The Ancient Fear: Star Wars Episode VII Title Revealed?

Last week, a rumor made the rounds online that Star Wars Episode VII: The Order of the Jedi would be the official title for J.J. Abrams new addition to the iconic film franchise.  Now, movie Harry Knowles has declared those reports bogus and insists that he has insider knowledge of the film’s actual title. Andy Serkis Andy Serkis will appear in Star Wars: Episode VII. He is best known for his voice and motion-capture work, portraying Gollum in the Lord of the Rings films. 4. Domhnall Gleeson Gleeson will appear in Star Wars: Episode VII. He is best known for playing Bill Weasley in the Harry Potter films. 5. John Boyega British actor Boyega will appear in Star Wars: Episode VII. He is best known for his role in Attck the Block. 6. Max Von Sydow Veteran actor Max Von Sydow will appear in Star Wars: Episode VII. He is best known for his roles in classic films directed by Ingmar Bergman and Woody Allen. According to Knowles, Abrams and company will begin filming with the working title, The Ancient Fear .  The name of the movie apparently refers to a villain played by 85-year-old acting legend Max Von Sydow. Unconfirmed reports state that Abrams and Von Sydow are intent on making the character (for whom Von Sydow may only provide voice work) the most terrifying villain yet seen in the Star Wars franchise. No mean feat for the series that gave us Darth Vader, Darth Maul and various other badass Darths.  Since it seems unlikely that such a closely-guarded production would leak such key information as a title, many believe The Ancient Fear has been intentionally leaked in order to mislead the media. This wouldn’t be the first time a Star Wars film employed such diversionary tactics. In 1983, Return of the Jedi was shipped to theaters under the phony title, Blue Harvest .  Sadly, now that the Episode VII cast has been announced, it may be some time before we receive any new official news from the film’s producers.

Yovanna Ventura may totally be getting it on with Justin Bieber. Talk of the singer and this model as a romantic item heated up over the weekend after Bieber posted a photo with Yovanna Ventura on his Instagram account, one in which the two looked mighty cozy. And now TMZ has run footage of Bieber and Ventura hanging out in Venice Beach. After strolling around the boardwalk for a spell yesterday, Justin and Yovanna hopped into a bicycle rickshaw, which – hilariously – was too small to fit Bieber’s bodyguard. So you can watch the rumored couple enjoy a ride along the beach now, while this entourage member tries to enjoy a forced run: Yovanna Ventura: Biking with Justin Bieber! Bieber is definitely not dating Selena Gomez any longer, that much we know for certain. The stars had yet another falling out and it may be due to the fact that Justin has been spending a lot of time with both Kylie and Kendall Jenner. In fact, Bieber and Kylie also hung out in Sin City a few days ago and a new rumor states that Kylie may have asked Bieber to the Kimye wedding . Lena Headey on Game of Thrones Rape Scene: It Wasn’t Right … But iht Felt Great

A recent episode of the smash HBO drama Game of Thrones featured a controversial scene which appeared to depict non-consensual sex between two siblings next to the body of their dead son. George R.R. Martin – author of the books upon which the series is based – immediately responded to criticism of the controversial rape scene clarifying that the action played out differently in the novel, but still defending the shocking decision on the part of the show’s producers. Now, actress Lena Headey – who plays Cersei Lannister, the object of her brother’s unwanted advances – has addressed the scene for the first time and her comments are likely to create more controversy. Attempting to help the audience identify with Cersei’s circumstances, Headey said: “She’s staring at the body of her dead son…she’s joined by her brother who’s also her lover, so, you know we’ve got bigger problems than the one everyone is talking about.” Many have taken issue with Headey’s claims that there were “bigger issues” in the scene than incestuous rape, but amazingly her defense of the scene gets even more un-PC:  “There’s lust and desperation…there was this need,” Headey says, describing the character’s motivations. “It wasn’t right and yet it felt great and it played out the way it did.” She added, “And I was really happy with it.” Headey is right that there were many intermingling emotions and desires involved in the scene, but going forward, we would advise her to tread lightly when discussing it, so as not to seem flippant about the trauma endured by rape victims. So when he admitted to cheating on his wife of six years in a recent web post, Chinese social media users went crazy…like really crazy! Weibo – the Chinese equivalent of Twitter – reported that Zhang’s apology received over 2.5 million comments and 1 million re-tweets in just 10 hours yesterday, making it the most popular post in the site’s history. “I have brought this upon myself,” Zhang Tweeted. “A mistake is a mistake. This has nothing to do with anyone else.” Fan responses ranged from sympathy to the kind of seething rage we’ve all grown to expect from Internet users. Zhang’s wife replied simply, “Being in love is easy, being married is not.” The couple is expected to stay together. While Zhang may now hold the title of China’s most popular tweeter, he still falls short of the worldwide crown. That belongs to Ellen DeGeneres, whose now-famous Oscar selfie was re-tweeted nearly 2 million times in its first hour alone and crashed Twitter on the night of the awards show.
