A Wisconsin woman is making headlines for allegedly killing a 2-month-old boy she was babysitting, concealing his death and returning him to his mother strapped in a car seat and disguised in winter clothing. CRAZY right. According to PEOPLE reports , online court records show Marissa Tietsort was charged Friday with first-degree intentional homicide. Tietsort, who is a mother of five herself, has been in police custody since October after being detained on unrelated child abuse charges — yes you read that right — unrelated child abuse charges. Tietsort was initially given a $250,000 bond, but a judge has since doubled that amount. The criminal complaint against Tietsort alleges she knew the child in her care was dead but did not alert his mother when she came to pick him up. An autopsy, which identifies the baby as “Benson,” determined the child died from blunt force trauma to the head, according to the criminal complaint against Tietsort. The medical examiner also noted severe damage to the infant’s tailbone, which indicates he was struck with great force. DISGUSTING, right? Who would do such a thing to a baby? According to PEOPLE, the victim’s mother dropped him and his older brother at Tietsort’s home in Wausau, Wisconsin on Oct. 18th. The criminal complaint states that within two hours of leaving her children, the boys’ mother received a text from Tietsort alluding to an article from a local news website mentioning child abuse allegations against her and explaining that she wasn’t allowed to be in contact with children due to the allegations. The complaint says Tietsort asked the woman not to tell anyone she was watching her kids. Here’s the question we had — if you got a text like that, would it alarm you enough to make you rush to pick up your kids? The complaint says when the mother met Tietsort at a McDonald’s three hours later, the babysitter was allegedly acting like the infant was alive. Tietsort had dressed the child in winter clothing, strapped him into a car seat and pulled his hat down low over his eyes. The child’s mother told police it was after 9 pm so she believed her son was sleeping. It was moments later, while at a laundromat that she realized the baby was not breathing, and according to the complaint, his limbs were stiff and skin was cold. The child’s mother tried performing CPR on her son, which the child’s aunt dialed 911. Officers who responded to the scene noted the baby had “an ashen skin tone, his jaw was clenched and his lips were blue,” according to the complaint. It gets worse. The complaint alleges that Tietsort went swimming at a nearby hotel with her boyfriend and son shortly after returning the dead infant and brother to their mom. Police found Tietsort the following morning at a nearby hotel where she acknowledged watching the two boys but denied killing the baby. The complaint also alleges she told police at the time that she didn’t attempt to resuscitate the baby and decided against seeking medical treatment for him. There’s more. Tietsort’s arrest in October came two months AFTER the father of an 11-month-old girl she was babysitting filed a complaint with police over alleged facial injuries he claimed his daughter suffered while in her care. There was also another allegation against Tietsort in 2017 but no charges were filed. According to local media reports, social services have taken custody of four of Tietsort’s children but were unaware she’d given birth to her fifth child. Tietsort is currently being held at the Marathon County Jail AND expecting a sixth child. Tietsort is expected to enter pleas during her next scheduled court appearance on January 18th. Awful… Just horrible. We can’t help but to think if Tietsort’s arrest for the incident involving the 11-month-old girl had come sooner, that baby boy would still be alive. There’s lots of drama, but not in an amusing ratchet kinda way, it’s more like, “I hope they’ll be okay when the cameras go off and get the therapy they need.” We begin the episode with Juelz Santana and Kimbella trying to get on the same page, especially since he’s going to jail soon. They’re also trying to figure out when to tell their kids that pops is going to prison. That hasn’t happened yet, but it’s coming. The only positive news for them is that the courts allowed Juelz to move back in with Kimbella and their children so he can spend more time with them before he goes down. Now that Nya Lee and Rich Dollaz have made peace, it’s time for Nya Lee and Sidney Starr to make peace, according to Rich Dollaz. Rich basically wants Nya Lee to groom Sidney Starr as an artist. Plus, he’s putting this “new Nya Lee” to the test so he brings them together to have a peace talk. They both surprisingly take their petty hats off and actually manage to get right. All is forgiven. Now let’s cut to the part where Sidney Starr brings some music she has been working on to the studio for Jaquae and Rich Dollaz to listen to. Sidney bombs. It’s not the best music, but nothing worse than some of the other stuff we’ve heard on this show. However, Rich goes off on her. He feels like she’s wasting his time and not as hungry as she says she is. Sidney is hurt, but determined, so she takes the song to Nya Lee to see what she thinks. Nya Lee thinks it’s just ok and tells her it wasn’t the best, which is true. But like, what have we heard of Nya Lee’s that was actually amazing? Anyway, Nya Lee basically tells Sidney that it’s possible to be authentic without being extra and without constantly mentioning that she’s transgender, especially since people already know. Sidney goes into this spiel about, that’s who she is and how she’s coming to terms with some of the dishonest things she has done, like lying to the media about having bottom surgery (she still has a penis), and the times where she wasn’t honest with men she had sex with about being trans. Sidney states that she’s turning over a new leaf because she wants to live, and Nya Lee points out something that hits home. She suggests that Sidney actually feels alone and overcompensates for that by being over-the-top. Sidney agrees and Nya Lee says that she knows the feeling so she plans to genuinely be there for Sidney. Juelz Santana finally has his moment where he tells his children that he’s going away. The kids are obviously sad about it. Jonathan is still on his Be a Better Person Tour so he links up with Rich Dollaz to apologize for his behavior over the situation with Anais. Rich forgives him. But then Jonathan says he has been trying to get back in touch with Anais due to a concerning pic she posted on social media, but he can’t reach her. Interestingly enough, Rich and Anais reconnected since all that drama went down between them. It turns out, Anais called Rich from a mental institution because Ruben had her committed. She has been in an out for about a month, refusing to take her medicine and rambling on about conspiracies. Jonathan starts crying and says he’s worried, but Rich tells him it’s best to give her space and let her come around when she’s ready. Their friendship was quite toxic as we all saw. Sure, Jonathan is committed to being a better friend than he has been, but he’s just going to have to wait this one out. Finally, we end the episode with Cyn and Joe’s problems. Cyn stops him to talk as he’s on his way to work and although he doesn’t want to talk now, he does so anyway to avoid Cyn getting even more upset with him. But she still gets even more upset with him because he just doesn’t seem to understand where she’s coming from. Actually, they’re not understanding each other, which is why Cyn wanted to talk. She feels neglected because he’s always working. Then she says he hasn’t even noticed that she has been depressed (this is code for her possibly having postpartum depression). He remains stoic and wry and tells her that his work is 25/8 and that he can’t not work until he’s in a position where he can slack up a bit. Basically, he wants her to get help for her depression and a nanny too. The latter was supposed to be the compromise but Cyn doesn’t want a nanny. Then he tells her he’s fine if they break up if she’s not depressed. Yeah, this doesn’t end well. We obviously know that they’re engaged by now, but it’s going to be interesting to see how they finally get it together. Abby Lee Miller: Dance Moms is OFFICIALLY Back for Season 8!

Back in November, we saw  Abby Lee Miller back in the  Dance Moms  studio  despite her battle with cancer. It was immediately clear to fans that she was signaling her return to the series. Now, she confirms that she’s back with  Dance Moms  — and reveals when they begin filming Season 8. Abby Lee Miller shared this photo, displaying her excitement, alongside a caption filled with good news. “OMG!” she exclaims. “Can you believe I’m going to film Season 8 of Dance Moms!” We can believe it, and we’ve known for a while now. But it is very nice to have confirmation. “Yes, it’s official!” Abby confirms. She then shares a detail: “We begin the end of Jan!” It’s been a good long while since viewers saw Miller on Dance Moms. A huge part of that has been Miller’s very real-life drama. In the summer of 2017, she reported to prison for bankruptcy fraud. She was out of prison and staying in a halfway home when she underwent emergency surgery for sudden paralysis. That was when she was diagnosed with Burkitt lymphoma, a form of cancer that is rare in adults. She has been undergoing treatment for months, and has had an additional emergency surgery. That was not the only reason that some expected that Miller would never return to the show, however. Just months before her incarceration, Miller posted a furious rant to Instagram, detailing her grievances with Lifetime. “The majority of children that follow me may be fast asleep, however now is the critical time to make the following statement,” Miller began. “I WILL NO LONGER TAKE PART IN DANCE MOMS,” she declared in March of 2017. “FOR THE PAST SIX YEARS/ SEVEN SEASONS I HAVE ASKED, BEGGED, AND EVEN DEMANDED CREATIVE CREDIT,” she wrote. She wanted credit “FOR ALL THE IDEAS, AWARD WINNING ROUTINES, THEMES, AND COSTUMING – TO NO AVAIL!” “I don’t have a problem working with any kid,” Miller emphasized.  “I love children,” she claimed. “And have dedicated my life to making other people’s children successful!” “I JUST HAVE A PROBLEM WITH BEING MANIPULATED, DISRESPECTED, AND USED – DAY IN AND DAY OUT,” she declared. She said that this was perpetrated “BY MEN WHO NEVER TOOK A DANCE LESSON IN THEIR LIVES AND TREAT WOMEN LIKE DIRT!” Clearly, she and Lifetime have patched things up to some degree. She’s back in the studio and, soon, will be back on camera. Abby Lee Miller has been controversial for many years, largely over her treatment of the children on her show. Many fans of Dance Moms hope that her experiences have softened her approach to how to speak to and instruct children. Regardless of her reputation, we of course wish her a full recovery from her cancer. Miller is currently dealing with a degree of paralysis that, as fans have seen on social media, has her making use of a wheelchair. We hope that viewers will be sensitive to her situation when the new season finally airs. In the mean time, it’s encouraging to hear that it’s officially filming. Jon Gosselin: My Son Does Not Have Special Needs!

Jon Gosselin just took a very passive aggressive dig at his ex-wife. This isn’t exactly new, of course, considering all Jon and Kate have said about each other over the years. In this case, however, Jon used one of the former couple’s children to slam Kate where it likely hurts the most. For years, as loyal celebrity gossip fans likely know, the public did not see much of Collin Gosselin. The young teenager wasn’t even included in his own birthday party because, presumably, he was away at a facility that assisted children with special needs. We’re just quoting Kate herself for this diagnosis. “Collin has special needs,” the TLC star told People Magazine in August of 2016. She added at the time: “[There’s] a fairly fluid diagnosis of what those needs are, but he needs to learn certain strategies to help him deal with things. “This has been a struggle we’ve had for a very long time, and it’s one I’ve dealt with on my own. I’ve felt very alone in this. “By the same token, it’s not something that has only impacted me or him – our entire family has been impacted.” Fair enough certainly, right? We’ve written very little on this subject and simply been wishing Collin the best. HOWEVER, Jon now has custody of Collin . He filed for custody several weeks ago and was then rewarded with full-time temporary custody of the 14-year old after Kate did not show up at a court hearing. Having talked openly about having Collin to himself at home and having shared a few photos of himself and his son, Jon responded this week to a question about Collin. “I’d love to know if he actually has ‘special needs,’ or if he just didn’t deal [with] Kate’s BS like we all suspect. Either way, he’s home! And he looks happy,” wrote an Internet users to Jon, who responded as follows: He is not on any spectrum or special needs . That’s quite the statement, really. Why has Collin been away from his family for two years in this case? Is Jon legitimately arguing that Kate is simply full of it and that Collin wanted to get as far away from his mother as possible? AND that Kate lied all this time about her child’s state of mind? Those are pretty wild accusations. As you can see above, Jon spent Christmas with kids Collin and Hannah, the latter of whom has been living with her dad all year, yet who is still under the legal custody of her mother. The kids and their dad also hung out with Jon’s girlfriend, Colleen, and her children. Kate, for her part, did not release any holiday photos and has not commented on this ugly custody situation in a very long time. But she has defended her decision to send Collin away on multiple occasions. “It was not even a really a choice, it was on the advice of his doctors and it had to happen,” she said on a November 2016 episode of ABC’s Nightline, concluding back then: “He’s plodding along and we are too. This is the best thing I can do for him right now and that comforts me.”

Boy, did he ever take that to heart. Murphy is now the father of TEN children his eldest daughter, Bria, shared this heart-warming photo on the ‘gram. TMZ breaks it all down Eddie’s smiling while holding his daughter he shares with Paige, Izzy Oona, while Paige introduces their newborn son, Max Charles, to the world. The boy was born November 30. Murphy’s other kids in the pic include his oldest son, Eric, whom he shares with Paulette McNeely, his son, Christian, whom he shares with Tamara Hood, his daughters, Bella Zahra, Zola Ivy, Shayne Audra and Bria and son Miles Mitchell … he shares those 5 with ex-wife Nicole Mitchell Murphy. Rob Kardashian Finally Resurfaces in Family Christmas Video: WATCH!

Just days after Khloe Kardashian affirmed her love for her brother , Rob Kardashian has resurfaced. Christmas morning is a big deal in the Kardashian family, and he and Dream were there to participate. His sister Kim caught it all on film — including her brother. Take a look: Tuesday morning was Christmas for those who celebrate, and nobody celebrates like the Kardashians. Generations of the famous family flocked to Momager Kris' house to reap their family's bounty. That means that all of the young cousins, three of whom are babies born just this year, were present. One of the young cousins was Dream Kardashian, who's really more of a toddler at this point. And she didn't come alone. In a video thta Kim shared to her Instagram Stories, we see sweet little Dream being carried and kissed by her father, Rob. In part of Kim's video, she gives Rob a little head's up before she films Dream. “I'm just going to get little Dream,” Kim says. She repeats: “Rob, I'm just going to get little Dream. Merry Christmas, Dreamy Dream!” Dream is looking as cute as a button, but also a bit overwhelmed and perhaps a little sleepy, in the video. Rob encourages his daughter. “Say Merry Christmas!” Rob encourages from off-camera. “You can say Merry Christmas!” Dream was clearly feeling a little too contemplative to speak. Rob does appear in the video — just his lips and nose — as he kisses his baby girl on her cheek. So cute! Some of Dream's other cousins were feeling a bit more sociable. We also see this precious, filtered photo of North West, who is growing up so quickly. In her arms is none other than her eight-month-old cousin, True Thompson. In a short video that we've made into a gif for your viewing convenience, Penelope rides on a functional unicorn toy. The timing of everything in the gif, especially when Kourtney's daughter turns her head, is absolutely golden. The video makes it very clear that there are other wheeled unicorn toys in the house. There may not be one for every grandchild, but even the Kardashians can share — if they have to. We also see array after array of gifts for the children as well as for the adults. Sometimes, families in which everyone — or almost everyone — is financially successful can enter a lull where they don't know what to buy each other. What do you buy for Kim Kardashian that she cannot purchase for herself? But once grandchildren enter the picture, gift-giving can become a lot more exciting. And we have a sneaking suspicion that Kris has always gone out of her way to make sure that Krismas morning is enjoyable for everyone. It's sweet that Rob made an appearance with Dream. Some might cynically suggest that he was half-motivated by presents, and also that he had no choice because he's broke and lives with his mom anyway. But what really stood out to us was how respectful Kim was of Rob's boundaries. He is very camera-shy, in part because of his weight , and Kim made sure to give him fair warning that she was going to film Dream. That is absolutely the right way to act around someone who doesn't want to be photographed or filmed. Of course … we wish that Rob had shown the same level of respect in July of 2017. Maybe then he wouldn't have plastered Blac Chyna's nudes all over the internet.

Shannon Beador: David Can’t Stop Me From Drinking Around Our Kids!!

Last week, David Beador accused Shannon of being a drunk who couldn’t take care of their three teenage daughters. He based his court filing on statements that she had made on the The Real Housewives of Orange County reunion special. Now, Shannon is firing back with a court filing of her own. She says that David is just bitter. In court documents obtained by Us Weekly , Shannon Beador is firing back at David’s claims that she’s too drunk to care for their teen daughters. “I am informed and believe — based on his communication with me (and sometimes his refusal to communicate),” Shannon begins. She continues: “that the Respondent is deeply angry with me.” That happens a lot in contentious divorces, and the Beador split is definitely that. (Remember when David had the water shut off at her house, where his own daughters live? Yeah) “And,” Shannon says, David “was looking to hurt and embarrass me.” “His Request for Order was apparently designed to attract media attention and assert control,” Shannon speculates. Celebrity divorces are tricky, not only because of the finances involved, but because filings are often made public. That can really change someone’s agenda if either party is feeling petty. “The term to which Respondent refers (and mischaracterizes), ‘self-medicate,’ was used during a frank conversation,” Shannon says. She was talking “about the breakdown of our marriage and the issues precipitating it.” Shannon then provides context: “The conversation was filmed for the television show of which I have been a cast member for five years.” “At no time did I use the term ‘self-medicating’ or say that I was abusing alcohol,” Shannon points out. She then points out that reality television is not a documentary or a confession. The filing says: “Respondent is basing his request on a moment of a TV show that has been edited for entertainment purposes.” A court could conceivably subpoena raw, unedited footage from a reality series. This would make sense, especially for a reality show about families, if the court suspects that cameras have evidence of wrongdoing. But what airs on Bravo is almost never going to meet courtroom standards for evidence. Shannon makes it clear that she is not claiming to be perfect. “In real life,” Shannon says. “I have admitted to making a handful of poor choices in the last year-and-a-half.” Real life should not be conflated with her show. “But I have taken responsibility for my mistakes,” she asserts. “And discussed them with our children, their therapist, and my therapist.” Shannon adds: “The same cannot be said about the Respondent’s accountability.” Ultimately, Shannon says that she does not consent to David’s demand that she abstain from any alcohol while her children are present. But Shannon suggests a parental order of her own. Her filing reads: “(a) neither parent shall engage in any behavior that is detrimental to the children,” It continues: “(b) each party shall supervise the children appropriately when they are in his/her care.” Finally: “And (c) each party shall co-parent cooperatively and communicate respectfully with the other at all time.” We suggest that she not hold her breath for David to agree to that. Lock Her Up: Matt Barnes Claims Gloria Govan Is A Habitual Violator Restraining Order, Wants Her Arrested

Source: David Livingston / Getty Matt Barnes Takes Gloria Govan To Court For Violating Restraining Order Things between Matt Barnes and Gloria Govan are U-G-L-Y and there is no need for an alibi as their dislike for one another is not obfuscated in any way, shape, or form. Despite a judge placing Govan under a restraining order, it doesn’t appear that Gloria has much respect for the order. According to The Blast, Matt Barnes is asking that his ex-wife be arrested for blatantly violating the ruling. Lawyers representing both sides took to court on Wednesday to make their case. Barnes’ lawyer stated that Gloria has made unlawful contact with the children 59 times via texts, FaceTimes and a football game appearance since she was banned from their presence. Matt also claims that Gloria is using a tracking app to keep tabs on the kids’ location. Inexplicable, Gloria’s lawyer argued that none of these things necessary constitute a violation of the judge’s order and wants the charges dismissed. Not sure how that works, but good luck with that. Seems like Gloria just needs to accept the fact that she played herself and needs to appear sane and non-hostile in order to potentially have the chance to regain some custody of her children. It’s been two years since Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt . In that time, reports of Pitt and Jolie’s custody battle have provided constant fodder for salacious tabloid fodder. But as is so often the case with this sort of thing, all the focus on the feuding stars has overshadowed the children at the center of the battle. According to Radar Online, Brad and Angelina have reached a custody agreement, but Brad still won’t be able to see his children nearly asd much as he wants to. And it seems the reason for that is that the eldest three just don’t want to spend time with him. “It’s not the big win that Brad was hoping for,” a source tells the site. He’s getting the joint physical and legal custody he asked for, but there are contingencies.” The insider adds that Brad is deeply wounded by his children’s decision. “His eldest kids never want to see Dad, and that hurts him. They’re on Angie’s side — and always have been,” says the source. “These three kids are at the age where they can decide things for themselves. Brad is left hoping they come to see him out of their own free will.” It seems the biggest holdout is Brad and Angelina’s oldest son, Maddox. As you may recall, it was a fight between Brad and Maddox that prompted Angelina to file for divorce, and it seems the 17-year-old is still very upset by what transpired that day. “Brad’s very sad about what happened but accepts the relationship is deteriorated beyond repair. He won’t force Maddox into anything,” the insider tells Radar. Zahara and Pax reportedly share their brother’s misgivings about Brad. Insiders say Brad and Angie’s 10-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox “don’t have a lot of the serious issues their siblings do.” Caught in the middle is 12-year-old Shiloh, who reportedly feels loyalty to both parents. “Shiloh’s case is perhaps the most painful of all. She wants to see her father and is desperate to have some kind of relationship with him but she’s afraid of him, too,” says the source. “Brad can be thickheaded sometimes, and Shiloh’s at a sensitive age. Brad’s trying to change.” The situation has apparently taken a tremendous toll on the pre-teen: “She’s been struggling,” an insider claims. “Shiloh even ran away from home last summer, and it was hours before anyone realized it.” Sources say the custody battle was brutal for Brad who was forced to anser some very difficult questions and watched as his eledest children testified against him: “Brad’s mental health was called into question,” “The children explained he mistreated their mother, and he was moody and indifferent to their needs. “He’s been ordered to get individual counseling for his psychological issues while continuing his recovery Opens a New Window.  for alcohol addiction.” The source adds that the ongoing custody battle has taken a tremendous toll on Angelina’s mental health. “Angie can’t sleep,”  “Her vicious battles with Brad have kept her up at night! She now suffers from terrible insomnia — which leads to crippling anxiety … She’s a bundle of nerves and worries constantly.” Another insider adds that Angelina is “losing weight again at an alarming rate.” The sour battle may have finally come to an end, but needless to say, this situation remains very tumultuous.
