Actress Mischa Barton has made a major switch once again, trading in her long brown curls in favor of a choppy blond 'do that more closely resembles the look she sported on The O.C. Barton was spotted leaving Beverly Hills' Byron & Tracey salon this week in a cute, snug-fitting blue and red dress, bright red heels, and a slouchy black blazer.
