Source: Bill Ross / Getty Man Pushes Child From Third Floor Balcony A 24-year old Man is currently in custody due to what police are calling the “Mall Of America incident.” According to reports, a 5-year-old child suffered significant injuries when a man either threw or pushed him from the third floor of the Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. Eyewitnesses told police Chief Jeff Potts that the person suspected of pushing or throwing the child “took off running immediately after the incident.” Potts told reporters : “At this time, we do not believe that there is a relationship between the child or the family of the child. The child did suffer significant injuries. [He] has been transported to the hospital and has been receiving care. [We] believe this to be an isolated incident.” The Bloomington Police Department is investigating an incident at the Mall of America today. A five-year-old child suffered injuries and is at the hospital now. A press conference will happen outside the north entrance at 12:15 PM next to the security vehicle. Earlier this year, Steven Frend finally reunited with Olga Koshimbetova in Russia. The 90 Day Fiance couple had some romantic adventures in the snow with their precious new baby in tow. But now, Steven has come back to America without his fiance and child. WTF, Steven?! The reality TV personality has been in Russia for months visiting his new family. He got to meet the in-laws, spend some quality time with his fiance, and bond with their son Alex. Although Steven came home alone, he promises he has a good explanation. “I’m in the U.S. now, Olga will be here in a week or 2,” Steven clarified in a recent instagram story. “She already has her visa,” he added. “Now we just need the plane tickets.” He concluded by explaining, “I had to leave Russia without Olga early or I was going to lose my job.” Well, we can’t fault the guy for trying to make the responsible decision. (We also can’t get over how cute he looks with little Alex!) So, we’re okay with having to wait a little longer to see if Olga and Alex get their happily ever after with Steven. At least Steven and Olga have been keeping fans up to speed with plenty of adorable social media posts. It looks like the couple have been having tons of fun playing in the snow … maybe too much fun. Well ok, except for the time when Steven had a tobogganing accident and wound up in a neck brace. Oh, there was also the time when he got a huge chest tattoo while still wearing said neck brace. Steven claims he had to tap out after four hours of the painful process. And it probably wasn’t fun when some fans cried foul at Steven’s choice to even get the tattoo. After all, big tattoos are typically expensive, and it wasn’t long ago that Steven asked fans to help pay his rent. We know Steven’s had some financial struggles in the past. For instance, Olga had to teleconference into the last season’s tell-all special because because Steven could not yet afford her K-1 visa or a place for the three of them to stay. With those major needs on the line, it makes sense that fans might not approve of Steven spending money that they possibly sent him on fresh ink. Steven does have a decent job installing fire sprinklers these days. At $16 an hour, it isn’t enough to support a family of three. But Steven has explained that he’ll continue to get significant raises if he stays with the company, and it could be a lucrative position in a few years. With that in mind, we applaud steven for keeping his priorities straight and getting back to work. Even though it ended a bit early, we’ll call this a successful family vacation. We didn’t see a hint of the animousity on display between the couple during the show’s last season. Steven has been controversial for his moody attitude and inconsiderate treatment of Olga on the show. We hope all these cute Instagram moments are evidence of a healthy fresh start for the couple. Then again, it’s easy to cultivate the image of a happy family on social media, even if that’s not the reality. It’s still not clear what’s next for the family once Olga and Alex join Steven in America. We do know Olga won’t be able to work right away. Where will they live? What will they do for money? We don’t even know if they’ll make a return appearance on Happily Ever After? yet. Hopefully we’ll learn more when 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? returns later this month. Even though Abby Lee Miller may be putting her health at risk to do it, she has returned to Dance Moms for Season 8 . And as the new trailer makes very clear, she is back . The new season looks as dramatic and toxic as ever. Longtime viewers will be reassured that nothing has changed once they hear Miller scream that a child dancer “sucks.” The trailer for Season 8 begins with an intense start. “As a dancer, you put your heart out there every day,” Miller warns the gathered group of children. For dramatic effect, she is holding a life sized model of a human heart in her hands. Miller warns: “Somebody is going to stab it.” To drive home the message, she mimes driving an imaginary knife through the heart. For a year, now, Abby Lee Miller has been fighting Burkitt lymphoma, a type of cancer that has impaired her mobility and threatens to paralyze her. Despite grueling treatments of chemo and radiation therapy, she has returned to television. “I fought hard to be here,” Miller emphasizes on the Season 8 trailer. She uses her story to convey a powerful message to the hopeful dancers. She affirms: “You have to FIGHT to be a champion!” Of course, the controversial Dance Moms stars is infamous for her toxic attitude and particularly for the way that she treats children. “Stop crying! Stop it!” she yells cruelly at one moment during the trailer. Obviously, no one should ever speak to a child — or an adult, for that matter — with those words or in that hostile tone. At another point, Miller insists: “You don't know what you're doing!” “Your kid doesn't have a chance,” she taunts a parent in another scene. “She sucks!” Miller also delivers some important messages about kindness and teamwork. “Jealously has poisoned this team.” Miller laments in another moment. Speaking of a young male dancer, she says: “How dare any of you run this kid off the team!” We agree! Kids shouldn't be antagonizing a young dancer until he drops out. That's Miller's job. “It's not about you!” Miller yells in another part of the trailer. “It's about the dancing,” Miller explains. “It's about the team.” “This is my livelihood,” she says. “It’s fine to do whatever I want to do,” Miller announces. “And I will do whatever I want to do.” She then issues a warning: “Watch out!” We of course wish Abby Lee Miller the best in winning her cancer battle. That does not mean that it's endearing to see her bullying children to the point of tears. Nothing makes that okay. Of course, the trailer also reminded everyone of the true villains of Dance Moms : the actual dance moms themselves. They're the ones who signed their children up for the show in the first place. They know who Miller is. After a while, you stop getting mad at the child-eating alligator and start getting mad at the parents who keep tossing their kids in the gator's lake.

Apparently, her legal team is petitioning the court to allow her to enroll in a mental health program. “According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, an attorney for the former ‘Love & Hip Hop’ star is petitioning the court in her child abuse case to allow Tommie to get treatment for a serious mental illness. She says she was diagnosed before or around the same time as she was charged with child abuse, and her condition is a significant part of her case,” TMZ reports. “Tommie says she’s willing to meet a long list of requirements to enter the program, such as staying sober, submitting to random drug testing and attending self-help meetings,” she continued. “It’s the first step in a month-long process … applications are considered by a committee, which includes a prosecutor, and it will take about 30 days to decide Tommie’s fate. While Tommie doesn’t reveal her specific diagnosis in the docs … when she sat down with our Raquel Harper for a 2016 episode of “Raq Rants,” Tommie said she was bipolar.” Tommie Lee’s extensive rap sheet is well-documented , so we’re hoping this is the break she needs to finally get herself together, stay out of jail, and do right by her family. A day after Felcity Huffman pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud, we have an update on the other big name associated with this recent college admissions scandal. What does the future hold for Lori Loughlin? According to TMZ insiders, it will almost definitely include the inside of a prison cell. This typically-reliable website reports that Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli have been offered a plea deal. Prosecutors are fine with the couple not going to trial, but they are decidely NOT fine with the stars agreeing to any sort of arrangement that doesn’t include time behind bars. As previously reported, these lawyers are intent on making an example out of the wealthy defendents who were arrested back on March 12 for allegedly scheming and bribing their kids’ way into college. In Loughlin’s case, prosecutors are offering her a plea bargain that involves a minimum of two years in jail. And here’s the thing: if these federal attorneys are offering prison time as a plea , and Loughlin turns it down, one has to imagine that they will only seek even more years in the clink if Loughlin turns it down. No word yet on whether the Fuller House actress is willing to agree to such terms. Huffman, meanwhile, will be sentenced at a later date for her guilty plea… … but prosecutors have only recommended around four months in jail for this actress, with a judge eventually having the final say on her punishment. Why the stark difference between Loughlin’s potential sentencing and that of Huffman? It’s simply a matter of degrees. Felicity has admitted to paying $15,000 to someone who helped arrange extra time for her daughter to take the SAT; along with a proctor actually going in and changing the teenager’s test score. Terrible and illegal, for sure. However, Loughlin and her husband are accused of shelling out $500,000 for an even crazier and ridiculous scheme: They supposedly used this money to bribe officials at the University of Southern California, working with an employee at the school to pretend that their two daughters were athletic recruits who were on the crew team in high school. This was simply not the case, however. By using her wealth and status to get her children on an athletic recruit list, though, Loughlin was able to lower their admission standards and – presto! – they were granted entry to USC. Based on video evidence, meanwhile, it doesn’t appear as if Loughlin had any regrets about taking this action. It’s also clear that Loughlin’s daughter, Olivia Jade , knew all about the scheme — considering the willingly posed in a fake crew uniform in order to pass herself off as a recruit. In a statement released yesterday, however, Huffman swears her child was in the dark. This is what she said after pleading guilty: I am in full acceptance of my guilt, and with deep regret and shame over what I have done, I accept full responsibility for my actions and will accept the consequences that stem from those actions. I am ashamed of the pain I have caused my daughter, my family, my friends, my colleagues and the educational community. My daughter knew absolutely nothing about my actions, and in my misguided and profoundly wrong way, I have betrayed her. This transgression toward her and the public I will carry for the rest of my life. My desire to help my daughter is no excuse to break the law or engage in dishonesty.
Just over three months ago, Jen Harley allegedly threw a glass ashtray at the face of Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and hit him near the eye. Fast forward to this past Saturday night and Harley aimed something else in the direction of her frequent lover’s rugged mug: Her lips. As you can see above, Harley and Ronnie cozied up to each other during an evening out in Las Vegas. The mother of the couple’s one-year old daughter, Ariana, shared some memories from the night on her Instagram Story, leaving little doubt about her and Ronnie’s status with photos such as the one you see here. Yes, they are back together. No, we are not confident this relationship will last. Hopefully, we can only think, local authorities have been made aware of the reconciliation. We don’t mean to be flippant here, but Jen and Ronnie have quite the cantankeous history. They have quite the violent history, to be honest, which includes the ashtray-hurling cited above during an intense argument on New Year’s Eve in late 2018. Just a few months before this incident, Harley was arrested for domestic violence after she dragged Ronnie down the street by her car. That’s not a metaphor or an exaggeration: Harley literally closed her door on Ronnie while he was trying to escape her vehicle and sped away, dragging him across the concrete several hundred feet. There was also that time Ronnie referred to Harley as a cum dumpster and she called him a deadbeat dead. This was mere weeks after the arrival of Ariana. But time heals all wounds, we suppose, both literal and figurative. A week before this date night, Ronnie and Jen posted photos of themselves hanging out a birthday party for children, causing us to wonder they were just being amicable co-parents or hardcore lovers once again. This outing was followed days later by a staged wedding. Indeed, the reality stars snapped pictures of themselves at Sin City’s world-famous drive-thru Tunnel of Love at the Little White Chapel as an April Fool’s Day joke. However, although the nuptials were just for show, the pair exchanged a passionate kiss at one point during their prank, sparking the same speculation you see here: that, maybe, they are back together. For the sake of little Ariana, of course, we hope this works out. We hope we’re wrong in judging the pair and that they really have overcome their issues. It just seems unlikely/ To Ronnie’s credit, though, he recently completed a stint in rehab and talks like a changed man . In honor of his child celebrating a milestone birthday, he wrote the following on Instagram last week: “A year ago today, I was given the best gift I could ever have. I’ve been blessed to have been through more experiences than I could ever dreamed of. “I’ve been blessed to have so many different gifts & blessing in my life. You think you have lived life when you have been through the things I’ve got to experience & go through. “All of those things don’t even compare to the feeling I get when I laid eyes on her. She makes everything have a purpose & gives me a indescribable feeling. The shocking footage shows Marc Gomez, 36, of Yonkers, kicking the woman in the face and head while bystanders stood by and watched and recorded the incident. No one intervened. The cell phone video made its way around social media leading to the arrest of Gomez, who was charged with three counts of assault and one count of harassment. UPDATE: The subject IS IN CUSTODY. As the trio went to get off at the 238th Street stop, the elderly woman allegedly shouted: “I’ll kill you, I’ll kill your wife, I’ll kill your daughter!” According to Cox, “He felt really bad.” Gomez is being held on $30,000 bail. “I hope he gets a low sentence because he’s not the monster they say he is, he’s a good father,” Cox said. “He was defending my daughter. He calls her ‘my daughter’ or ‘my stepdaughter.’ He calls her princess.” The 78-year-old woman was treated for cuts, bleeding and swelling. A long-time member of The Real Housewives of Atlanta now has some really great news to share: She’s a mother! For the first time ever! A rep for Porsha Williams has confirmed to People Magazine that she and her fiancé, Dennis McKinley, welcomed a baby girl on Friday, March 22. The couple’s daughter arrived at 1:36 p.m., weighing 6 lbs., 15 oz., and measuring 20 inches long. Not too shabby all around! “What a time to be alive! Porsha and I are so happy and blessed to announce the arrival of our daughter, Baby PJ,” McKinley told the aforementioned publication, clearly quite psyched to be a dad. He added: “We couldn’t have imagined a more magical moment! Can’t thank everyone enough for joining us on this journey-it’s been a fantastic journey.” Porsha is yet to speak on this blessed occurrence, but her sister just couldn’t hold in her excitement on Instagram. “She’s here!!!!!!” Lauren Williams wrote over a screenshot of a text message exchange with McKinley. “Omggg,” she wrote to him. “Lemme see!” The veteran reality star confirmed her pregnancy in September, admitting at the time that she was anxious and nervous due to a miscarriage six years ago. Such a trauma really took a toll on her psyche, as it would for anyone. “I’ve had a miscarriage before in my past, which I’ve also been open about because I suffer with fibroids and had to have a myomectomy,” said Williams this past fall, adding: “So just the fear of, ‘Is the baby going to be okay? Will I make it full term?’ All those questions that you ask if you’ve had a miscarriage before.” Makes total sense, right? Just like Williams, this is McKinley’s first child. “I believe he’s probably shed more tears during the process than me,” Williams predicted of McKinley, whom she has known for years, when speaking to People. “It’s just the sweetest moment of my life right now.” We are seriously so very happy for Porsha. As for the relationship itself? “Dennis brings out a different side of me,” Williams gushed to Us Weekly in October. “I’m more laid-back with him and we are just in love.” Porsha was previously married to former NFL star Kordell Stewart from 2011 to 2013. In September of 2018, months after her initial arrest, Scottie Deem was indicted on 13 charges of child molestation . Scottie, the adult daughter of Angela Deem, had appeared alongside her mother on 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days and also multiple times on Maury . Now, she has been convicted and sentenced — to 20 years in prison. Last year, Scottie entered a plea of not guilty, professing her innocence. According to court records obtained by RadarOnline , Scottie was found guilty of three separate counts of child molestation. Each charge carries a sentence of 20 years. However, the court clarifies that Scotty will be allowed to serve all three sentences concurrently. Her sentencing date was February 1 of this year. But anyone happy to see a convicted sexual predator kept off of the streets for decades is in for a disappointment. According to the same report, Scottie could be free sooner than anyone would care to believe. After only two years and one day, she may be allowed to leave prison — just 10% of the way into her sentence. From that point on, she would be on probation. Considering the crimes with which Scottie was charged and for which she has been convicted, this is … appalling. The damage that sex abuse can inflict upon a child lasts for longer than two years — or twenty. Scottie could be out as early as 2021. 34-year-old Scottie was arrested in September of 2017 after her victim’s grandmother contacted the police. It has not been officially confirmed if this arrest came before or after Scottie appeared alongside her mother on 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days . The court accused Scottie of having sex with a young minor two or three times between July 1 and August 31 of 2017. In addition to being accused of various sex acts upon the victim, she was also accused of performing “indecent sex acts” in front of five other minors. As we mentioned earlier, Scottie and her mother, Angela, have appeared on television before 90 Day Fiance . Two separate times, the pair appeared on Maury . Both times, Angela accused Scottie of lying, saying that her boyfriend Terry could not possibly be her baby daddy. Angela was accusing her own grandchildren of being the products of cheating. DNA tests in both instances confirmed that Angela was full of s–t and that Scottie’s boyfriend was the father. Of course, that was the boyfriend with whom she cheated with a minor when he was out of town, so … Angela’s doubts seem well-founded. Angela appeared on 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days as a larger-than-life personality whose relationship didn’t seem to make sense. An African man named Michael doesn’t seem like a logical match for a 53-year-old Trump supporter. Some have suggested that their story is one of love reaching across a divide, or giving love a chance despite differences.
