After Monday performances that saw Ricki Lake cement her frontrunner status on Dancing With the Stars , the question was who would join her in the final five. With Lake amassing a huge lead and fan support, J.R. Martinez a virtual lock (no way he’s going home after one off week that wasn’t even that off) and Rob Kardashian looking increasingly strong each week, it came down to these three contestants … Was last night the end of the line for Hope, Nancy, or David? Hope Solo continues to improve, but not fast enough for the judges’ liking (sorry Maks). David Arquette has been good, not great. Nancy Grace? Just bad Monday. So which one of them got the heave-ho? Follow the jump to find out here … David Arquette , despite a strong run this fall, has been sent home. Wow. That was not what we saw coming at all, we have to admit it. David and partner Kym Johnson were ousted from the show, meaning both Nancy Grace and Hope Solo are in the final five on Dancing With the Stars . Wow, again. Having repaired his image, David handled his ouster with good cheer. “This whole thing has been incredible, I’ve loved it,” the actor said after the news. “But there must be a mistake, because this is my show. I can’t go home!” Take that, Maksim Chmerkovskiy ! “I’m just kidding! I came here to learn about myself, face my fears, entertain people and give America a chance to get to know me better – and learn to dance!” He gets all 10s from us on that front. But still, what a surprise. Agree? Did David Arquette deserve to be voted off Dancing With the Stars?
Justin Bieber has set a record by garnering over two billion hits on his YouTube channel. But all it takes is one mistake to make all that popularity go away. The latest issue of Star Magazine alleges that the 17-year made that mistake with a young woman named Mariah Yeater . The tabloid reports that Yeater, 20, had sex with Bieber after a concert in Los Angeles last year. She then gave birth to his child three months ago and has filed a paternity lawsuit against the superstar. In response, Justin’s reps have issued the following statement: “While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.” If Yeater’s claim is proven true, it would give a whole new meaning to the title of Bieber’s biggest hit . UPDATE : Yeater has apparently described the night in question, October 25, 2010, in detail to Star . She says: Justin Bieber found a place where we could be alone — a bathroom. We went inside and immediately his personality changed drastically. He began touching me and repeatedly said he wanted to fuck the shit out of me. At the time I asked him to put a condom for protection, but he insisted that he did not want to. In his own words, he said that because it was his first time he wanted to feel everything. He was on top of me with my legs around him. At the time I was on top of some type of shelf. The sexual intercourse itself was brief, lasting only approximately 30 seconds.
Yes, Justin Bieber. We KNEW that little boy was poking and stroking. Via RadarOnline : A 20-year-old California woman has filed a bombshell lawsuit against teen pop icon Justin Bieber alleging he is the father of her three-month-old baby boy, Star magazine is exclusively reporting in its new issue. Mariah Yeater is demanding the singer take a paternity test “to scientifically confirm” he is the father of the child, according to court papers obtained by Star. The papers were filed in late October and Yeater asks the court for Bieber “to provide adequate support for my baby.” In an affadavit signed under penalty of perjury Yeater says she was 19 years old when she had sex with the underage star backstage at one of his concerts in Los Angeles. Backstage? And you were more underage then her?? Dang, Bieber! Bieber’s reps have strenuously denied the accusations but a court hearing has been set for later this year. In a statement to RadarOnline.com, Bieber’s said: “While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.” We’d like to think that this 20-year-old woman wouldn’t put herself out there like that if… Oh wait, Maury Povich has been making a living off of unsure women and their paternity tests for years, huh. Wonder how much she’s gonna get for the exclusive interview about her night (or nights) of getting that fever from Bieber. That should pay for at least one year of daycare.
Jesus take the wheel! These babies having babies are losing their danged minds! A pregnant teenager was attacked Saturday evening by two teen girls and her baby’s father, police said. One of the attackers, also pregnant by the same teenager, instigated the assault on 65th Avenue and Springman Street, police said. At one point during the fight, the teenage father of both girls’ babies held the arms of the victim while the other two girls kicked at the pregnant teen’s stomach, telling her she didn’t deserve her baby, police said. The two female attackers and the teen father all ran from the scene and the victim was taken to a nearby hospital, police said. At this point, according to police, there is no indication of injury to the victim’s unborn baby. The teen suffered minor injuries. Police searched the area for the 17-year-old boy and two 15-year-old girls but said they did not locate them. Where are these kids’ parents??? Sounds like this boy needs an early vasectomy. SMH. This season of “Basketball Wives LA” has been filled with over the top drama! From the first fight with Laura and Malaysia to the current drama with Draya, it’s hard to keep up with who likes who and who’s talking about who. After talking with Draya recently, I knew that I had to find out more about what is really happening on this show. I caught up with Laura and asked her for her side of the story! Of course, Laura is no stranger to the media. As Gloria’s sister, we heard her mentioned plenty of times on the first season of “Basketball Wives” due to dating rumors between her and other NBA players. Laura definitely cleared all those rumors up! She dished on the drama with her and Jackie, her feelings toward Draya and even a little bit about her rocky relationship with her fiance. Take a look at what Laura had to say below! HelloBeautiful : We watch the show every single week and the very first question that popped in my head is, what the heck is Jackie talking about? She’s been going around saying that you’ve been talking about her negatively behind her back, calling her fat amongst other things. Is she making things up? Laura: Honestly, I have no idea what Jackie is talking about. You’ll see what’s to come. A lot of things are starting to be revealed. When you hang out with someone for a long period of time, his or her personality is eventually revealed, but I’m not like that. I’m myself from the beginning. I’m not a “fronter”. I am who I am; there are no surprises with me. I show you exactly who I am from the beginning. It’s so funny when you see it play out. It’s like on a first date people are pretending to be something they’re not, but with me you get the real me from the start. Like I’ll burp, I’ll fart. That’s just me! I’m real. Omni Shoreham Hotel in Northwest Washington an Urban Oasis Single Black Women Tired of Being a Spectacle HB: Why did you dislike Draya so much this season? What are your feelings toward Draya now? Laura : It played out on the show that we have beef but in reality, we’re cool. It’s no animosity and no drama. It wasn’t even like that. What was really a two-hour filming session, you saw it edited into two minutes. HB: What was the real reason you went in on Draya in the boxing ring? Did you plan that fight or did it just randomly happen? Laura: You know, I’m the same way with my sister [Gloria]. I’m very athletic and I’m very competitive. If that was mom I would have been lenient but outside of that you get in the ring with me and I’m going to start going in. Draya said she wanted to come in I was like “okay”. If it would have been any of them I would have went just as hard. I did the same thing with my sister! So it wasn’t intentional or me just going hard on Draya because she’s Draya, I’m just competitive by nature. HB: What made you and Jackie dig up dirt on Draya in the first place? Do you really believe the stories about Draya and her son are true? Laura: That’s really none of my business. I didn’t care to look her up. We were asked to do so. I feel like it was a mistake and I even said that on the show. I don’t believe everything I read. It’s hard because people twist and turn your words and don’t write down exactly what you say. That’s her child. I’m passionate about being a mom, but that’s her life. That’s one thing I can look back and say that I wasn’t interested in doing. I was thinking, “this is dumb”. HB: How do you respond to rumors that you’ve dated other NBA players? Laura: I don’t say anything to them. People are going to believe what they want to believe regardless, that comes from being uneducated. I’m at fault for that too. I used to read stuff and be like “Oh my gosh!” so I get it. But now being in the industry, I’m always like “is that really true?” I don’t put effort into it anymore. I don’t really care as far as what people say about me because I can’t change everyone’s mind. When you meet me, people say I’m so nice and so sweet but you don’t get that on TV, you get the drama. I know how to portray the difference between who I am but it’s hard to see people go at you all the time so now I don’t read it or deal with it. The only people I care about are the people who care about me: my close friends, my fiancé and my family. HB : Wow, fiancé?! How are things going with your relationship now? Are they better since the show? Laura : Things are going great! You know, he’s been my fiance, for a while now. On the show, people think that the reality that they are seeing is actually happening right now, and people don’t get it. But we were together for a while going into it. Were not shy about it. It’s been about 10 years of ups and downs but it just what it is. HB: Do you still keep in touch with any of the other girls from the show besides your sister? Laura : I do! I actually talk to all of them here and there. I’m really close to Imani and Malaysia and when I see Jackie, Tanya and Draya it’s all love. At the end of the day, we’re working together. I support them all. How many of us can say we’re doing things on our own? Think of it like this, we’re co-workers. It’s not cool to go into work and hate each other. As a woman, I’m cool with everybody. Even if we have beef, it’s of that moment. I never let it continue. We fight and keep it moving. HB: How do you think being on “Basketball Wives LA” has changed you ? Laura: It has changed me completely. I was over 200 pounds on the show and I had just given birth. I lost like 70-80 pounds since then. Other than the physical changes, I would say that it’s been therapy because you got to get a lot of things out that you normally couldn’t share with people. Seeing yourself on camera, seeing how big you are looking and how your hair looks and even your fashion. I don’t take it personally, I had a good time! I’d say that it’s mainly changed my sense of style and me caring more about my appearance. Other than that, I’m the same me! HB: Do you think we will see another season? Laura: You guys have to stay tuned! Keep the fingers crossed. I think it was a good turn out and we had a good time. Ratings are high so I’m excited! I’m sure we may have one. HB : Are you working on any new projects? Laura: Well first, everyone follow me on twitter @l4govan! I have some kids books coming out because of course I’m always reading to my kids and I figured I would put out some kids books myself. I also have a 12-step workout plan coming out because people always ask me how I lost so much weight so I want to share that with people. I want to motivate them on how to lose weight after having a child. I’m also making a maternity line for women after they’ve given birth because it was so hard to find any clothes that fit me after I had a baby. Your belly is still hanging out and you still look pregnant! It was so hard, so I wanted to make something that when you get it in, you still feel great. And now the 5 questions we always ask…. What’s in your bag? I’m such a mom! I have diapers, wipes, bottles, baby food, Cosco card, lip gloss, mascara, hair tie, cell phone, wallet, ID, credit cars, only 20 bucks because I don’t like to carry cash, iPhone with music for kids and a lot of snacks! If you were forced to get a tattoo what would it be of? I already have five tattoos. So I guess if I were forced it would have to be anything Mexican. I’m Mexican and I represent hard. It would have to be something Spanish and something about my family. Something like a quote or a sentence. What’s your vice and where do you go to get it Twix, I’m addicted like a crack head! Like you’ll find me in a closet with two pieces of Twix secretly eating them everyday! I also love chocolate chip cookies but I need the chocolate chips in the cookies so I can pick them out- weird I know. What’s one urge you get but never act on it? To jump off a roof. I don’t know why. I used to jump off the roof when I was little and would be trying to sneak out the house to go play basketball at night. I always want to do that now but I look at that roof and I’m like “Oh no”. When was the last time you cried? The other day my son got his 4 month shot! I was in tears in the hallway at the doctor! The doctor is like “we’ve done it for 4 years”! Only over my kids! ‘We’re trying our best to transcend time,’ Wanya Morris tells MTV News. By Jocelyn Vena Boyz II Men Photo: Sandy Young/ Getty Images Boyz II Men came on the scene 20 years ago with their debut album, Cooleyhighharmony . That’s right: 20 years ago. To put that in a pop-culture timeline: that’s three years before Justin Bieber was born, and seven years before Destiny’s Child released their first album. That’s important to note because this year not only are the guys releasing a new album, the aptly titled Twenty , they also appear on Beyonc

Protesters from all walks of life share with MTV News what the movement means to them. By Tami Katzoff Protester Jenni Walkup at Occupy Wall Street on Wednesday Photo: MTV News One fact that quickly becomes apparent on a visit to Zuccotti Park, the center of activity for Occupy Wall Street, is that its current residents cannot be categorized or labeled or lumped together as a group. Of course they all believe that something in this country is broken and needs immediate attention. But after a few hours talking with a somewhat random sampling of protesters, one understands that the “something” is actually many different things. And the issues being discussed are as varied as the people doing the talking. Amber Phillips , 26, from Fulton, Illinois, spoke about workers’ rights, especially for females. She described a job where she was frequently harassed and denied a raise even after eight years of employment. “I just hope that because of this [protest] going on, more people start standing up for themselves,” Phillips said. Click through to “Voices From Occupy Wall Street” — our interactive photo gallery — and get to know 20 young demonstrators’ motivations, hopes and goals. Megan Blackburn , 33, from Brooklyn, talked about the need for healthy, chemical-free food to be available to everyone. Leon Pinsky , 28, originally from Israel, wanted to promote socialist ideas. And Tokyo native Takuro Higuchi , also 28, wanted to spread awareness of the nuclear crisis in Japan. Eighteen-year-old Benjamin Ashley Frost from Johnson City, Tennessee, was frustrated by the state of education in this country, saying No Child Left Behind is “an abomination.” And while volunteering on the food line, Emily Jira , a 23-year-old recent college graduate from Redondo Beach, California, spoke on behalf of skilled, educated young people who are not getting a return on their academic investment. “I feel like so many people who have really awesome skills are being screwed over right now,” she said. Also among the Occupiers are people who represent various religious and social groups. Sitting in a small sukkah erected at the edge of Zuccotti Park, 32-year-old Brooklynite Daniel Sieradski spoke about his Jewish heritage and the necessity to unify faith with action. And 32-year-old Jake Goodman, originally from Milwaukee, handed out pins that read “Hate is the Abomination” and stressed the importance of including queer voices in the OWS movement. Despite their varied experiences, causes and passions, the people spending their days and weeks in a small corner of downtown Manhattan have at least one thing in common: They’ve left their homes, towns and even countries to come together and speak out. “Because sitting on your couch watching TV,” said Amber Phillips, “clearly isn’t going to make a change.” What do you think about the Occupy Wall Street movement? Kate Gosselin is reportedly going broke without Kate Plus 8 and has vowed to return to TV at some point. Will she succeed? That’s anyone’s guess right now. Either way, she’s Tweeting up a storm from her Pennsylvania home. If you ever need any tips about how to do laundry for eight kids and yourself, boy does Kate have the advice that is going to transform your existence. “Good am! Attack The Laundry post is freshly posted! Check it out now at kateplusmy8 (dot) com. Enjoy reading! Hope my process helps U!” Kate tweeted. Her process is just common sense, but hey, at least she has some. Kate suggests allowing kids to rewear “play clothes” until they become “visibly dirty.” She also reuses bath towels and washes them only once per week. Also, having kids help put away their clean clothes is a major time saver and teaches them responsibility. Consider yourselves enlightened right there. Maybe we should give her a break. Lame as she is, trying to cling to some kind of relevance, attacking the laundry publicly beats attacking Jon Gosselin .
