SMH: Secret Service Agent Could Help Chris Breezy Avoid Prison Time For Assault

Only Iyanla can help Chris . Secret Service Could Save Chris Brown From Prison Time Chris Breezy is so knee deep in isht….it takes the Secret Service to dig him out. Dayum. According to TMZ: The Secret Service — charged with protecting the President of the United States — could end up protecting Chris Brown from being sent to prison … TMZ has learned. Here’s what we know. According to official D.C. documents — obtained by TMZ — a witness to the fight early Sunday morning told cops he heard the alleged victim tell a D.C. cop Brown NEVER HIT HIM. The cop later DENIED ever even speaking with the witness in question. But get this. A Secret Service agent — who was on duty and in uniform patrolling the streets near the White House — made contact with D.C. police and told them he happened to be around when the victim told the cop Chris never struck him. The agent says he absolutely heard the victim’s admission to the cop that Chris never struck him. This is doubly helpful for Chris. The Secret Service agent’s testimony could destroy the credibility of the alleged victim and cause prosecutors to drop the misdemeanor assault case. It could also save Chris from the more serious probation revocation in the Rihanna case — and remember, if the judge revokes Brown’s probation, he could go to prison for 4 years. Between the reduced assault charge and the secret service agent helping him…Breezy probably won’t do a day in jail. Continue reading

Illinois Police Officer Charged with Brutality After Shocking Video Leaks

A Chicago woman charged with DUI and obstructing a peace officer back in March says in a lawsuit that a Skokie, Ill., Police officer used excessive force. In her civil rights lawsuit filed Tuesday, Cassandra Feuerstein, 47, claims Skokie Police Officer Michael Hart used excessive force when she was arrested. Video of the event made headlines and Hart was charged with brutality. Police Officer Charged with Brutality After Shocking Video “At the door of the open jail cell, defendant Hart gave plaintiff a violent shove in the back, using both of his hands,” according the lawsuit she filed. “Defendant Hart used so much force in doing this that the plaintiff was flung across the cell head first into a cement bench at the far side of the cell.” The suit states that Feuerstein’s face was “split open” and that she began to bleed profusely. She broke several bones in her face, her lawyer said. The lawsuit also claims that Hart made false statements to others at the department, erroneously accusing her of resisting efforts to be escorted into a jail cell. Feuerstein’s lawyer, Torreya Hamilton, subpoenaed footage that shows a man in uniform pushing her into a cell and then her head striking a concrete bench: “He whips her through the door and into the cell. There was no threat to any of the police officers. It’s clear on the video that the [behavior] was indefensible.” Feuerstein underwent facial reconstruction surgery and now has a titanium plate in her face. All of the teeth on the right side of her mouth are loose. The full extent of the damage is not yet known, she said. The lawsuit doesn’t ask for a specific amount in damages. The suit states Feuerstein is seeking “a fair and just amount sufficient to compensate her.” The Skokie police report of Feuerstein’s arrest states she was parked at an intersection with her right foot resting on the brake pedal, police said. Feuerstein pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, Hamilton said Wednesday. The charge of obstructing a police officer was dismissed. Judge Jeffrey L. Warnick sentenced her to one year of court-ordered supervision and ordered her to pay a roughly $1,600 fine, according to court records. The resisting arrest charge against and three other traffic citations were dropped, records show. Hamilton said her client had no previous charges.

Justin Bieber Spray Paints Wall in Colombia, Urges Police to "FREE BREEZY"

Justin Bieber has gone out of his way to prove he has awful taste in friends is on Team Breezy. The singer – who has made no secret of his affection for Chris Brown ( he’s super dope , people!) – found an unexpected way to show support for his embattled (?!?!?) fellow artist last night: Bieber spray-painted the message “FREE BREEZY” on a wall in Bogota, Colombia. This, of course, is a reference to Chris Brown’s recent arrest on assault charges. But we see at least three things wrong with the piece of graffiti: Chris Brown is free. His assault charge has been reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor and he was released this week without needing to post bail. Chris Brown has checked himself into rehab for anger management , meaning he admits he has a problem and isn’t exactly a victim here. CHRIS BROWN IS A WOMAN BEATER. Seriously, JB. Brown makes Lil Twist look like a positive influence. Find a better role model. Justin also showed off his tagging skills by paying homage to his late hamster, Pac. Check out two more graffiti works by Bieber below and sound off: Should he really be an outspoken member of Team Breezy?

Pebbles Calls VH1 Movie An “Unprovoked Attack” And Says Her Silence “Has Empowered Individuals Looking For A Payday At My Expense!”

Looks like VH1 may be facing some legal issues for their portrayal of Pebbles in the recently released TLC movie “Crazy, Sexy, Cool.” After weeks of silence Pebbles has finally said her piece. Read her statement below: First I want to thank all of you for the well wishes and prayers. I apologize for the delay in responding to the movie, but I wanted to gather my thoughts. I have always been a private person and this unprovoked attack has been extremely upsetting to me and my family. I have needed time to spend with my family and for personal reflection. The movie contains many false and defamatory statements and scenes about me. Please know that I have never cheated or mislead anyone. I will defend my reputation, accomplishments , and character. My attorney is in the process of demanding a retraction of false and defamatory statements and scenes about me from VH1. My silence has empowered individuals looking for a payday at my expense. I have held my peace for 20 years and it’s time the truth comes out. I will be sharing my story in the appropriate venue at the appropriate time. With all my heart I thank you for your faithful support. I am extremely proud of the success and massive accomplishments of TLC — the group I discovered, managed, and mentored. I helped push open doors for TLC and other women in this male dominated industry. My sacrifices ultimately opened the door for not only a new wave of female performers in this industry but also a new generation of female executives. That backdrop makes the movie extremely personally upsetting to me. Do you think Pebbles will get the retraction she wants?

Chris Brown to Spend Three MONTHS in Rehab For Anger Problems?

Chris Brown will spend up to three months in treatment for his anger issues as he looks to get a handle on his temper, according to a new report. There has been no firm decision on a precise duration of time Brown will stay in rehab (he’s at a Malibu, Calif., location) but three months is a good bet. Everyone in Brown’s camp, including Chris, is open to that length of time . Sounds like it’s serious, too, even if it is largely a play to avoid prison. “The rehab facility has been told to take him [Brown] apart and put him back together,” a source close to the constantly embattled singer tells TMZ. Chris Brown checked into rehab last night, specifically to seek treatment for his anger problem, which manifested itself Sunday morning when he was arrested. He allegedly punched a guy in the face for photobombing him and/or trying to get on his tour bus, and spent a day and a half in a jail cell as a result. The 24-year-old was eventually cut loose and the charge was reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor. He is due back in court Monday, November 25. For this particular fight, he will not be given jail time. But even a lesser conviction or merely a criminal charge could trigger a violation of his probation. Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, knows it’s likely that a judge will revoke Brown’s probation for beating Rihanna , which could put him behind bars. It’s undoubtedly strategic, but the rehab move is an act of good faith, showing Brown is dealing with his problems, and hopefully he takes it seriously. Otherwise, it’s just a matter of who gets beaten up next and when. Karrueche Tran is standing by her man for now, but he’s running out of second chances. Chris Brown: Should he go to jail?   Yes. Enough is enough, and he’ll never learn otherwise. No, let’s see how this case plays out in court. No! Step off haters! #TEAMBREEZY View Poll »
