It appears as if no one will be particularly happy on Keeping Up with the Kardashians this Sunday night. In clips previously posted on The Hollywood Gossip, Kim Kardashian freaked out after seeing that a paparazzo has snapped some unflattering photos of her and shared them online: We also shared a sneak peek of Kim breaking down in a puddle of tears because she feared for her safety while on vacation in Mexico. Here. Look at how that attack in Paris is still having an effect on the star in the following video: So this brings us to Kourtney Kardashian. Below, having just returned from this same trip down south with her sister, Kourtney stops by her mom's office and asks how ex-lover Scott Disick has been in her absence. “I think that he was jealous because you were having fun spending time with other people,” Kris replies, which really sets her daughter off. “Well that's really not fair,” Kourtney says. “It's just like I can't even live my life. I can't even go anywhere. He needs to get a f–king life and leave me alone. “All he does is try to make everybody else feel bad for him and try to make me look like the bad guy in this situation when clearly I'm not from 10 years of this going on.” “Wouldn't you be sad if he truly left you alone?” Kris asks in response. “You always want what you can't have. And when somebody's right there giving you their heart on a platter.” (NOTE: Is that really what Disick has been doing? The guy is dating Sofia Richie and has basically had a young harem for months now .) “He's not! He's not though!” Kourtney says, getting angry and adding: “That's what he makes it seem! To you, to Kim, to Khloe, to the world, to everybody! He sits there and grovels and feels bad for himself. So if that was his truth, why can't he get it together?” That's a valid question. Disick continues to get drunk all the time, party a lot and hook up left and right. “I have to handle it when he's out photographed with a different hooker every day,” Kourtney says emphatically in this sneak peek. In recent weeks, rumors of Prince Harry proposing to Meghan Markle have been all over social media and the tabloids. Across platforms, the consensus seems to be that the engagement is virtually a done deal. In fact some, believe that Harry and Meghan are already engaged and simply have yet to make a formal announcement. So what’s the holdup? Well, it’s important to remember that this is a royal engagement we’re talking about, and while it’s unlikely that Harry will ever take the throne, his marriage is still a matter of interest across the British empire. As a result, Meghan and Harry can’t just post a ring selfie on Facebook and call it a day. Several higher-ups need to sign off on the coupling before any sort of announcement can be made. And as candidates for royal marriage go, Meghan is a bit of a divisive one. To be clear, if there’s any hesitance from Harry’s family, it’s almost certainly not due to Meghan as a person. By all accounts she’s been well received by Harry’s father and brother, as well as by Kate Middleton and the Queen. (Sure, there are those rumors that Camilla Parker Bowles doesn’t like Meghan , but who the hell cares what she thinks, anyway?) There are three main issues that might give royal authorities pause when it comes to signing off on a marriage between Harry and Meghan. For starters, Meghan is American. For royal history buffs the situation might bring to mind that of Wallis Simpson and King Edward VIII. Edward was forced to abdicate the throne in order to marry his American wife in 1936. In that case, however, the issue wasn’t so much that Simpson was American, as there are no clear rules against Royals getting hitched to foreigners. No, the reason Edward was forced to step down was the fact that Simpson was a divorcee … as is Meghan. Markle married Trevor Engelson in 2013, and the actor has already been a bit of a thorn in the royals’ side. Fans of Netflix’s The Crown are likely already familiar with the royal family’s policy on marrying divorcees: It’s strictly forbidden. The show portrays the romance between Princess Margaret, sister of Queen Elizabeth II, and Captain Peter Townsend, a pilot whom she was not allowed to marry because he had been divorced. Recent letters from the time reveal that the Queen would have allowed the marriage if Margaret were willing to give up her rights to succession of the throne. Of course, that was a different time and given a chance to make that decision again, the Queen would probably choose differently. And she’ll likely get a chance to do exactly that in the case of Harry and Meghan. The only other matter that stands in Meghan and Harry’s way–or that would have at one time, anyway–is the fact that Meghan is Catholic. Fortunately, the rule forbidding members of the royal family from marrying Catholics was lifted by the Queen in 2013. So there you have it. While there are certainly some complexities in play, Harry should be permitted to marry Meghan. We’re there are lots of guys out there who wish they had so many excuses to put off proposing, but we’re guessing Harry ain’t one of ’em!
On September 10th, not even a month ago, baby Ember Jean was born to Audrey and Jeremy Roloff. Jer and Auj are losing sleep and overwhelmed, but they’re making it work. And they’re looking ahead to the future. Like all good, first-time parents, it sounds like these two are agonizing over how to raise their kid. Being a parent is the toughest job in the world. Recently, Jeremy Roloff shared the first close-up photo of Ember Jean’s face . Along with it, he shared a little about his experience so far with being a parent. “Ember Jean is two and a half weeks old already!” Now she’s closer to a month — she’ll soon be growing up before our very eyes. “She’s doing great, loving life and practicing her singing whenever she’s hungry or needs to poo… Auj has had a tough few weeks, (more on that over on her profile) but that’s not to negate the fact that she’s having fun and enjoying being a first time mother!” Audrey Roloff’s postpartum symptoms are absolutely zero fun, but she has a support network and she’s going to be okay. And so will their cat. “Pine, Pine is wondering why we brought this “thing” home.” Cats can actually develop beautiful bonds with their humans, but right now the cat has to be like “this is the most useless, noisiest hairless cat in this entire colony of hairless cats.” Because, to cats, we’re all just huge, dumb cats. “And me, I’m a Dad – loving the perspective shifts and late night cuddles while I read my book.” With the exhaustion and stress comes a sense of satisfaction. Having kids is a milestone for a lot of people. The new parents spoke to Us Weekly about their anxieties about raising Ember Jean . “Just balancing life while being a mom, like work and marriage and other family members and friendships and all of that, just trying to find a rhythm.” We all know what work-life balance is like. Being a parent means always putting your child first, but if you forget to take time for yourself, you’ll completely lose your mind. What’s eating at Jer? Questions of how to raise Ember. ““For me, specifically, just parenting in the sense of discipline when they start getting older and that just makes me nervous because you can do it really, really right and you can also do it really, really wrong.” Our first comment is, of course, don’t panic. While it’s true that a lot of child-abusers use “discipline” as a euphemism for their abuse, there are non-abusive parents who use the term. It looks like Jer is very conscious of how awful some parenting can be, what with is “you can also do it really, really wrong,” line. Obviously, abuse is in the “really, really wrong” category. But it’s possible to develop an adversarial relationship with your children even without, you know, causing them pain. If a parent is obsessed with consequences, or always winning (and never picking their battles), you’re probably going to see a child who grows up full of resentment, literally counting down the months and weeks and days until they escape off to college. You might get a rebellious rule-breaker even before that, too — depending upon the child. And if you do, that’s 100% on you. The key is to, well, find a balance — don’t be an authoritarian parent, but also don’t be automatically permissive of everything. The general advice is to be authoritative — that is, you know that you’re in charge and they do to — without feeling the need to assert your authority at all times. The couple mentions that Audrey was brought up in a very strict environment, while Jeremy had a lot more freedom. We’d say that the Roloff kids turned out pretty well, so taking advice from Matt and Amy sounds like a good idea. Jeremy says that everyone has one idea or another. “Ultimately, like, everyone is gonna tell you all these different things to do and try.” Yeah, some people’s ideas will horrify you, but others might be helpful. “There are so many different ways to parent and raise a baby and all that, but ultimately just kind of trusting your gut I guess and doing what you think is best.” Depends on your gut, to be honest. “I feel like we feel confident in it.” He’s confident, but he’s honest. “I think we’re ready for this journey, but are we prepared? No. I don’t think you can be prepared. Similarly to marriage, you just do it and it happens and then you kind of catch up to it.” He’s right — no one is ever 100% prepared for their first child. Because each child is different, we’d say that no one is 100% prepared for their second or third children, either. But the fact that they’re thinking and worrying about how to do things the right way is a great sign. Not thinking about what’s right, not worrying, is how you become a bad parent. The explosive New York Times report accusing Hollywood producer and mogul Harvey Weinstein of sexual harassment includes a strange statement from Weinstein himself. The “Pulp Fiction” and “Scream” producer claims to be quoting collaborator JAY-Z ‘s 4:44 album to show his remorse, but there is no records of the lyrics he’s referencing. Weinstein’s statement: Jay Z wrote in 4:44 “I’m not the man I thought I was and I better be that man for my children.” The same is true for me. Was he thinking of these lyrics? And if my children knew I don’t even know what I would do If they ain’t look at me the same I would prob’ly die with all the shame SPIN has the full report: Weinstein’s statement also referenced an ostensible quote from “4:44,” Jay-Z ’s song of contrition for apparently cheating on his wife Beyoncé . (Weinstein and Jay-Z are also in business together on multiple film and TV projects , including one involving Lisa Bloom , an attorney who is helping defend Weinstein from these allegations.) The quote is ridiculous on his face–having an affair is not the same thing sexually violating multiple women–and is made even more so by the fact that it’s not really a Jay-Z quote at all. We hate to be the bearers of bad news, but it sounds like Meghan Markle is not a witch. Hmmm … this might require some context. You see, it’s about a story relating to Kate Middleton’s pregnancy . … Kate Middleton is pregnant with her third royal baby. Everyone’s excited about it. Admittedly, this kind of thing has diminishing returns in terms of public excitement, but still, everybody’s pumped. Among other things, another royal child will be a welcome distraction to the Brits in the face of the looming chaos and despair that is Brexit. Over a week before they announced Kate’s pregnancy, we told you that Kate Middleton was probably pregnant again . We even listed the reasons why — one of which being that there were signs that she was “ill.” Kate is known to suffer from particularly unpleasant morning sickness. Specifically, she has hyperemesis gravidarum , which means that her morning sickness is so unpleasant that it has a name that sounds like a Harry Potter spell. Which brings us to Meghan Markle and her alleged healing powers: So, there was a story going around that said that Kate Middleton couldn’t eat because of her extreme morning sickness. (Sorry, late ’90s television shows — not everything’s better when it’s “extreme”) That sounds totally believable, right? Morning sickness, even the normal kind, can be hell on the body. Star came forward with a story in which their source claims that Meghan Markle provided a solution to Kate Middleton’s problems. “Meghan put her culinary expertise to royal use. She researched all-natural, ancient remedies for morning sickness, then made a mild broth using organic herbs.” There’s … so much in that. One, there’s the implication that MegMar was able to fix something that Kate’s doctors could not. Two, the always dubious “all-natural ancient remedies.” We’re all for herbal remedies (sometimes) but just because people did something a long time ago doesn’t mean that it works. Three, citing her “culinary expertise” is next-level amazing. Using food to heal an illness is something normally reserved for video games. “[Markle] had it rushed to Kate’s bed chamber.” The use of the word “chamber” is always more fun than “rooms.” Because, you know, they’re royalty. “Grateful Prince William gushed it was the first thing his pale princess had been able to get down in days.” Nice alliteration. So, like we said, we are sad to say that Meghan Markle does not seem to be a witch. We’re sure that this would be great relief to Prince Harry’s ancestor, King James I, who was absolutely terrified of witches to the point where he’d have probably fainted on the spot if someone had offered to read his palm. But gosh, it sure is less interesting than Prince Harry’s girlfriend and very likely his future wife secretly being able to cure incurable ails through natural remedies and the culinary arts. But Gossip Cop reports that the story is bogus. They report that a reliable source close to Meghan Markle assured them that it’s a total fabrication. So … that’s that. The fact of the matter is that people are thirsty for stories showing what kind of relationship Meghan Markle has with Harry’s family. Kate Middleton was an outsider in that she wasn’t royalty already. That was, at the time, a big deal. Meghan Markle is a divorced actress and she’s American. We’ve come a long way from Princess Diana having had to “prove” her virginity. But … some worry that Meghan is such an outsider that Harry’s family might just put on polite smiles in public but secretly be discouraging their union. People want reassurance that she’ll get along well with the people who could very well become her in-laws. That, we imagine, is why this story had such appeal. This could be a recipe for success … or disaster. But you know how Khloe Kardashian is pregnant with Tristan Thompson’s baby? Kris Jenner is looking for ways to profit from that (to no one’s surprise), For the longest time, it seemed like Khloe Kardashian just couldn’t get pregnant. As it turns out, Khloe’s uterus wasn’t to blame for all of that. Recently, Khloe strongly suggested that Lamar Odom is sterile when confronted about getting pregnant now despite past storylines making her seem barren. Tristan Thompson sure isn’t firing blanks, though. Kylie is pregnant and will become a mother at age 20. Kim is pregnant via surrogate and is set to welcome her third child into the world. Khloe is pregnant at an appropriate age, but this will be her first. Like any mother about to see one of her children give birth for the first time and about to get another grandchild, Kris Jenner must have been over the moon. Specifically, she was excited about all of the fun ways that she could use this good news … to rake in more dough. RadarOnline reports that Kris has something very specific in mind in terms of monetizing Khloe’s pregnancy . Specifically, Khloe would get her own miniseries. “Kris is really pushing for Khloe to do a Keeping Up with the Kardashians spinoff to document her pregnancy.” Unlike Kocktails With Khloe , which reportedly ended because Khloe was losing interest in doing it, this is a series that would have a limited run by its very nature. Like … you can’t renew a pregnancy. “She told Khloe that she would even be willing to film it in Cleveland, since that is where she spends most of her time.” That makes us wonder … is Khloe planning on raising her child in Cleveland? No shade, but … we’ve never spoken to any Ohio natives who were glad to have grown up there. “Kris thinks that it would be a nice change to shoot in Ohio because it would hit a completely different demo than what KUWTK viewers are used to.” Is that really how demographics work? Like, surely it would be the same people watching. Plus maybe a few folks in Ohio keeping an eye out for familiar landmarks. And maybe some sportsball fans who want to see Tristan Thompson, we suppose. Overall, RadarOnline ‘s source says tht Kris Jenner’s excitement is immeasurable. “Kris is absolutely through the roof fight now.” We can only imagine. “This is like a dream come true for her because more babies means more grandkids and better ratings for their TV show.” Kris will certainly love her new grandchildren. Like, in the way that a grandmother loves her grandchildren. And that’s not in any way diminished by how excited she must be for the ways that this news can influence her family’s businesses. Because she’s definitely going to use these future little bundles of joy to get bundles of dough. She already cashed in pretty famously on the births of Kourtney, Kim, and even Rob’s babies. (And speaking of Rob Kardashian, we wonder if baby Dream gave two of Rob’s siblings baby fever … but that’s a topic for another time) To be clear, we do not mean any of what we’ve said about Kris here in a critical manner. Kris Jenner is amazing and, quite frankly, a role model. The Momager can use infamy, “bad” publicity, scandals, and outright hatred to her advantage and she’s turned her family’s existence into a media empire that’s spawned multiple wildly successful businesses. That means that not only is she incredibly wealthy — even more so than she was before — but her children are all extremely rich. (Well, Rob is just … rich) Which sets up her grandchildren to all one day be rich themselves, with endless opportunities before them. Isn’t it every grandparent’s dream to be able to do something like that for their offspring and grandchildren? That’s a powerful, admirable legacy. Monty Hall, the legendary television personality best known for hosting Let’s Make a Deal on CBS, died Saturday of heart failure at his home in Beverly Hills. He was 96 years old. The New York Times first confirmed this sad piece ofnews. Hall co-created the aforementioned hit game show and launched it as the emcee in 1963. At the time of its premiere, Let’s Make a Deal helped anchor CBS’ daytime lineup; it eventually moved to primetime in 1968. Hall had hosted a number of programs prior to striking it big with this series… which remains on the air today (Wayne Brady is host) and which encourages audience members to dress up in outlandish costumes while they barter for the best prize possible. A syndicated version of Let’s Make a Deal aired on and off throughout the 1970s and 80s, prior to returning to NBC for a brief run from 1990-1991. The show was then revived with Brady in 2009, with Hall putting in occasional guest appearances Hall received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1973. As a Canadian native, he was named to the Order of Canada in 1988. Hall is survived by three children: actress Joanna Gleason; TV executive Sharon Hall; and TV producer Richard Hall; in addition to a brother and five grandchildren. His wife Marilyn passed away in June. The Roloffs are not the Kardashians. The family at the center of Little People, Big World has managed to strike it big mostly because they are interesting, kind and close-knit. Not a lot of controversy has followed around Matt, Amy and/or their children. But this doesn't mean the TLC stars are as squeaky clean as you may have previously believed. Just consider a few of the interesting tidbits we've uncovered below… 1. Matt Roloff Was Arrested Twice for Drunk Driving Once in 2003, after which the charges were dropped because he completed an alcohol diversion program; and once in 2007, after an officer spotted him driving erratically after leaving a bar. 2. Jacob Was Forced to Star Okay, “forced” may be a strong way of putting it… but he didn’t have much of a say at nine years old when the cameras started rolling and made it clear over the years to reporters that he was never really comfortable. Jacob left the show in 2016. 3. Their Neighbors are Not on Team Roloff The family farm gets very busy, especially in early fall, angering those who live nearby. Some neighbors have complained that the farm is a waste of time and an “over-priced celebrity gawk-fest,” that brings in large, annoying crowds. 4. Kim Kardashian has become the first member of her family to speak on Kylie Jenner’s shocking pregnancy. Has she sent her sister best wishes? Confirmed the due date? Suggested baby names? Nope, nope and… would anyone really take advice from Kim on baby names anyway?!? A few days after the Internet was rocked by the scoop that Kylie is pregnant with Travis Scott’s baby , Kim has come out and slammed a couple stories associated with this development. She’s basically labeled them as Fake News. First, there was the People Magazine article that alleged Kim was taken aback by her sibling’s big announcement. And not in the positive sense. This post quoted a source who said Kim “didn’t respond well at first” to Kylie’s pregnancy reveal. “Her reaction was, ‘Seriously?'” an insider told the outlet, adding: “It’s like she and Kanye had gone on this whole journey to get pregnant for months, and now this happens to Kylie. She teared up. It definitely took a lot of time for her to process it.” (Kim has been open about her difficult pregnancies and is using a surrogate to welcome a third child early next year.) In response to a Harper’s Bazaar Tweet about this report that’s captioned, “This sounds like a very awkward conversation..”, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star wrote: “This sounds like a very fake story… “.” On Monday, meanwhile, The Sun claimed that Caitlyn Jenner had confirmed Kyle’s expecting state by simply saying her daughter got knocked up “some time ago.” Another story alleged Caitlyn is unhappy about this development because she thinks Kylie is too young to be a mother. Has Caitlyn really expressed either of these sentiments? Not according to Kim Kardashian. “And speaking of fake stories… The media is super shady for posting fake quotes from Caitlyn when she hasn’t spoke to anyone,” she Tweeted. We appreciate Kim standing up for herself with the first response above and for her step-father with the second. But we can’t help but notice something else about these Tweets: They did not deny Kylie is pregnant. Granted, at this point, with so many reliable outlets, publications and sources confirming the news, there’s no real doubt about its legitimacy. Still, though. While Kim was aiming to shoot down some misleading narratives, she has also managed to confirm the most important story of all here: Kylie Jenner, at age 20, really is pregnant. As previously noted, Kim and Kanye West are expecting a little girl via surrogate, reportedly in January. Moreover, Khloe Kardashian is also pregnant ! It’s incredible, but true, as news broke on Monday evening that Khloe and Tristan Thompson are expecting their first kid some time early next year. Just like Kylie – and just like Kim for her first pregnancy and Kourtney for all three of hers – Khloe is not married. She’s in a serious relationship and everything, but we’re still just saying. How come no one in this family can ever have a child in wedlock?!? Partial judgment aside, we’re extremely happy for Khloe. She has spoken candidly over the years about her trouble conceiving and her desire to start a family. It’s clear she loves Thompson a lot and it’s clear her future son or daughter will grow up in a healthy household. We hope the same holds true for Kylie. We have a few more doubts, considering her age and the tenuous state of her romance with Scott. But for all the reasons we criticize the Kardashians and Jenners, we try never to say a word about their children or their ability to parent. It’s a challenging job and they all seem to do the best they can with it. So… congrats to both Kylie and Khloe! We wish you well.
Kai is one of the most manipulative people in the history of television, and Evan Peters is playing him so well. When American Horror Story Season 7 Episode 4 got underway, we picked up with all of the characters voting in the election, and we got to see some mass hysteria at the polling station in the form of Chaz Bono’s character making his way to the station without his hand. Watch American Horror Story Season 7 Episode 4 Online But, how did that all happen? The episode took us all the way back and filled in a lot of the blanks. In a heinous move, Gary sexually assaulted Ivy during a rally. We got to see a much nicer and less paranoid version of Ally, and she did not want to attend the rally because she thought there was no way a reality TV star was getting inside the White House. She probably feels very silly right about now! Winter came to Ivy’s defense during the big ordeal, proving they knew each other Winter was hired to look after Ozzy. The pair joined forces and kidnapped Gary in the hopes of making sure he could not vote for Trump. Not one to miss out on a move, Kai joined in on the fun and helped Gary escape, but it involved letting the man cut his hand off. And just like that, Kai had a brand new follower. Gary was not his only new lemming, however. We got to see what really happened between Meadow and Harrison before they joined forces with the blue-haired world dominator. Harrison’s life was all over the place before Kai helped him see something better. It took Harrison killing his awful boss to understand just how powerful Kai was. Meadow was mad because Harrison did not satisfy her in the bedroom. That’s what happens when you make a pact to marry your Gay BFF. The odd thing about all of it was the Meadow did not seem concerned about Harrison slicing and dicing the corpse of his boss in a motel room. Harrison seemed like he wanted a sense of direction and that’s exactly what Kai gave him, so that explains why a lot of stuff has happened in recent weeks. Emma Roberts was also in the fold as Serena, who could easily pass as a brunette version of Chanel Oberlin from Scream Queens. She was the woman who was giving out oral sex to get to the top of the TV hosting game. Beverly was mad that Serena was getting her way, so Kai helped Beverly out by killing Serena and the cameraman live on air during a segment on dogs. So, Serena had a one-episode stint, and it advanced the plot in a big way. We now know a lot about Kai’s plan and that the clowns are very much real. The bigger question right now surrounds Ivy and whether she was having sex with Winter before hiring her. That would be messed up, especially when you consider her reaction to Winter getting hot and heavy with Ally. What did you think of the episode? Sound off below!
