Justin Bieber Writes Song About Selena Gomez Break Up Teeny bopper turned piff-puffin’ pop star Justin Bieber is feeling the aftermath from getting kicked to the curb by his former lil Latina lover Selena Gomez ……and he’s ready to tell the world about it in a song. via MTV Beliebers already have it marked on their calendars, but for those not in the know, Justin Bieber drops his Believe Acoustic album Tuesday. Amid unplugged versions of tracks from his 2012 release, there are also three new tracks, one of which, “Nothing Like Us,” is Bieber’s ode to former flame Selena Gomez. “Because at the end of the day, there’s nothing like us, you know? That’s just it. It is what it is,” Bieber says in the new issue of Billboard about the tune, which manager Scooter Braun confirmed is about the split. “People are going to relate to that.” Bieber told the magazine he’s feeling the pain of that breakup. “I’m not in the happiest place that I’ve ever been,” he said. “I’m trying to get through what I’m going through. Like I said, I have my really close friends to cheer me up and keep me going.” The most notable lyrics from the song lest fans hear the Biebs pour his soggy lil heart all on the track: “Gave you everything/Everything I had to give/Girl, why would you push me away/Lost in confusion/Like an illusion/You know I’m used to making your day/That’s in the past now/We didn’t last now/Guess that this is meant to be /Tell me was it worth it/We were so perfect /Baby, I just want you to see.” Awww poor thang.
Could Breezy be facing some serious slammer time following his fade with Frank Ocean ? BOSSIP spoke with a legal expert who says Chris Brown could be looking at a whole lotta time! “It is my understanding that there have been reports that the altercation between Mr. Chris Brown and Mr. Frank Ocean involved more nefarious issues than a parking space,” Atlanta based lawyer Kevin T. Connor told BOSSIP. “Specifically, it has been suggested that the incident was motivated and fueled by Mr. Brown’s anti-gay sentiments. If it could be established that, indeed, the brawl was motivated by the actual or perceived sexual orientation of the victim, it could be prosecuted as a hate crime in the State of California and/or under federal law.” Here’s the definition of a hate crime: Generally speaking, a “hate crime” is one where the accused uses force or threatens the use of force to injure, intimidate, or interfere with another’s exercise of constitutional rights if motivated by the actual or perceived membership in a protected class, including race, religion, gender, and sexual orientation. The litmus test is the motivation of the aggressor, which may be established by the nature of the accused’s prior statements and conduct, including through those exhibited through social media. In other words — Breezy’s past comments, on Twitter and offline can be used to establish a hate crime motivation. What’s worse is that the fight happened in California which happens to be the first state to pass legislation specific to hate crimes. Connor also says that even if the L.A. County prosecutor chooses not to pursue the case, he could still face a civil lawsuit. “The commission of a hate crime might also expose Mr. Brown to civil liability,” Connor added when discussing the case with BOSSIP. “In such a case, the circumstances do not require the violence be extreme or motivated by hate, or even that the acts constitute a crime.” And if you’re wondering what a criminal charge would mean for Breezy, let’s just say if he does end up in a criminal court, he might as well cancel any tour plans: “Prosecution under a hate crime statute provides for an enhanced punishment beyond the normal maximum sentence for the underlying crime,” Connor told BOSSIP. “In California, for example, should Mr. Brown be charged and convicted of felony assault in this case, his 2-4 year sentence could be enhanced (increased) under the hate crime statute by another 1-4 years, depending upon whether he is found to have acted in concert with others. Additionally, because Mr. Brown is on probation for his previous assault on Rihanna, he is subject to having the balance of his probation revoked, which is to say that he could go to jail for the remainder of his probationary period in addition to any new sentence.” Connor added that while it’s unlikely, it is possible that the case could be certified by the US Attorney General. In that event, Mr. Brown may also be subject to Federal prosecution under the Civil Rights Act of 1968. 18 USC Section 245. In other words messing with Frankie can get you federal charges!!! Chris Brown And Frank Ocean Fight In Los Angeles It’s not even half way through 2013 yet and already Chris Breezy has found himself in the middle of yet another all out brawl with a fellow artist over some bull…. via TMZ Chris Brown was involved in an all-out brawl with Frank Ocean Sunday night, and sources connected with Chris insist Ocean started it. Chris was at Westlake Studio in the L.A. area listening to one of the artists he represents. The sources say as Chris went to leave, Frank Ocean and his crew blocked Chris from leaving. The sources say Frank said, “This is my studio, this is my parking spot.” We’re told Chris went to shake Frank’s hand … and that’s when one of Frank’s people attacked Chris. Sources connected with Chris say one of Chris’ friends jumped in front and hit Frank’s friend. Sources connected with Chris say Frank then came at Chris … Chris pushed him away and they started brawling. The police were called and are on scene now. From what we know so far, it does sound like Frank and his (p)ride-or-die crew jumped out there first….but it still just doesn’t look good that Chris seems to always be involved when somebody is bustin’ heads. Wonder what made Frank’s goons get buck with Breezy?
Karrueche Tran. The model/fashion designer is making a name for herself – and not just for being the third side of a love triangle with Rihanna and Chris Brown . She’s posing nude in Rolling Out magazine! What Rolling Out magazine is or typically talks about, we have no idea. But they got Karrueche to roll out of her clothes, apparently, so respect there. Check out more Karrueche Tran photos after the jump … For better or worse, Karrueche has been a major presence in Chris’ life. He dumped her for Rihanna last year, but may still be involved with her somehow. Tran recently commented that she and Breezy were friends before they were romantic partners, and will remain best friends and business partners. If there’s a high road in all of this, she’s at least trying to take it. Well done, Karrueche. Even if the fact that they’ve been wrapped around Chris Brown’s face may be a turnoff for some, the girl has some great legs.

Having trimmed the field down to 16 coming into this week, Sean Lowe resumed his quest for Mrs. Right in the third episode of The Bachelor . We’re officially entering silly season on The Bachelor, as the episodes between the first two and the last three are oftentimes the most ridiculous. Which of the ladies produced the most drama tonight? What kind of absurd dates were we subjected to? Find out below in THG’s official +/- recap! Check out The Bachelor spoilers if you’re impatient and want to know for sure, but it looked like a number of contenders really stepped up tonight. Some pretenders revealed themselves as such, too. Who, you ask? Lesley M. got the first date, and it was a record-breaker. Literally. A trip to the Guinness World Record Museum ended up with Sean and Lesley trying to break the record for longest on-screen kiss. They did! Plus 20 . It was really awkward and uncomfortable after awhile! Minus 10 . If the producers were going for romantic fireworks? Fail. If they were going for unintentional comedy? Marginal success. Call this one a Wash . The saving grace was that Sean and Lesley really do like each other, and later that night, they had a real date and a good talk together. Plus 15 . Group beach date equals Sean Lowe shirtless. Plus 30 . And Chris Harrison in a pink button-down. Minus 15 . The Bachelor host-pump split the women into teams of six and announced they would play a game of beach volleyball for the right to stay on the date. Good idea in theory, but both teams were beyond terrible. Minus 15 . The winning team (term used loosely) consisted of Desiree, Robyn, Lindsay, Amanda, Jackie and Kacie. They won more alone time with Sean. Desiree is weirded out by Amanda and the fact that she becomes more animated when Sean’s around … like every woman trying to impress a guy ever. Still, the drama heats up, and Kacie Boguskie, Bachelor veteran, goes to tell Sean about it. Minus 50 for being that girl, Kacie B. We used to heart you. Kacie’s plan to turn Sean against both girls obviously backfires when he asks why she’s telling him this if she’s not even involved. [crickets] Plus 30 . Kacie says she felt she had to let him know. Sean Lowe lets her know that she needs to stop acting like a typical Bachelor crazy girl. Plus 10 . The big rose of the night ends up going to Lindsay, who has come a long way since meeting Sean while drunk in a wedding dress. Plus 10 . As we saw in the previews, Tierra falls down the stairs, then quickly recovers after she realized the paramedics were taking her to the hospital. Minus 50 . Not surprisingly, this came off looking like theatrics as much as a serious medical issue, but only Tierra knows how much she milked it. Well, Tierra and Mike Fleiss. We’re guessing A LOT. Plus 10 . On a one-on-one date, AshLee Frazier tells Sean about her adoption at age six and the abuse she suffered in foster homes. It’s heartbreaking. Sean shows his commitment to kids by bringing two teenage girls with debilitating illnesses along for their trip to an empty Six Flags. Plus 50 . The two have a serious talk – he is all for adopting older kids, as we saw in his courtship of Emily Maynard , in a sense – which Ash feels strongly about. He was so touched by her story of meeting her dad for the first time that his eyes actually welled up with tears. Sean Lowe is quite a catch. Plus 50 . The cocktail party was its typical mad dash of drama, desperation and Bachelor cliches. Sometimes Sean can be a tad boring in this role. Minus 10 . Or is he? Sean pulls Kacie out of line before the rose ceremony to send her home! That’s gotta hurt, but at least he didn’t get her hopes up? The same can’t be said for Kristy and Taryn, who had to stand there awkwardly while the rest of the roses were doled out and they didn’t get any. Other than that, no big shockers this week on ABC.
