels that Otunga, a former WWE wrestler, is hypocritical by pursuing a career in entertainment, which was one of the factors he gave in arguing how Hudson’s work obligations made her less available to parent their son. Hudson argues that since they were never married, her financial obligations should not extend to paying for Otunga’s housing. The singer and Oscar-winner says that his recent role in Madea’s Family Funeral presents evidence of him trying to pursue “a career path identical to Jennifer’s.” She wants the presiding judge to force Otunga to seek gainful employment and keep a job diary. The two have had intense exchanges over the custody of their son since they announced splitting in November 2017. During that time the singer granted an emergency order of protection after she claimed David pushed her while she was holding their son. Otunga however, has categorically denied the accusation. The two also went back and forth over Hudson’s other claim that Otunga was trying kidnap their son and defame her legacy. Otunga has denied this allegations as well. Hudson and Otunga will meet again in court in May after a previous date was rescheduled form March. Hopefully they can come to a resolution and find a common ground because, whew!
